Thank you Tristano for your great review. I’ve have just been presented with a Bremont SUPERMARINE S300/BR BLUE for my 70th birthday, lucky me. I am very impressed indeed with the quality of build, the aesthetics and the excellent finish. It is a Very comfortable fit on my smaller wrist due to the 40mm diameter size and the excellent unique case design- no rear bulge like some automatics. The accuracy and attention to detail is stunning. I am well aware of the comments on it being overpriced and the confusing modified/in house movement claims etc. etc. However I felt like supporting a British company with the courage to start their own brand. I could go on and on but just wished to make a defensive complementary comment/statement. “If one loves something, it’s worth the price”
I have 4 Bremont’s , latest being the 1918 and they are all superbly built watches and easily go up against the bigger boys. I have Omega’s and two rolex subs so I can compare easily . Each to their own of course but I would definitely say they are worth the money in my opinion .
I have a Bremont Solo - the quality easily compares with Rolex and Omega and exceeds Tudor. I love my Tudor Black Bay but it isa boit of a scratch magnet. The Bremont shrugs off scrqatches and looks near perfect after two years of regular wearing. I think they are relatively good value.
I really do get the Bremont brand and story and I think that they are a welcome addition to the luxury watch market. I recently purchased a S301 and I am very happy with the watch. For me, the 40mm Dia Bezel is perfect fit as I do have a smaller than average wrist size. The watch is a classic, understated design that I think will still look 'classically modern' for years to come. This was my first purchase after many years of evaluating similar products. Sure, I could have purchased a Rolex or a Omega, but in the end I opted for the Bremont due to me believing in this small, but up-and-coming company. I notice that some of the comments below criticise Bremont for using a purchased Swiss movement. Personally I do not have a problem with this. Bremont should be praised for working to bring more of the manufacturing back into the UK. Surely this is a good thing. We should be supporting and encouraging any UK company that is investing in it's future. I have every confidence that Bremont will go from strength to strength. Come on guys, let's get behind this British company.
I just purchased the Bremont MB II whilst in the Caribbean this spring. It sports the larger 43 mm Trip-Tick case, hardened with the mat finish, day and date ( interestingly the day is available in both English and French - how cool is that?!), and the internal roto-click bezel. It has two actuators, at 2 and 4, and I just love it. I put down my Breitling Blackbird to wear it and haven't picked up the Breitling since. My wrist is about 6 3/4" in circumference so it wears well. Pop a MB II on your wrist and see what I mean. Clean and understated, and very classy!
I too feel that same sense of patriotism seeing “London” on the dial. Despite living in Malaysia, I feel some allegiance to British soil. These pieces are literally mouth-watering. My mouth is watering.
Loved the review. I bought mine (MBIII) as a treat 3 years ago when I got a new job and wanted a good watch that didn’t scream ostentatiousness. It’s a wonderful timepiece. Being British also helped of course!
I own two Bremont timepieces and I love them both. Bremont makes a solid watch which is tough as nails and they look beautifully unique. Great video TGV. Would love more coverage on Bremont in the future. :)
I've just bought the Bremont supermarine 300 in white! ... absolutely love it!!! ... agree with you on the crown position, but it doesn't seem to bother me now I'm wearing it ... I have the fabric nato strap as well, which quite frankly makes it the most stunning watch I've ever owned imo. Great video thank you.
Great video TGV. I tried on an S301 a couple of months ago and loved it, it was so comfortable on the wrist and the styling was fantastic. However, the big issue is the price, it's £800 more than the new Black Bay Fifty Eight and as such I'm now on the wait list for one of those. It's a real shame as I love the idea of a watch made in the UK but at that price, its a no go for me.
Thank you for sharing that. I could not agree more with your point. You could always buy used? I am dying to review the 58, sadly hard to get a hold of at the moment as they are in such demand. Best regards, TGV
Bremont is to me the luxury analog version of the G-shock. They're tough as nails and you can abuse it in all your outdoor adventures and need not have to worry that it'll stop working. Good review by the way.
Thank you, we hear too rarely about British watches. For me these watches are in perfect harmony with this special British something. I am seriously thinking to get one. 👍
So true, that inexplicable "special British something" is so true, I know exactly what you mean. Thank you my friend, spot on as always. Best regards, TGV
I just bought the S300 last week on the Disney Dream cruise ship. Got the one with the white dial and blue bezel. Love the colorway as it reminds us of the nautical colors associated with the cruise, so it will always bring back great memories. I can’t stop looking at it - it’s beautiful and very well made, and thus far extremely accurate.
