Whirlpool Bottom Freezer Frozen Shut - Will Not Open

This is my Whirlpool French door bottom freezer refrigerator.
The freezer door will not slide open.
It’s not frozen around the seal.
I found that there was water pooling in the bottom that froze the drawer in place.
There is a drain for this condensation but it gets clogged over time and overflows into the bottom of the freezer.
In the video I show the drain and how to remove and clean it out.

Thank you! I just had the same issue with the defrost pipe and had to unplug/defrost the freezer for 48 hours before my roommate was able to yank open the freezer drawer. While we were defrosting, we wedged open the freezer drawer as much as we could with little blocks to let room temperature air in and also opened the drink drawer above the freezer. Who knows how long it would've taken otherwise...

You can unplug for a day or two and it should defrost enough to open.
