Barry has tremendous insight and I enjoy listening to him sharing these insights with us ! He’s been through considerable loss. It can change a person .. it can sink you or make you a better person. I lost one of my sons and the pain is gut wrenching but I vowed from the beginning I wouldn’t sink.. mainly for my husband and other two children .. but also for myself and my son in Heaven! I admire and respect Barry very much !

This is so true. I truely believe I understand why each passed before the next. Andy couldn't handle his fame and fortune. It destroyed him. Maurice would not have been able to continue without his twin. He returned to his drinking after they lost Andy, and I believe with Robin gone, he would have literally bottomed out, so he left, and Robin finally performed with Berry. When Robin passed, it was so heartbreaking for Berry, because now he was truly the man standing. The great thing though, is this fantastic human being was not ready to give it all up. He continued to write songs, and finally got to do things that he really wanted to do. What a man! I thank God that He gave these young boys talents and a deep desire to go after their dreams. Bless Berry, his family, and all that love the Bee Gees.

Such a fantastic person! I love his and all his brothers music. His voice is so mesmerizing and when combines with is bothers it was magic. I love that Sir Barry explained his meaning behind the lyrics. I really like listening to him talk as well, he has a melodic way of speaking that draws one in and grabs your attention. ( he also has the cutest laugh--not on here but in other interviews with his brothers). At least he lives in a warm sunny climate, by the grace of God, I hope it helps him live a longer, healthier, happy life.

Yes, you’re so right! Sometimes I read the lyrics of contemporary songs and I just can’t make any sense from them, because there is none. But Barry’s and Bee Gees songs are beautiful. Barry still does a great job and his music makes me cry over and over. I am so sorry that Barry has had to go through all this grief, I feel so bad for him. That said, I am so glad he has his family and that he also contributes to bringing the Gibb cousins together in music too❣️ And so glad he keeps making beautiful music like he does, having sons and niece participating - it is just so wonderful❣️
