How to use ATTRACT on Pokemon Showdown! 1v1 nEw MeTa?!

- This video is edited in two, with the first half similar to my Pokemon Showdown Salt videos, with music and lots of edits, and the second half being more like my recent "How to use ASSIST on Pokemon Showdown" with less edits and more relaxed commentary, this time going over some 1v1 replays featuring the move attract.
Attract is way more of a gimmick in OU and pretty much any other tier... possibly aside from AG or Ubers with the ability shadow tag or arena trap... but in 1v1 it genuinely works ~perhaps new meta~

I forgot how but her Ninetales ended up using attract on my Lucario

I use Emolga (brightpowder): Thunder, Attract, Air Slash. Thunder tends to para, air slash tends to flinch, attract is attract, and brightpowder is cheeky

When my Pokemon gets attracted I just say in my head *come on (insert Pokemon here) don't be a simp*
You can set up the full combo from the first battle much more easily in a double battle, forming male/female pairs that fill the roll of paralyzing and confusing, and covering both genders at once. You can do things like combine Teeter Dance and Own Tempo, or No Guard Machamp with Dynamic Punch, and something else with Zap Cannon. And yes, I know all this because I did it several years ago. Someone, as a compliment (they were forewarned), called it the worst team they'd ever battled. Not because it was good, or hard to beat, but because it was infuriating to battle against. The objective is not to win, it's to make the other player forfeit.
