Yes it's a flash tune by Rob Hilton. To be honest I wouldn't recommend him for the price, the car barely picked up any power for the $1200 dollars I spent.
@@TyTheCarGuy1 I used him all the way to stage 4. I personally like his tunes but I would probably have gotten more through another tuner
