His best shape ever closely followed by 2009. Unbelievable muscle mass and proportions with no muscle group taking a back seat to the other and most importantly no trace of a gut. He's one of the best ever!

The mass and aesthetics are beyond impressive, that goes without saying. The most underrated part of his physique is the quality and texture of his skin. Really allows everything to shine and pop without being distracting at all. Reminds me of the quality of skin that Wesley Vissers is currently displaying in the classic physique division.
For my, this is the best Jay has ever looked. He was big but at the same time pretty aesthetic

Defo his best year .. followed by 2009.. I dunno why Jay never came in as ripped as those two shows considering the amount of shows he’s done in his career, it’s always baffled me, I just understand he was up against Ronnie but Ronnie was huge and shredded , I think jay should have used his 2009 look to try and beat Ronnie in those years prior