Gotta say, TGV...I'm a huge movie buff and you choose some of the best scores for your intros. Beowulf had an incredible, and incredibly underrated, soundtrack. One of Alan Silvestri's best since his glory days of Back to the Future, Forrest Gump, etc. Bravo sir!
Wow, you really know your movies scores, impressive! Silvertri is very hard to beat when it comes to bombastic scores. I could not agree more. Thank you Michael, I am a big movie buff too and I glad to have you in the Gentry. Best regards, TGV
Yes I've been waiting so long for this! Bremont has held my interest for a good while with the Supermarines, really glad you've got your hands on them!
So glad to hear, sorry it took so long, but I always get there in the end ;-) Thank you, Best regards, TGV P.s. Is that dear old Marcus in your youtube picture? #respect #meditationsbookrules!
...really enjoyed this video mate 👍👏👌😃, thanks, I totally adore Bremont & their story, the farmers crash etc: they literally are down the road from me, well I mean hyperthetically some 20-30 miles away yet still when I get the chance I'll be visiting, their cases alone nevermind the movements, are absolutely incredible..thnks for the video geezer, top-man.
At last! GREAT video!!! Nice one TGV!!!! Spot on! Glad you saw the Bremont for what it is and objectively reviewed it rather than having a clouded view on them without knowing really what or who they are. A video that speaks of Bremont in a positive manner (there are others, but the comments and direction of them usually have some element of criticism....and yes, you guessed it, the price is the major issue...). I have owned a Solo now for about 18 months and I ADORE it. I was in the market for a higher end watch as tribute to both my father and father in law who died 3 weeks apart and were both engineers and adored watches. It was a toss up (with the money available to me) between an Omega AT and a Bremont. I saw both and hands down the quality and engineering of the Bremont shone through. The movement, yes, I get. Omega with the Co-axial etc was a big big draw. But in the flesh, the Bremont had it. Those lugs, the shine and finish of the crystal and the burgeoning and rapidly appearing legacy and history (will be even bigger when the eventually get to make their own in-house movement solely in England) sold the Bremont to me. And I absolutely do not regret it. The Omega for me was a "it can wait" watch. The Bremont was a "must have now" watch. The price issue though.....lets address this.....economy of sales. Simple as that. Omega, Rolex, Tudor etc all chuck their watches out at an astonishing rate. By no means does this mean they are inferior or badly put together etc, but Bremont make no more than 8-10K watches a year.....probably a fraction of the numbers the big names make. Yes Rolex have in house movements and have that history, so charge accordingly. Omega too. But their numbers are high. But, if you take recent Tudors (their own in house movement notwithstanding), they were also based on ETA movements, modified to their own standards, as like Bremont. Yet their numbers are vastly higher, but the prices aren't much different. So, why criticise a smaller, lower volume but high end manufacturer on price when a company like Tudor is doing the same with higher numbers and the backing of one of the biggest names in the business? Nobody bats an eyelid at their costs. Then you have the engineering. Is a Tudor (or many others for that matter) made as well? The super hardened steel, the super hardened crystal (patented by the way), the clever case engineering with the shock resistance and the three piece case etc....its all clever stuff that is a little bit beyond what most are offering. Package this, with the economies of sale........should price be an issue or concern? It shouldn't be. Bremont, slightly biased as I may be, are worth every penny I feel when you take it all into consideration. And see one in the flesh.......you see where the quality is. Keep up the great work! Adore your vids! Must watch stuff for me every time!
Very robust arguments here and I agree with all you points. May I commend you on an extremely well written piece. Refreshing to read a comment on RUclips by someone with an impressive command of the Queen’s English.
Big fan of the channel. Always interesting and informative content. I in fact own a Bremont S2000. It’s a big watch but I think it suits my big wrists. Watches are very well made and can withstand a beating. I daily my Bremont on a construction site and there are barely any signs of wear. I purchased mine from an AD in South Africa for way below retail. I did have an issue with the quick set date during the warranty period, however the watch was sent back to the UK for repairs and was back in my hands within a few weeks with no charge for the repair or transport costs. I must disagree with most people and say that they’re good value, considering the toughness, refinement and customer service provided by Bremont, especially when paying around 3800 US from an AD. Big discounts can be had, in South Africa at least. Keep up the good work.
