A team that fight for staying i PL does not have time to play Dele in form. Send him to a relaxed middle table team. Maybe a year in Celtic Scotland could help. He need to play and get confidence.
Football is no longer Dele Alli's priority. that part is clear and obvious. Fame and fortune came his way, too early. He probably has other priorities, like finding himself a good woman! However, that has evaded many a man, and since then he has gone within himself. Lost confidence! Maybe that split with his ex, shook him, because these young ones these days are massively affected by much less.
Everton and Lampards arrogance in not even considering they may get dragged in to a relegation scrap can be blamed for this situation. Neither Deli or VdB are players who you want in the trenches. They sold Digne who was a dressing room leader and a consistent 7 out of 10 performer and replaced him with a foreign kid who they dont trust to play yet in his proper position. With Keane suspended and injuries and lack of fitness throughout the squad I think the only chance Everton have now is if the teams below them continue to lose. If Burnely or Watford nick a couple of wins though I cant see Everton getting enough points in their upcoming games to stay up
I never bought into the idea that Dele Alli needed a new environment. If you have watched Dele you will see how awful he has become. It was more than he lost his way at Spurs, he could not do the fundamentals. Dele will be sold soon.
Dele had plenty of runs at spurs and he's finished.. he got injured in about February of the season we got to the champions league final and he's not been remotely the same since.

Said it at the time Everton signed him it was all wrong for both Ali and Everton. He's a luxury player and not required in a relegation scrap. Everton needed centre backs in the January window as well as another defensive midfielder
Luxury player? He is a total baby and believes he is world class. He is championship at best at the moment and if he comes down to earth and accepts that he can get better.
I honestly believe football has moved past Ali. He fits the team as a second striker, making late runs into the box. He would best fit into a 4-4-2 next to a great striker. He does not fit in a 4-3-3 , which is the most common formation used by most managers.
He was at Tottenham on 100k a week and refusing to work hard. Everton knew this and still signed him up because they're okay with paying for minimum effort. I don't blame Dele. Football is rubbish.
It's a star business, it has been since the premier League started. The ex pros and journalists pump up players because it's part of the narrative...they tried to make out Leicester was some incredible fluke because they had no stars to ulligise over..then Liverpool and city come along without star players , dominate everything and suddenly you have star managers who are uligised and you can't win without a star manager

Roy Keane was right in 2018, how he behaves off the pitch will cost him his career. It's like with Rashford, as admirable as it is what he done during Lockdown, he should have hired someone else to oversee it. Genuine question though, has Jim recently taken a blow to the head or is he always like this?
Was he like this on Sky Sports lads, or am I not remembering it correctly. I always thought that he was a pretty serious journalist if that makes sense
Delli Alli is such a brilliant example of a player who played by instinct only. But never really understood his own game or how to maintain his standards. As a result he was always a bad trainer because he thought it was pointless. This means that when he was hot on form he could get away with it but when things go bad, he is totally and utterly clueless of how to turn it around. Overall, the lesson here is that a bad trainer is a bad footballer. End of. Mourinho called it out back in the day and was totally correct.
These professional football players should be falling on their knees and thank the Universe/Simulation that they were given such a lucky opportunity to make most average people's 5-year salaries in one single week.
Unpopular opinion but I never thought Alli ever had the potential to be world class. He was a decent player who had spectacular moments once or twice a season. Not dynamic enough for on the ball. Could never dribble at speed. That’s a massive flaw if you want to be a world class CAM
He is perfect and can do no wrong. He played for his boyhood club, played for the most successful British club of this century and he played for England too. He was a top,top player and would be a good manager. Chelsea players threw him under the bus and Everton is not his fault.
Can we just say frank isn’t cut out to be a manager it’s simple don’t worry he’s was one of best English football players there is but doesn’t make u the ability to be a good manager at Chelsea and Everton
Dele Ali at Spurs spent too much time ‘showboating’ in matches during his last two years at Spurs - plus he was constantly drifting in and out of games. He became a low impact player, who contributed very little. His best days are well and truly over.
Dele Alli seems like a really nice person I know the tv can be deceiving but let’s give him the benefit of the doubt as we are not his doctor or his manager . Saying that , from what I have heard about his childhood he has had to overcome some decent sized obstacles to become a multi millionaire Professional footballer who has made it to premier league and international level . For me on his day as good as Pogba with his strength, skill and eye for goal . Some people peek at different times in their career like Robbie Fowler or Alan Smith perhaps he has had his peek ? Who knows . Just think sometimes before everyone jumps on someone’s back perhaps take a moment to see what they have achieved. He will be able to provide for his children and family also . This is a respectful thing to do . So the guys having a bad time of it , not like he’s been kicking around a cat or trying to form a super league . Come on Dele get back to your own self because when you are playing like we know you can you are a credit to the premier league .
What a great signing for Frank. A player that does nothing, (already proven over three years) and a Man Utd reject thats always on the losing team, every time he starts a game or comes on as a sub. Excellent

