You only have to look at Dele's social media posts to know that he doesn't want to be a footballer anymore. He's lost his passion for the game for whatever reason. His focus is fashion & his gaming team. Football at the moment is purely a way for him to pay the bills & keep his exposure high. He will end up being like David Bentley & will quit the game in one or two years after being bounced around various clubs. It will be a sad end to what was a talented player.

talk of incompetence in January signings. Everton were only allowed two loans. They desperately needed a centre back as their best (Mina) is always injured and a No 6 (their only one - Gbamin - is always injured). They got El Ghazi - a winger - even though Everton is packed with wide front players: Richarlison, Gray, Townsend, Gordon, the young Dobbin. Utterly incredible. Even after the years of idiotic transfer policy if using a mega agent as our DoF, Moshiri did it again getting Joorabchain's client, El Ghazi.

Football is no longer Dele Alli's priority. that part is clear and obvious. Fame and fortune came his way, too early. He probably has other priorities, like finding himself a good woman! However, that has evaded many a man, and since then he has gone within himself. Lost confidence! Maybe that split with his ex, shook him, because these young ones these days are massively affected by much less.

Everton and Lampards arrogance in not even considering they may get dragged in to a relegation scrap can be blamed for this situation. Neither Deli or VdB are players who you want in the trenches. They sold Digne who was a dressing room leader and a consistent 7 out of 10 performer and replaced him with a foreign kid who they dont trust to play yet in his proper position.
With Keane suspended and injuries and lack of fitness throughout the squad I think the only chance Everton have now is if the teams below them continue to lose. If Burnely or Watford nick a couple of wins though I cant see Everton getting enough points in their upcoming games to stay up

Delli Alli is such a brilliant example of a player who played by instinct only. But never really understood his own game or how to maintain his standards. As a result he was always a bad trainer because he thought it was pointless. This means that when he was hot on form he could get away with it but when things go bad, he is totally and utterly clueless of how to turn it around.
Overall, the lesson here is that a bad trainer is a bad footballer. End of.
Mourinho called it out back in the day and was totally correct.

Dele Alli seems like a really nice person I know the tv can be deceiving but let’s give him the benefit of the doubt as we are not his doctor or his manager . Saying that , from what I have heard about his childhood he has had to overcome some decent sized obstacles to become a multi millionaire Professional footballer who has made it to premier league and international level . For me on his day as good as Pogba with his strength, skill and eye for goal . Some people peek at different times in their career like Robbie Fowler or Alan Smith perhaps he has had his peek ? Who knows .
Just think sometimes before everyone jumps on someone’s back perhaps take a moment to see what they have achieved. He will be able to provide for his children and family also . This is a respectful thing to do .
So the guys having a bad time of it , not like he’s been kicking around a cat or trying to form a super league . Come on Dele get back to your own self because when you are playing like we know you can you are a credit to the premier league .

Eriksen and Dele Alli are literally miles and miles apart.
Eriksen survived a cardiac arrest...has now come back to play and is scoring goals and is proving useful in consolidating a decent Brentford side. Scored for his country and is on a high.
Dele on the other hand...has completely gone adrift in terms of progression and mentality.
He's been shocking for spurs...even having Mourinho calling him lazy. He secures a loan to Everton, where you'd thought he would grab the bull by the horns and reinvigorate himself as professional.
Qatar isn't far away and he's nowhere near a England call up.
The ability is there...but He needs a decent coach to bring it out of him
