As a kid this would've been unbelievable.
The gimmick is great but then the gameplay seems sharp too. I am seriously considering getting this.

I backed the original kickstarter and immediately backed the new one. It's an easy choice. This game is a blast to play no matter your age.

I've never needed a scale to weigh miniatures before. I imagine they'll need a branded scale, and tournaments will require weighing to make sure no one cheats. Looks fun!
I believe (if what i read on the kickstarter) the way to find out if you have the right amount of clay is they have a mold (called the Basalt Fortress) which you put the clay in to make sure you have the right amount which also doubled as a possible 3D terrain piece as well.

There was a board game in the 90's this is stealing the molding concept from. @5:46, address the 90s and the style but not the fact it was a game already.... yeah..
And I know a commercial when I see one. I wander what the clause was worth to get them to stand the whole time.

@tony b we’re in the year 2022 now my guy, nothing is truly original anymore. Everything is “stealing” or inspired by/borrowing an idea from something else. The creator might not have said it here but there’s other vids and interviews where he’s said he had grape escape as a kid growing up and that’s where he originally got the idea from.
I find that kinda cool as opposed to scandalous.
What was the name of it, do you remember?