I had a look at the s300 BL in a store the other day... Wow ,it was fabulous, such good proportions and felt very well built indeed. This and the U2 also in blue are just gorgeous!
Beautiful watches, although I still think that they are overpriced. Sure, I don't know everything that goes into making a watch, but do I really care? No, because I only care about the product itself. If a company decides to produce their watches in Dubai for example, so be it, but I'm not willing to pay a premium for that. A lot of Micros offer a lot more value/$, so there is no reason for me to waste money on a Bremont. If they halved their prices I might consider buying one, but they ask too much. This applies to many big brands too. Of course, these are just my opinions.
How exactly are they overpriced? They are made by a small company with an aviation background. They are also produce some of the toughest watches out there. I have the Supermarine and it has gone through some brutal usage when scuba diving.
Something I just noticed about your videos that I really appreciate...you always have classical music playing subtly in the background. If you are not looking for it, you won't hear it. I've been watching your videos for years and only just noticed this. Fantastic video as usual TGV.
Great review of Bremont’s classic divers. I am a Bremont owner (you asked us specifically to mention it!) and I have an MBII (quite a rare whit dial and blue barrel). I really love the company, the customer service and the uniqueness of their products. Although you were lent those two I think if you bought them they would also come with rubber straps too as a lot of Bremonts (including mine) come with a spring bar tool and a second rubber strap. Keeps up the good work and a ‘hello’ from the U.K. 👍😊
Thank you Ben for sharing that, this is precisely the feedback I wanted to hear. Enjoy your Bremont and hello from NYC, I miss the UK greatly! Best regards, TGV
The complaint about modified ETA movements has always been silly to me. Lots of brands (example Panerai) are built on their watch designs, not the movements. Plus, if you're buying an expensive watch, it's nice to know the service is cheaper because it has a more common movement. Loved the video and Bremont has lots of great pieces. Just waiting to be able to snag a rose gold wright flyer.
Agree on the S300 looks great, especially the lug and case design and the quality looks really good with great close up shots, look forward to your next video TGV, always classy, cool and informative.
i love this brand, and before i went out and bought one i did a lot of reading on them, yes they got into trouble with their claims for an In house movement, and for that they did came out and apologised, not many brands will go out and do that. but the most complaint is that one is paying tons of money for a watch with an ETA movement. many people forget that ETA movements comes in different grades and each grades varies in price. IWC uses a modified Valjoux 7750 in many of their Pilot Chrono. i know this as i own one of IWC's Pilot chronos. you can also get a premium level ETA 2893 movement in a steinhart and for less. and yet steinhart makes wonderful watches.. the fact is several other brands uses ETA and their prices are not similar. If Helmut Sinn was able to market a tough, reliable and eventually iconic Pilot chronograph with links to the post war Luftwaffe, then he was able to do so successfully without relying on advertising or marketing . Bremont, on the other hand followed the Rolex and Omega playbook of using flashy marketing technics including "Brand Ambassadors" this may be a turn off to some watch enthusiasts, but that is how the game is played. But lets take a moment to really look into the watch. since i own the Alt1-ZT/51 i can say that Bremont's watches are extremely well made, being able to use Martin Baker's name in their watch line is a big deal as Martin Baker is a no nonsense company and Bremont was very successful at making a robust watch able to meet Martin Baker's strict requirements. yes Bremont is not cheap, but one can get used ones for a much more affordable price. but as a watch enthusiast, Bremont ticks my list of what i wanted in a watch, that is Build quality, toughness, reliability and yes in my view, very nice watches that are not too flashy. on the subject or in house movements, to be able to make an in-house movement meant a huge amount of money and R&D and clearly bremont has been doing so, it will not happen overnight and they may even have to strike some kind of partnership with other makers (Tudor partnered with Brietling for their in house chrono movement) but it is clear that bremont is investing on eventually being able to make in house movement, and that is something i would respect. Bremont's aim at having their own in house movement is not a gimmick it is a a very difficult task and i hope they will eventually pull it off, Bremont simply got too excited and prematurely announced that they have an in house movement and that was rather unfortunate. I am confident that they will eventually be successful
I quite like the style of Bremont watches, especially their cases. But for the price they’re asking for there is just too much competition out there. Btw great intro again Tristano! 😍
+Daniel Z. There is actually very little competition at that price. The only Brand that is better would be Rolex and that is nearly twice the price for one of their divers. Most Omega watches are not true in house movements.
