And I love it. And I'm here for all of it.
Unfortunately, this kind of stuff happens in real life. HR does not always handle sexual harassment appropriately. In fact, many times, they actively aid and abet when someone sexually harasses someone else.
That's why it's often just better to collect evidence yourself and get a lawyer. HR is not your friend they're not their to help you they're there to help the company. If you prove yourself to be too much of a risk they'll get rid of you, make you look like the aggressor, and buy any and all evidence, while simultaneously blacklisting you from nearby areas. Of course not every HR is line this but it's better to prepare for the worst that way you're not unprepared

I remember one time I had a colleague who was fine but not my age so I wasn't attracted to him Until he showed these hormonal reactions towards me, which confused me because he could have so much better and younger than me! Suddenly I felt like I should like him, too, then he wasn't feeling me anymore, but then I felt left out somehow. I really hated him for that because it was so unnecessary, but I guess hormones are hormones.
If Dr. Park heard that one of her colleagues dreamt about her, she might consider that sexual harassment. Drs. Taub and Chase have every right to feel uncomfortable, and their gender and sexual orientation shouldn’t automatically make them feel “flattered”.
oh palease - do you even know what tv show you are watching? You imagine a thing you cannot prove, because we are at the mercy of whatever the show actually shows, but your claim is no consistent with what it DOES show across its 8 seasons. Mostly, no one has any comeuppance for their many law and moral violations - and that's fine because we the audience get a gods eye view of mostly everything relevant so we can make excuses for the characters and like them and blah blah blah.

Age doesn't matter that much when it comes to friendship (not that they even really had much of an age gap).
I have friends 15-20 years older than me and 15-20 years younger.
I gain from my older friends what my younger friends gain from me; invaluable insights from another human with more lived experiences.
I gain from my younger friends what my older friends gain from me; invaluable insights into where the world is going and/or how I might need to adapt/change.
Not to mention, there are awesome people of all ages.
Why would you restrict your ability to make a potential best friend or forgo the opportunity to meet a kindred spirit simply because of something as trivial as their age (particularly when you're both adults-I'm not saying it would make sense for a 20 year old to be best friends with a 5 year old but in 15 years when they're 20 and 35 y/o coworkers who realize they both happen to love the same movies, hobbies, music, animals, or whatever, why not be friends??

She seems nice and everything, but she does carry a pretty androgynous look on her..... However!!- That doesn't necessarily make her un-lady-like, some folks keep reserved especially at work. I dunno, this whole snippet seems odd, but somehow I could see these two working out just because of life experience: I've seen some couples that youd never imagine in a lifetime, end up together for decades. So, who really knows. I know its just a show, its not real, but in universe or in real life I say, go for it if it makes you both happy and works out. 👍 No judgement here. They both could certainly do worse (and likely have).

The poor guy who played Chase. He had to have that Thia Ladyboy on him because of the progressive message.
Park can't hold any scene with the other cast members because her acting is so poor. Voice, blocking, delivery...it's just horrible. I've done community theatre with people much better than this.
