As for milk, they specifically pointed out the non pasteurized version, so whatever you pour into your bowl of cereal should be fine

Literally every kind of food can kill you. It varies depending of the amount of it you consume. For some, it would need a crazy among, while in others just a few g would be enough. For example, you can literally die from drinking too much water. In that particular case, your insides would not be able to absorve the minerals and vitamines you need because of drinking too much water (or any liquid for that matter. Yes, it would take a crazy amount of water to cause that effect, but its still possible. Too much of anything, no matter how healphy it is, can and will hurt you. And in the worse case scenario, you ll die from it
I'm sick and tired of people that tells me to "just cut the green parts off the potato and you can eat it". The green part is chlorophyll, solanin does not have any color. If you don't keep potatoes in the dark, the amount of both solanin and chlorophyll will rise, the latter will make it green, and that's an indication that there's too much solanin in the entire potato.

The ghost pepper lost it's crown as the world's hottest pepper a long time ago. Hotter than the ghost are the Trinidad scorpion pepper, the Carolina reaper, and if I'm not mistaken, the chocolate reaper is the world's current hottest.

I still enjoy eating ackee & saltfish to this day it's been one of my favourite meals ever since I was a child, what I was told about ackee is that you have to let it open by itself you don't force it open & then cook it because that's when it can kill you
I've heard that farm grown pufferfish aren't entirely poisonous, at least most parts aren't anyway. Heard that out in the wild, wild pufferfish eat types of coral and shellfish that are very poisonous. Poisonous to us, but, not poisonous to the pufferfish.
I grew up on a dairy farm and we drank unpasteurized milk (just took it right out of the cooler), your stomach feels sick at first but your body eventually get used to it

I still have no idea what that was, but her skin turned white and her lips black, later she turned cold and we all thought she would die

It isn't wise to eat American eggs raw because of food poisoning it is okay to eat raw eggs in Japan. The Japanese do it daily with no fear as they raise their chickens differently.

I was once allergic to cinnamon when I was younger, it wasn't serious just acted like itching power to me if I eat something with cinnamon. Now that I grew out of it I loved cinnamon based foods but when this said that cinnamon could kill me I was worried but luckily it's only the cinnamon challenge that is the thing that could kill someone, I honestly thought that challenge was stupid to begin with
Meanwhile the real idiots are doing the cinnamon challenge with cayenne pepper 😅 ok one idiot at least has done it, would not recommend trying it even if you’re like myself and enjoy hot/spicy stuff