Christopher Ward a more cost effective English watch maker have their own in-house SH21 movement, which is a certified chronometer and also includes an incredible 120 reserve! I do enjoy Bremont watches and I live locally here in Henley but Christopher Ward offer the same quality at a much more affordable price.
I would politely suggest that the quality of the Bremont is better and I love the aviation blend with the dive watch and the history associated with the Supermarine seaplane, however I do agree with you that fundamentally that Christopher Ward offer (much) better value for money.
Christopher ward just pay a company Synergies Horlogères to make a movement and let them call it in house. Mere trickery with words. Bremont make more of their watch than half of the omegas out there. They are passionate about reviving British watchmaking, the ex world capital of world watchmaking. CW are just 3 businessmen with no prior experience in the watch industry still getting the Swiss to make their pieces. Not coach certified..
Great review, your enthusiasm always comes through which makes for a good learning experience 👍🏼 It seems with these pieces from Bremont they’re not just vintage inspired but have a genuine real timeless quality to them.
Beautiful watches, TGV. But don't you think that the price is a bit steep for ETA-powered timepieces? At that price point, would a Tudor Black Bay not make more sense?
Great to see you finally review some Bremont pieces. They do seem to receive polarised views. I'd like you to look into their limited editions, where aircraft parts are incorporated into the rotor and so on. A true limited edition because there is only so much of a vintage warbird available to use, not because (like most brands) they decide to limit the production. I own an ALT1-P and soon will add another piece. Very proud to have a British timepiece on my wrist.
Love the intro, 100 years of the RAF, and the image of an aircraft around the globe. Possibly that aircraft saved Europe from a very dark Future. A friend from the UK
Tony Hill people tend to only mention the BoB yes what you said was indeed true for the early part of the war, however later in the war and throughout the globe it was deployed to a greater effect. In a world war an aircraft is not effective unless it occupies every theater. It was gifted to all the Commonwealth countries, a few ended up in Russia and was favoured even over the Yak 3, some were given to the Americans even. It was the most influential and probably the best aircraft of the war.
Rogue Disruptor this was a comment about the light that was saved from the darkness of a far right ideology. I do not expect a comment about far right propaganda on a otherwise honest comment. Nobody is an Alien. Everybody is welcome. Do not promote hatred of other people's on a video about watches.
I love those watches. I would definitely consider buying one at some point. When you say they’re expensive, they are no more expensive than a Rolex and don’t seem to have a problem buying them.
I’m a big Bremont fan! I went down their aviation pieces and even own a Military special project watch! I am also incredibly keen to see how the brand develops in terms of British watchmaking in the future, let’s see if they can revive the industry!
Love Bremont I like the story of the company and no one does limited edition models like they do and they have a huge support for the military. It's also great to see this renaissance in the USA and UK for true craftsmanship I'm excited for the day Bremont makes in house movements. I don't own one yet but I did purchase one of their handmade braceletes for the Invictus games but I believe the s300 will be on my wrist soon. Thanks for the video Tristano it's great to see the channel doing so well. And the s500 actually looked good on your wrist despite the size
Hi I was thinking of buying a bremount but dont no much about the. Just wounded if you know if they are in house movement and would you recommend one over a omega semester or IWC ? If you could help much appreciated
I'm a massive fan of this case design, absolutely unique, tried one on at a local jewellers and it just looked and felt stunning. Can't say I was overly impressed with the bezel action.
Awesome video! The quality and content of your channel continues to increase with every post. Big fan of your commentary which I find compelling and sincere, even if I don't always agree....however I agree 100% with your assessment of Bremont. I have owned their flagship model, Alt1-C chronograph, for about a year. Yes, the price is a tad high relative to some comparable brands but when you consider their huge manufacturing investment in the UK to support 10,000 unit annual production, it makes sense. I couldn't be happier with the way the watch wears on the wrist. I have small wrists as well and despite the chunky first impression it looks amazing on my wrist. Get tons of compliments. Craftsmanship is truely top notch. .it is very durable and accuracy is remarkable...gains less than a few seconds a month. In fact I use it as a reference for setting the IWC, PP, JLC and BP timepieces in my collection! I Have met the English brothers and think they are really great chaps who have established an amazing brand despite a lot of criticism (which often seems unfair and unwarranted). You should do a review of the Alt1-C...I think you would like it. Keep up the great work!
