Wow, I’m a very sensitive empath.. more than I realized.. about 75 percent of my issues were from people around me! My partner has a belief which used to trigger me “it doesn’t count unless I worked hard for it,” as someone who doesn’t truly believe that I still felt stuck in it with him. I am feeling it shift!!
