New Calisthenics Hybrid Workout Series Coming to the Channel

  • I want to let you lot know there is a new workout series coming to the channel, a calisthenics hybrid workout series, where I will be showing you my new workout program and each week 3 workout vlogs will be released every Monday Wednesday and Friday. Each workout will be different, I will show you and explain why certain exercises, to reps and sets and rest times. Strength training to hypertrophy and even plyometric and power training. I will teach you progressive overload with calisthenics, to weighted calisthenics to even sandbag training so a lot of information loaded into each video. It will be a full vlog featuring warm up and workout and maybe will edit down to make shorter but will be full calisthenics workout vlog.