Lovely.....nothing better than starting the day with a short black and a fresh golden crispy sfogliatella while watching my favorite YT watch reviewer G'day from Oz! 🥐☕⌚🙂👍
OMG, that is heaven!!!!! The last time I had a good Sfogliatella I was in Naples. Proper jelly, enjoy it! Thank you my friend for the kind words. Best regards, TGV
wow this video made my decision on my next watch a lot more difficult. I was looking for my next piece to get a nice timeless diving watch and was going for a ceramic submariner date. the s501 is so unique though and I must say is really making the submariner choice a difficult one.
Great video! .... I recently purchased the Broadsword Recon and I am loving it so far. The scratch resistance and durability are a big thing for me as I only have two watches (the other is a Sinn U50 S Black) so they both get worn in all conditions. I have owned Breitlings, Omegas, Rolexes, Tags, Tudors and many others and I have to say my Bremont is on par and in some ways (at least in my opinion) even better than some of the offerings from those brands. I also love the idea that they're as you said unpretentious and that you don't see everyone that has some extra cash to spend on a watch wearing them.
As a value & heritage comparison, perhaps VS Alpina’s Seastrong 300m (525LGG4V6), which looks very similar and goes for about $1k. I think they have been making quality watches in Geneva a bit longer, since about 1883
I agree with you TGV, they are expensive but they aren’t too expensive. That’s a whole lotta watch for that price and the advantage of eta is they are cheap to maintain. Imagine if it was that much with an in-house movement in it. It would cost that much again every time I had to service it too! I think they’re beautiful and thanks for the great review.
Hi im from the UK and was inspired to purchase my first "propper" watch after warching your Seiko 5 SNKL23 review, however i have been searching far and wide without any luck of finding one! do you know of a place i can get one shipped to the uk or if you have any willing to sell? thank you
I have five Bremont watches. My latest is the S301 as limited edition RFU 150th Anniversary model. I was surprised how the smaller diameter looked and the weight, very happy!
I was at Henley Royal Regatta last weekend, Bremont had a "pop-up" marquee, very nice watches in person, very approachable staff, exceedingly tempting!
Thanks for another great video TGV. You've successfully turned my attention to Bremont. I've certainly have heard of them before, but haven't checked them out in quite some time. Keep up the great content!
Great review. I'm a fan of Bremont. Had an MB2 back in the day and always regretted not getting the S500 instead. Don't have a Bremont right now but their Jaguar MK III is one I've been eyeing. Got to meet one of the English brothers (think it was Nick) here at Oster Jewelers here in Denver. A true gentleman. Can definitely see owning a Bremont again someday. Ciao, John
Beautifuly done detailed images TGV. The detailed artistic design nuances of the Bremonts where so well presented. Very impressive timepieces - and it is very cool to see London on the dial. thank you again
Dear TGV you read my mind. I was hoping you could review some British watch. UK is a big part of horology and UK domination as for innovation and genius applied to time pieces is astonishing. Bremont is an incredible watch maker and its time pieces are class and vintage creations at the same time. To me we can consider the last ten years as the UK Renaissance: finally UK is stepping up and showing what British watch makers are capable of. I would like to cite Garrick, Schofield, Graham, Bremont, and Arnold & Son and I wish you can review some of these brands. Awesome video and review. Once again you were right on target! Excellent!
Thank you my friend. I am so glad you appreciate this fascinating chapter of horology. Don't forget Frodsham too, they just released their first wrist watch. I did a video about it during Baselworld 2018 as most of the industry completely missed it. I am sure you saw it, if not, you will love it! Best regards, TGV
I love my S300 with its blue sunburst dial. I also have a Lancaster on order for later this month. The Hercules is a really really beautiful watch too.
Glad to finally see a Bremont on the channel. This is one of the brands that really speaks to me.
Thank you Tristano for your great review.

I live about 15 minutes away from where they are made, very nice brand making very nice watches.
"Your intro is amazing!"
You must be new here they're all good! Bremont makes amazing watches love their designs.

Bremont is a wonderful company, innovative, several different styles. Nicely done on their background TGV, as always. Thank you.

I am dying to review the 58, sadly hard to get a hold of at the moment as they are in such demand.

That S300 is a stunner! Absolutely awesome to learn more about this brand - I will definitely look for more from Bremont. Another great one 🍻
Brilliant review, I’ve just added the new S300 with white dial and blue bezel to my ever growing collection.
