How I repainted a set of chrome Buick Rally wheels.

Freshening up a set of Buick Rally wheels by cleaning them with 0000 steel wool. The old black paint was in pretty good condition  so I just scuffed it with the steel wool. I taped off the hoop and spray it semi gloss black by Duplicolor.
Using a lint free cloth and some brake cleaner, I cleaned off the chrome spokes. Makes it much faster than trying to tape everything up. And they turned out all right!
