The amount of time to just apply to every single damn job to just tailor your resume for that job is rediculous. How do you make an above average generic resume that can work for multiple jobs rather than 1 new version each time. Time is valuable.
The ATS is SOOO lazy and total b.s.! Yes, Word documents can get messy, but even with that online program you mentioned, it gets pricey and becomes unnecessary. Companies ask for PDF’s all the time and have still gotten back to me for an interview. Additionally, there are websites that actually require a PDF and in creative fields, your resume needs to pop more. Something that gets annoying to do in Word. Meaning your resume looks boring. I have seen mixed things about career highlights and intros and what not. I still prefer not to put them as the consensus out there is to not use them.

This does not change with a degree
In croatia coruption is Big And many people are private they will barely give you forever contract, you work a lot for minimal money also many other things...
I don’t understand why my family member did the same thing but they don’t have any work experience or anything and I have many jobs I just don’t understand
I applied for 3 jobs and 2 companies made me an offer. It took me 3 weeks to find a 140k a year programming job
Algorithms should be illegal for companies to use
i am offering my services for free as an intern and getting ignored : D
well it's like I say about how it applies to.other things in life, THAT ONLINE BS AND APP STUFF IS FALSE AND FAKE, YOU HAVE TO GO SPEAK TO THEM IN PERSON, YOU ALSO HAVE TO CALL, AND LEARN SOME HUMILITY AND PROFESSIONALISM, 😉

1000 applications in a year, and not a single interview.. I follow 4/5 tips before seeing this vid, guess swapping to .word from .pdf wouldn’t hurt.
As a 20 year old the jobs that are part time always ask
You need 30 years of experience to flip burgers
They want you to make sure you don’t have a side hustle and they can always pay you low to keep you paycheck to paycheck! And that’s a 100% garantee you will come back tomorrow ! This shit memtality has to go !
