Jessica Gadirova is slowly becoming a force to be reckoned with
Exciting for Jessica! And very impressive to come back so fast after injury and in great form. The AA final was very tight at the end but it felt like it was Gadirova’s to lose as she has such a huge floor, and she hit. Great Britain has a very strong team right now.
Biased commentators=annoyance
This particular code is to blame for those complaining about the execution here. It’s now rewarding artistry and completely ignoring execution. They need to find a happy medium. Still a great job, representing the power Great Britain has found!
Could you please get a life instead of posting STUPIDITIES online? Which execution mistakes were ignored in favor of artistry? NAME THEM.
Execution weights much more than artistry though.

Her form is kind of poor sometimes on bars and beam and everything seemed executed in a rush. To me this is rather gymnastics and not “artistic” gymnastics. I wish the code of points would be changed in this direction. Personally I much enjoyed watching Zsofia’s routines, which were packed with both artistry and difficulty.
I must agree. Jessica is powerful, but unpolished. Zsofia has so much grace, everything has a lightness. For me, especially that beam routine was awful to watch.
Of course well done to all girls that live for their sport, but the end result doesn't seem right to me.
a bit sloppy form, on floor and beam, not sure she deserved gold, I think Kovach was better yesterday
Disagree, Gadirova was the best gymnast yesterday. Khovach just had too many costly mistakes with her hitting the low bar and having some rough landings on the floor. I don't understand how you can say Jess's floor was sloppy, did you even watch it? her routine was stunning.
Please answer, are you blind or a complete idiot? Jess had the best floor routine, 😂
What about the other medalists
If zsofia had a better floor and didn't hit her feet on the low bar on ub, she definitely would have won.