How many years did Simon Jordan play professional football? Exactly! Just likes film/music critics who can’t act or play an instrument but slag those off who can!
Dele Alli has rarely been played in his best position ,a SS like Muller who finds space , does unorthodox stuff ,but has the quality to finish and assist. In a relegation threatened team ,the last player a manager will pick ,is someone who needs to lose the ball 10 times to create a chance.
@@hen5555 I did ,as did you ,its not like Muller has always been top quality ,for the first few years ,he didn't seem to be good enough for Bayern ,yet he would be incredible for Germany ,because he was used as a dummy runner for Germany. Then for some reason ,Poch tried to turn him into a CM ,imagine how badly Muller would play at CM ,admittedly Muller would still give it a go

Dele on the other hand...has completely gone adrift in terms of progression and mentality. He's been shocking for spurs...even having Mourinho calling him lazy. He secures a loan to Everton, where you'd thought he would grab the bull by the horns and reinvigorate himself as professional. Qatar isn't far away and he's nowhere near a England call up. Lampard way out of his comfort zone , Everton will lose to Burnley in the week , they are clueless and Lampards coaching record is dreadful
Let’s hope ure wrong dave

Mourinho said it the minute he seen deli ali in training sessions said hes one of the laziest players hes seen
Imagine spending potentially £40m on Dele Alli on deadline day with causes in that deal panicking buying as usual from Everton. Dele Alli's Rolls Royce has done more movement in Everton's training ground at Finch Farm than player in question.
Ali should be an example to the likes of rashford and every other young english talent coming threw that just cos u got to the top and had a few decent seasons, doesnt mean u can suddenly believe u have a right to be there and blame everyone else except the person in the mirror when your form goes out the window and managers have had enough.
I wouldn't say rashford

Rashford is not a youngster mate!!!

Alli was just below world class for 2/3 seasons, people go on like he was only good for a few months like michu or something.
he was full on world class for at least 2 years, but that is literally years ago now...
simp
He WAS
don't forget that he was almost carried by the best spurs side to date, playing alongside prime eriksen, kane, son, dembele would make any player look good.
@@tomsta3 you can’t be world class for a couple seasons, world class players are labelled that because they are consistent. He played like a world class player for a couple years but he himself was never and will never be world class
This just shows what an unbelievable manager Carlo Ancelotti was for Everton.
He was undroppable for Spurs for 4 seasons or so…. Kane with Eriksen, Sonny and Alli behind him. He was a top player, scorer and assister of goals. We all saw the stats comparison against Lampard and Gerrard at the same stage if their careers and Alli was miles ahead. As soon as he says don’t call me Alli, call me Dele, it seems to have changed everything…… utterly bizarre
He was only good for first 2 seasons at Spurs.

Love the show guys! Fantastic!
Right frank makes 1 change and removes a striker while we're chasing the game 🤣
PE teacher
Chuck him in the fucking bin 🙄
Who's going to pay money for that 🤡
Dele had plenty of runs at spurs and he's finished.. he got injured in about February of the season we got to the champions league final and he's not been remotely the same since.
PERFORMANCE RELATED FEE???? I'M PRETTY SURE FEE IS BASED ON APPEARANCES.....SUCH AS IF HE PLAYS 10 GAMES SPURS GET 10 MILLION AND SO ON!!! HOME COME NOBODY AT TALKSHIT KNOWS THAT!!!
really how many games has he started? seriously how many minutes has he been given! the attack on dele is outrageous!
Luxury toilet paper is still toilet paper

