Hi Lourdes. I have a couple of suggestions for Reiki videos. Please put them on your list and check with Source to see if you are guided to make either of them. Thank you.
1. "Reiki for keeping attention on your breathing". - Without mastering the basics of a subject a person will find it very difficult to advance on that subject, and when it comes to spirituality conscious breathing is one of the most basic things a person needs to learn so I think this would make a great video.
2. "Reiki for grounding your Soul into your body". - Many peoples Souls aren't fully centered in their body which makes it impossible to fully access their Soul and Spirit so this would be a crucial video for helping people with their spiritual journey.

Sorry I asked this same question on another reiki but on this one do I have to think of the specific desire the entire time the video is playing or does it automatically put me in alignment with all my desires without having to set any intentions or without having to think about them the entire time the video is playing?