Bremont is to me the luxury analog version of the G-shock. They're tough as nails and you can abuse it in all your outdoor adventures and need not have to worry that it'll stop working. Good review by the way.
Thank you sir, great analogy btw, very true.
Best regards,
TGV
I totally agree with you.
I have a Supermarine and it has been bashed senseless when diving and it stil works like new.
Thank you, we hear too rarely about British watches. For me these watches are in perfect harmony with this special British something. I am seriously thinking to get one. 👍
So true, that inexplicable "special British something" is so true, I know exactly what you mean.

Cool story and you have a great piece with some great memories. Was not aware they sold watches on such a cruise.

Bremont is doing great things on many levels. Great review and close look at the unique designs.
Yes I've been waiting so long for this! Bremont has held my interest for a good while with the Supermarines, really glad you've got your hands on them!
So glad to hear, sorry it took so long, but I always get there in the end ;-)
Thank you,

TGV
P.s. Is that dear old Marcus in your youtube picture? #respect #meditationsbookrules!
The Urban Gentry Haha yes it is, you asked me that last time I commented but I've changed the background of it since then 😁
Nice Intro...reminded me of the RAF 100 fly past on Tuesday in London! 🛩👌🔝
DoubleDeckerAnton! im also subscribed to you too, Ha.
...really enjoyed this video mate 👍👏👌😃, thanks, I totally adore Bremont & their story, the farmers crash etc: they literally are down the road from me, well I mean hyperthetically some 20-30 miles away yet still when I get the chance I'll be visiting, their cases alone nevermind the movements, are absolutely incredible..thnks for the video geezer, top-man.
Craig Flint thank you. That’s really very kind
Wow,, I was absolutely loving this watch,,, price was a downer though
Your reviews are exceptional. Comprehensive, informative, and beautiful to watch.
Thank you so much, very much appreciated.
Best regards,
TGV
Great to see British top quality fine mechanical watches still exist! The retro and nostalgic touch is just what I love too!
Them intros never disappoint! Always looking forward to them
Thanks TGV for the awesome review!! I you just found my next buy!
I had a look at the s300 BL in a store the other day... Wow ,it was fabulous, such good proportions and felt very well built indeed. This and the U2 also in blue are just gorgeous!
Thanks for showing them, a interestung brand. Also the Intro deserves a place on your best of list. Cheers
Super great review Tristano, thank you.
Something I just noticed about your videos that I really appreciate...you always have classical music playing subtly in the background. If you are not looking for it, you won't hear it. I've been watching your videos for years and only just noticed this. Fantastic video as usual TGV.
Yea I truly love the 301, but the retail price is a bit steep compared to rivals - but what a top class watch
Thank you Jack, glad you appreciate the 301 too. Class indeed.
Best regards,
TGV
Beautiful, classy & a great alternative to the same old status symbol watches in this price bracket. Cheers 👍👍
Perfectly said .... very original case manufacture and appearance
Best regards,
TGV
The complaint about modified ETA movements has always been silly to me. Lots of brands (example Panerai) are built on their watch designs, not the movements. Plus, if you're buying an expensive watch, it's nice to know the service is cheaper because it has a more common movement. Loved the video and Bremont has lots of great pieces. Just waiting to be able to snag a rose gold wright flyer.
Agree on the S300 looks great, especially the lug and case design and the quality looks really good with great close up shots, look forward to your next video TGV, always classy, cool and informative.
Thank you so much my friend, as always, your support and positive attitude have my respect.
Best regards,
TGV
i love this brand, and before i went out and bought one i did a lot of reading on them, yes they got into trouble with their claims for an In house movement, and for that they did came out and apologised, not many brands will go out and do that. but the most complaint is that one is paying tons of money for a watch with an ETA movement. many people forget that ETA movements comes in different grades and each grades varies in price.
Good spiel. Thanks for taking the time!
I’ve been eyeing up the S301 in my local jewellers for some time now.
A really lovely piece and I live the “romance” of Bremont!
Haha, I don't blame you!
Thank you,
Bes tregards,
TGV
The Urban Gentry
Edit: *love
Try to live, but I’m not a pilot.
Love the aesthetics of Bremont watches. Finishing and attention to detail is top notch.
Dive watches can't get enough of them.
They are unique . True Class . Will be purchasing one very soon .