Simon Jordan would make a better Prime Minister than Johnson or Starmer :)
Would love to see Simon Jordan vs. Gary Neville on TalkSport.
(In a Battle Royale of footballing wits, with the winner to become PM).
Mourinho exposed Dele
Jordan is an Absolute Sledgehammer the best thing to happen to Talk Radio in years
Mourinho warned Dele about Dele but only Dele wouldnt listen 😂 #allORnothing
I honestly believe football has moved past Ali. He fits the team as a second striker, making late runs into the box. He would best fit into a 4-4-2 next to a great striker. He does not fit in a 4-3-3 , which is the most common formation used by most managers.
.....or, he could be taking my drive-thru order at McDonald's.
More excuses
Dele has lost his career to video game addiction & nobody's helping him
Alli isn't even starting, how can you judge someone without even giving them a chance?
Dele needs a run of games maybe he should of gone abroad away from the bright lights
He not gonna play atm, coz if he plays n they go down they still have pay a chunk to spurs, tbf to him he needs a run of games u can’t just come off bench for 15/20 mins n hope for miracles all time
Like what impact would u have want him to make? How many game run has he be giving. Should stop destroying this guy's they have emotions just like we and it affects their mentality.
Roy Keane was right in 2018, how he behaves off the pitch will cost him his career. It's like with Rashford, as admirable as it is what he done during Lockdown, he should have hired someone else to oversee it. Being a professional Football has always been at such an elite level that it requires as much focus as possible or you'll get left behind
"We've got Dele! Dele Alli, I just don't think you understand"
Did Danny Murphy take fashion advice from his wallpaper this morning 😂😂😂
Just started watching this show on RUclips and the way Jim hosts this show is hilarious. He puts on that shocked/surprised... "I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT IS BEING SAID" voice for every subject matter as if it's the most important thing in the world 🤣🤣🤣 It's hilarious. Genuine question though, has Jim recently taken a blow to the head or is he always like this?
He's always been like that. Mr Hyperbole.
He's a journalist to the core. Stirs the pot daily and is the first to point the finger and hang someone out to dry (not talking about dele either)
Was he like this on Sky Sports lads, or am I not remembering it correctly. I always thought that he was a pretty serious journalist if that makes sense
He is dreadful. Appalling presenter.
Hes just Scottish
They do fall on their knees....doing their virtue signalling routine.
Why not play Deli the last 10 minutes and then build up his playing time. Hopefully he gets better, if not???
Spot on Simon as usual
Unpopular opinion but I never thought Alli ever had the potential to be world class. He was a decent player who had spectacular moments once or twice a season. Not dynamic enough for on the ball. Could never dribble at speed. That’s a massive flaw if you want to be a world class CAM
Fresh water cant revive a dead fish.
Prophetic comment sir.
He is perfect and can do no wrong. He played for his boyhood club,
played for the most successful British club of this century and he
played for England too. He was a top,top player and would be a good
manager. Chelsea players threw him under the bus and Everton is not his
fault.
Been to the same wardrobe these three 😁
Everton fan here. Good debate. Agree with both Simon and Danny
Simon spot on again.A couple of seasons ago they were calling Ali the new Bryan Robson 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Simon bashing Ali again, that will really help his game. Ali needs to go another league, go away from all this negativity.
League 1
In a few years they will be a line about a player wasting his talent and it will be "He's doing a Deli Alli".
🤣🤣🤣 the guy is an overpaid waste of space
What a great signing for Frank. A player that does nothing, (already proven over three years) and a Man Utd reject thats always on the losing team, every time he starts a game or comes on as a sub. Excellent
God bless !! The world loves football
My biggest fear as a Newcastle fan in January was signing Dele Alli a traffic cone would do more on the pitch
Because Chris Wood has been a world beater hasn't he..
Wood has been rubbish but thank God we didn't get Alli
@@jamesdixon6903 he's been better than Ali hence we arnt going to get relegated unlike Everton 🙏🤞
He’s a championship player now. Too focused on his Boohoo deal and social media influencing. Such a waste of promise and talent.
At the EFC West Ham game. Players were sent out to warm up and alli went to speak to Mark Noble for the full session instead
People like this who are not performing get sack at other places of work yet still collecting the cook bucks. Even some other sports don't over this kind of luxury.
Delli's like a spoiled child that gets everything they want without actually earning it!
He was definitely a world class player a few years back. Simon says he wasn’t really a world beater, he actually was.
😂😂😂 people still thinking dele is actually a footballer. The guys a clown who had 10 good games in him, and he used it all up by 2018/19.
at 0:58 Did Danny Murphy just pronounce "Up" in both a northern and southern accent in the same sentence? 🤣
If Dele Alli had played for any club outside of London, with the exception of Man U, Man City or Liverpool, no one would know who he is. It's only because of the London based press who w*nk over very average players who play for London clubs.
👏👏👏
How many years did Simon Jordan play professional football?
Exactly!
Just likes film/music critics who can’t act or play an instrument but slag those off who can!
Simon on Dele “ he’s been drop kicked out of Tottenham” 😂
I think they need to give deli at least 6 months
When Lampard brings in a defender to play in midfield over Dele you know he isn't in Lampards plans
Then why tf did he bring Ali to Everton?😂
Lampard wanted another clown to entertain him alongside Keane
Speaking sense once again.
Dele Alli has rarely been played in his best position ,a SS like Muller who finds space , does unorthodox stuff ,but has the quality to finish and assist.
In a relegation threatened team ,the last player a manager will pick ,is someone who needs to lose the ball 10 times to create a chance.
Don't ever put Muller and Deli Ali in the same sentence 🤦🏾
@@hen5555
I did ,as did you ,its not like Muller has always been top quality ,for the first few years ,he didn't seem to be good enough for Bayern ,yet he would be incredible for Germany ,because he was used as a dummy runner for Germany.
Alli's best season was when he played just behind Kane ,left right and through the centre.
Then for some reason ,Poch tried to turn him into a CM ,imagine how badly Muller would play at CM ,admittedly Muller would still give it a go
Was it west grey to work day?
The only way that Dele can influence is by putting him in the starting 11 and give him a run ffs
The easiest thing is to talk about a players attitude that you don’t know personally, Dele will find himself I think, going to Everton might not be for him, but the way his career sky rocketed in a short time was incredible, I pray he get it right just to shot people up
Well I'm still rooting for the kid!
We're desperate for someone to step up and get some goals for us - it could be Dele! And if it is, the lad will become a hero to the fans!
Don’t be so deluded ffs he doesn’t even run around
LMAO
@@jasonforde5121 We don't need him to run around - we just need his blood to run cold when he gets a chance to score!
Eriksen and Dele Alli are literally miles and miles apart.
Eriksen survived a cardiac arrest...has now come back to play and is scoring goals and is proving useful in consolidating a decent Brentford side. Scored for his country and is on a high.
The ability is there...but He needs a decent coach to bring it out of him
