- I've made this in 24 hours (pretty proud of the second part of the video) because oh-my-god, this anime inspires me so much. One of the most beautiful and heartbreaking shows. I recommend it to everyone, even to people that have never watched anime in their life.
I'm totally into making a new video with Violet, still not over it.

I cried for each episode there were so many sad stories that touched the heart and even the death of gilbert was very sad and this anime made me feel very emotional.I want e season 2.PLEASE🙏🙏🙏
To reply to you. A season 2 was alrwady made in japan. But I don't know when it will air it on netflix. And many people think that Gilbert didn't die. In the novel gilbert didn't die. He pretended like he did, just to let Violet experience a normal life.

I cried on all the episodes too and I really can't wait for the movie I'll probably cry through the whole thing and i really hope Gilbert is alive 😂

I can't stop replaying 1:15 over and over again. It just hits so perfectly. When I first watched this AMV, I didn't watch the anime so this part exactly shocked me. first time i saw this anime i was just shock of how much the quality of art it was i thought that the story wasnt gonna be good as the quality of anime but i got shocked again of how emotional it was i found my self crying in some episods like episode 10 what an amazing series as much iam sad it endes but iam happy that violet finaly met the major thank you kyoto animation for this piece of art

Really good!! Im soooo glad i found this! Most AMVs these days are just kinda lazy edits with dizzy transitioning, layered with the music on top.
But this one uses sounds and voices FROM the anime!! And it syncs good so thank you for making this! Alot of effort i can tell :)

Absolutely beautiful. This is so gorgeous that it made me cry at the end. Your choices of scenes to put together is stunning, and I love the use of the sound effects and dialogue from the anime. One part that really choked me up was when Violet said the line: "That's not true!" That's what the subtitles said, but the Japanese dialogue translates directly as: "Lies!" or "That's a lie!" Overall beautiful editing and timing. I love this anime, and I've been on the hunt for more great content!
