Although I hate what D&D did with the last two Seasons I couldn't help but think that Stheir Stannis is kinda in sync with the book Stannis. In the books he is stuck in a snow storm and cut off from supplies and his troops are caught up in unrest.

Although I do love Davos’s speech in that episode, I prefer the book Stannis and his story so much more. They butchered his character and others so much in the show, I just hope Stannis has a good arc in the books. Hopefully he won’t perish in the Battle of Ice.

It should be easy technically to have a respectful brotherly relationship with him. But Robert did him dirty. That being said I'm not that far in asoiaf so most of my knowledge is from the show.

Stannis after also witnessing his parents death had no one, Robert had left him alone and he had to take care of Renly. This caused Stannis to be emotionally unavailable and become the rigid character he is now. Renly felt like both his brothers didn't care for him because of these reasons. Its super sad and just a storm of bad circumstances for them all. What they all needed was each other.
Stannis deserved the throne more than anyone. Not only by blood right, but by how he was. He fought WITH his army. He doesn’t “just give orders”. A real leader. RIP.

+youssef ben alaya I was definitely Team Stannis for a while, since he was the only one with power who seemed to take the White Walker threat seriously, and didn't necessarily want the Iron Throne for his own sake. I also love the actor portraying him. However, I think they forgot to write a couple of scenes to show him dealing with the fact that he had to burn his own daughter. The way they did it now made it seem like it was no big deal for him, which seemed out of character IMO.
When Davos sailed into Storm's End with supplies for a garrison and lord he'd never met he did so with hope that his son might have a better life. As his friends and family continue to fall, will the Onion Knight be able to stay true? What part will he play in the war to come?

The white walkers will overrun the seven kingdoms while the witch usurper Cersei sits on her unearned throne and the teenage girl pretender smashes her armies impotently on Kings Landing's walls. After he killed Theon for murdering the too Starks boys according to his knowledge.. he's in very hard situation, he's camping in a village norther Winterfell fighting the snows of Winter and his soldiers and horses starving and he refused to sacrifice anyone; he said (No burning pray harder) .. while in the other side Roose is hiding in Winterfell with the other lords of the north and Ramsey disobeyed his father, taking the forces to attack him taking the snows in his side, while the King was waiting with all the confidence in the world, nobody know what he's planing too.. the King has all the well to retake the north and gave it to his rightful rulers and bring justice and vengeance.

Ahmed Ghazwan It's a really great show! It starts off slow with procedural episodes in the first season, but as the story goes on and more backstory is revealed it turns into something really special.
