DC once had an arc where Superman was being controlled by a vill. Shit go soooo bad that Supes damn near killed Batman, was trying to kill Wonder Woman and would have...if Diana hadnt killed the villain who was mind controlling Kal El.
Now, imagine the Phoenix Saga if Jean solely used her mind control powers, amplified on a multi universal scale by the Phoenix Force???! Jean couldve shut down EVERY thinking being in existence...with just a thought. Only the tribunal, beyonder, galactus, or a mind stone wielder wouldve been left standing. Control the mind, you control EVERYTHING.

I'm happy that Patrick Stewart plays Professor X after 22 years, especially in Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness
I was disappointed to see him die so easily in doctor strange. I really expected his character to put up more of a fight. What was shocking is that in logan he is strong enough to control the horses with his mind; but could not beat the scarlet witch on the Astral plane where he is supposed to be at his most powerful.
Wanda easily killed Phoenix Namor in comics

with cerebro he could witness every ongoing crime in the world and freeze the criminals' minds...pretty much stopping every single crime in the world in an instant.
He takes ages to scan everyone's minds though. He would have to do it one country at a time.
@@damsen978 not really..what makes charles the only telepath strong enough to use cerebro is that when linked to it he has simultaneous access to the minds of all humans and mutants on the planet...a lesser telepath's mind just gets overwhelmed.

Charles against the Avengers you ask? Nothing is faster than thought for humans and he can just "turn-off" the brains" of every member in a millisecond. Second, he can simply control one of the most powerful and have them do the dirty work. Or just stop them all from taking action and just kill them one by one. There is no contest unless you surprise him.

I love that Prof X was finally introduced in the MCU and also his iconic floating chair (though the chair was effing huge and almost covered above his waist. If I remember in the comics, it's just right under his waist). What I didn't like was how Patrick did the finger to head acting. I thought it was too much and not at all subtle just like in the comics or 90s animated. He even went and pointed his finger at Scarlet witch when he when into her mind. It's just too much and it looked more corny than epic.

And Legion imprisoned the psychics in Age of X. Besides Wanda can read minds but isn't a psychic. It's magic, it's totally different.
Magical mind-readers in Marvel comics can read minds but it's an on-and-off thing for them. It's not how their brain works on default. Xavier, Emma Frost, Jean Grey constantly hear all the voices around them and must consciously choose to NOT listen. Magic users like Doctor Strange and Wanda must consciously turn it on.

In the astral plane Xavier would have obliterated Wanda! In the comics he is in the mind of every world leader and could just make them push or prevent them from pushing the doomsday nuclear weapons button whenever he wants.
It's just bad inaccurate writing! Because they don't know what to do with them otherwise. In the movies they make psychics seem weak but im the comics they're on another level.
And yes! She killed him way to easy. In the comics this would be impossible. The astral plane is Xavier's Backyard to defeat him there is next to impossible highly improbable!

Guys I got a question the seizure that Charles Xavier had did it kill all the mutants🤔?
The ones at the Mansion. Logan may have been the only survivor. The corn in Logan was genetically engineered to cancel or at least weaken Mutants. It also kept them from activating. Effectively ending Mutant births. Laura was one that a clone that wasn't fed on the GMO corn or any of the corn products. It kept Logan from healing and made him susceptible to Adamantium toxicity and normal aging.

He kinda not, but yeah he underestimate the darkhold as a whole, but not Wanda since he believes Strange words
Charles's always overconfident, for someone who claims to possess the strongest mind on Earth, he somehow keeps losing every mind-fight he ever has on big screen
@@agentchen6788 the only mind fight he lost is against Emma which when she in Diamond form, and Jean which has a freaking Phoenix inside. Wanda in another hand, she is kinda easy to invade her mind but she empowered by the Chaos Magic, which considered to be equal to Phoenix force. Besides like I said, Charles (at least in this universe) underestimate the Darkhold capabilities since he only witnessed Strange using it, not Wanda (whose is the best possible host for Cthon and by far the most powerful Chaos Magic user.)
