The best synopsis of PECS. Learning about PECS and bunny slippers has been so helpful to me.

Very timely vlog for me! I don`t live in the US so I don`t celebrate Thanksgiving, but I`ve noticed that every other week I tend to just collapse with my food planning because of feeling exhausted of the intense effort of getting things right the previous week. I have chronic fatigue and multiple other chronic health problems, so I guess that`s why I have less energy than most people. I haven`t been able to solve that issue for myself yet but I keep trying. I have been off sugar and flour for 5 weeks now but struggle a lot with meals and quantities. I don`t have money for the boot camp so I`m reading the book and watching a lot of your weekly vlogs.

I can so relate to this right now. I was ok with Thanksgiving, but I came back from a 2 week long trip where I got married and completely changed my life in so doing that… There was a lotta prep and things to handle before I left on the trip, so was very focused on that… Then when I came back, I got hit with overwhelm at work overwhelm in my personal life…
So the way that I was been dealing with this is by reverting back to my not eating enough tendencies and going way way way too long without eating and that’s not healthy. But I just feel like I’m too busy to eat.
