I am having a problem with the ctrl + E part at 4:10 When I do this the parts I did with the pen just disappear, and I can't get them to show.

3:31 whenever I clip it down, I try to create the shape, but it never shows up. Yes, I did connect all the lines, and yes the shape appears and it's outlined, yes it's on fill, but it doesn't have any color inside of the shape... Can someone help?