Spectacular intro as usual.. Great work!
Bremont watch designs are stunning. Bremont were kind enough to send me their 2017-2018 brochure. A fine watch maker.
Maybe a VS with Christopher Ward Trident 600? 1/5 of the price or not in the same league? Both fantastic watches of course!
That would be very interesting, great idea.
Thank you,
Best regards,
TGV
@@Crisisbiker
So since you are all suggesting Christopher Ward would you consider them to be as field tough as say the Bremont Supermarine?
Absolutely stunning design. Thank you for showing us a company that most people wouldn’t have ever heard of Governor.
I have to appreciate the creations from my homeland!
Best, IC
Great review, you can clearly see that you are spending more time on your video editing . Keep up the good work tgv
Stunning watches. Great review!
Thanks as always - where did you get the green nato strap you wore with your vintage Omega, please?
If immigration is not stopped then reversed our future is dark. Very dark.
Beautiful watches and a great review. Thanks TGV, keep making great videos like this.
Great watch, any suggestions where I can get a strap like that, beautiful finish!
Tempting...much respect for Bremont. Great video! - Best, David
Thanks so much mate, love the channel and perfect timing as I am currently considering one
So glad to hear that,
Thank you George, I hope this helps
Best regards,
TGV
Well I filled your last advice and bought a Breathing Superocean 42 in green, honest and honourable reviews
Splendid review .. just splendid . I like the S301but it is expensive. I might go for the Black Bay 58 instead , without the date though.
+CM Chong
Black bay 58 is a nice watch but it is at the same price as the Bremont.
Very beautiful timepieces. The intros get better every time.
Thank you sir.
That case is the best one I have seen in a very long time.
Best regards,
TGV
Lovely.....nothing better than starting the day with a short black and a fresh golden crispy sfogliatella while watching my favorite YT watch reviewer
G'day from Oz!
🥐☕⌚🙂👍
OMG, that is heaven!!!!!
The last time I had a good Sfogliatella I was in Naples. Proper jelly, enjoy it!
Thank you my friend for the kind words.
Best regards,
TGV
wow this video made my decision on my next watch a lot more difficult.
Hi im from the UK and was inspired to purchase my first "propper" watch after warching your Seiko 5 SNKL23 review, however i have been searching far and wide without any luck of finding one! do you know of a place i can get one shipped to the uk or if you have any willing to sell? thank you
Those blue hands on the Omega are insane 💙💙💙
I do like the impression the S301 gives off. Thanks for the video, Tristano.
Nice video TGV. Is this a helium escape valve on the bigger one?
I have five Bremont watches. My latest is the S301 as limited edition RFU 150th Anniversary model. I was surprised how the smaller diameter looked and the weight, very happy!
That 39mm piece does look a beauty. Cheers for the review.
Are Casio watches any good? I recently picked up a Casio watch for quite cheap.
Hey Governor, I think you should really make a video about history of British watchmaking. :)
A truly grand idea, even if it will just be you and me watching it! LOL ;-)
Hopefully one day,
Thank you,
Best regards,
TGV
It would last 5 secs
@@redcapitalist Yeah, that's not much to say about Rolex
How would you compare these with the Christopher Ward watches? They are well made, UK and run ETA as well.
Thanks for this review. I’m not an owner yet, but I’ve been looking at them for a while and I want a Super Marine quite badly.
Mike Rehfuss. It's a great watch, Good luck getting one sometime.
This is one of your best, if not the best intro you've ever had.
Ciao, John
Best intros on RUclips!
How would you compare these to Breitling and Tags?
I love the vintage Omega, so much history and so interesting. Plus it’s beautiful. 👍
The cases are spectacular. Love everything about these Bremont's really except the prices.
Brought an MB11 and I love it. Englishmen supporting an English brand. 👍👌
TBH sir! You mentioned they sponsor expeditions! How about they do an explorer version? Or would that be too close to a homage??
Beautifuly done detailed images TGV. The detailed artistic design nuances of the Bremonts where so well presented. Very impressive timepieces - and it is very cool to see London on the dial. thank you again
Thank you so much. Hearing that makes it all worth it.
Onwards and upwards.
Best regards,
TGV
Best regards,
TGV
Definitely I will watch it. As you realized I love watches and horology. Thank you for the heads up!
I love my S300 with its blue sunburst dial.
I also have a Lancaster on order for later this month.
The Hercules is a really really beautiful watch too.
