- The 2023 European Championships are coming up, and this competition will be super exciting! While there are many newer names in the field such as Sabrina Voinea and Manila Esposito, there are also veterans in the mix, including Becky Downie and Sanne Wevers. Without Russians being able to participate, the competition will be a lot less predictable, and we will certainly see some unexpected results! Comment down below your predictions!

Romania returning while Russia being banned makes Euros this year great to watch.
I want sabrina and romania to do good so badly. However i think great Britain will be Italy this year in the team
I can't wait for the return of romanian gymnastics
Am I the only one who thinks it’s kind of outrageous that no one has Jessica gadirova on their floor podium??
Idk if she maybe is injured? She only competed bars and beam at the british championships
She seems fine to compete all around, and nearly recover her floor full difficulty. That's interesting because the UK now has 3 DTY and can challenge for 1st place for the team.
Jess did AA in podium training and is looking very good. I know there was uncertainty surrounding her but yes, all the predictions I've seen have left her off and it's silly considering she's seeded 3rd in the world in the AA right now.
I wasn't sure if she would be competing floor since she didn't at British Champs a couple of weeks ago, but after podium training it is looking like she is in a good spot for a medal.
She really showed everyone 55.566 top qualifier for AA final. Gold with the team by nearly three points ahead of Italy. Top qualifier on the beam and floor. Just for good measure she scored 13.866 on the bars and is 1st reserve for the final. That's my girl! Oh and the single highest vault score of the competition
What about Jessica Gadirova on vault, floor & AA ?
can't wait for your euros 2024 predictions
I don’t see how everyone thinks Italy are that strong compared to GBR. Firstly Italy are without their best AAer atm and GBR has two of the top 4 AAers in the final at worlds last year, I don’t see how Kinsella or Gadirova won’t be AA champ unless they have errors. And as for the team final I think it will be close. GBR have the advantage on vault w difficulty and execution. Italy has bars for sure though. Beam is close but I’d probably go for Italy depending on whether Giorgia hits or not. And GBR have floor as Italy don’t have Maggio or Asia at full difficulty. Overall I think GBR will probably win, they are more consistent too.
How the turntables..✨
My hopes for podiuns:
1. Gold for Coline on VT if she performs Rudi and Dty
2. UB medal for Becky or Seitz (or both who knows)
3. UB medal for D’Amato
4. BB medal for Ondine
5. BB medal for Villa
6. Gold for Jess on FX
7. VT medal for Lisa
1. GBR are the ones to beat and I strongly believe they’ll win gold unless they have some mistakes. Italy can sure win if they all hit tho.
2. Italy won’t go 1 and 2 in the AA at all.
3. I do think Becky will hit and medal on bars.
4. Will Villa get back to her “consistent era” on beam since it lasted 3 routines in a row(I think)? Don’t think she’ll win gold here tho.
5. I do think Kinsella will have better results than what everyone’s expecting.
6. Sabrina might surprise in the AA depending on the scenario and she may medal on fx but it won’t be gold.
7. I will be really surprised if Esposito medals more than twice. Pretty sure she won’t.
I feel like Sabrina's bars are so messy that her AA won't be in medal contention. I could be wrong but I Remember seeing it would be like a 5.4D and low 7s E?
I just checked and I'm not sure she's competed bars this year. I feel like she must've at some domestic meet but I can't find anything mentioning it.
Final update- she scored an 11.433 with a completely hit bars routine last year OPE
It's hard for Sabrina to medal in AA because of her bars. Other podium favorites can gain net 2+ points on bars alone. Beam (without fall) and floor don't separate much in AA.
@@colesmith7509 Sabrina has great chance on vault, beam and floor, but I don't think she has any chance in AA. Her bars is really putting her behind, and unfortunately bars is more high-scoring relative to beam and floor.
Who was the Romanian that did the Shang at 0:31? Her technique on bars actually looked great
That is Ana Barbosu... she's pretty good on bars!
I’m going to assume you made this prior to today where we found out Jess Gadirova is doing AA, and could medal there, and certainly medal in FX EF
Italy, Gr. Britain and Romania will medal for sure....maybe Devillard for France and some Hungarian girl but idk....
România - trei medalii.
România are trei gimnaste extraordinare, oricare capabilă să câștige o medalie: Sabrina Voinea, Ana Bărbosu și Amalia Ghigoarta.
Vom vedea.
Well this is hilariously wrong 😂 Jessica Gadirova Gold All Around and failed to think the current World Champion on floor wouldn’t podium on it either 😂
My unbiased predictuons: any of these could win:
Vault Devillard/Kovacs/Amato
UB Amato/Kovacs/Villa
BB Voinea/Amato/Barbosu
FX Voinea/Esposito/Amato
Where are the GB gymmasts?
@@TheGeographyWatch Too busy actually WINNING the medals lol 😅
we did like the same predictions omg AHAHAHAHAHH the only different things we did is kovacs on bars i said downie and i think kinsella will be 2nd and manila 3rd in AA
You forgot Jessica Gadirova I think
I think Alice Kinsella will win AA
I don't think Italy are as strong as they were last year, I think the race for gold between Italy and GB will be much closer this time around. Also, I know this was uploaded a day before PT but Jess Gadirova is doing AA and floor so she'd be hard to beat in both I think. Zsofia Kovacs also looking very good!
Will Martina Maggio be competing at these Championships? What about Angela Andreoli?
Angela yes, but Martina will not compete because she has a slight problem on her ankle
Hai Sabrina,Ana si Andreea❤❤❤
when is euros and where can i watch? also go italia!!
Euros is 11-19 April
Is Melanie DJDS participating ?
No she is recovering from knee surgery
I predict that the British women will under-perform at this competition.
😂😂😂😂😂😂 wrong
If by “underperform” you mean winning gold on Team, AA and Floor, and silver on Uneven bars and floor, well maybe you are right, GB lost another gold on Beam that Jess could have won, lol 😅😅😅😅
