So true! I don’t always feel like getting up, but I never regret it. I do most of my writing between 5 and 7 each morning.

I have some issues with my sleep. I usually don't sleep well, wake up in the middle of the night and have problem getting back to sleep. It ruins my morning routines because if I can, if I don't need to go to work (sleepy) I will normally stay in bed and try to get some more sleep. Difficult. 😣

I agree getting alot done in the morning does free up the day, the earlier I get up the earlier I'd have to go to bed to get in 8 hours sleep, going to bed before 9.30 is just not an option, any less sleep I'm too fuzzie in the head to function other than breakfast and showering. I'd love to be able to function on 5hrs sleep like my husband can .Susan you look great and are an inspiration to me ❤

Thank you for the lovely comment, Bernadette! Isn't it funny how we all function differently when it comes to sleep? xo

For me a productive morning all goes to hell if I am back on the caffeine demon. It’s amazing how high and time-abusive we can get without acknowledging it. If sugar & flour are bad, caffeine is a treacherous time-sucking drug to be sure. ❣️😅
