Thanks for watching folks! And sorry for skipping some of the steps due to the embargoed pots. The good news is I'll actually be able to announce them sooner, which is exciting as it's a brilliant collaboration with a brand and a person I really love. Otherwise, enjoy the pour of this teapot, I can see this glaze working well on other pots of mine although I'm not sure which form to try first.

That glaze was absolutely gorgeous, the white crystals forming with the subtle green mossy colors makes very appealing to the eye, personally I think it'd look great on vases, and I would love to see some kind of gray or blue variant of your crackling glaze with dark specs if possible. Anyways and as always thank you for the video mr florian it was a beautiful work

The glaze you used on this pot is very beautiful I love the depth and complexity of the color without it being heavy or any one part standing out more than the other. You should definitely use this again. If you could figure out how to make a blue like that it would be amazing

My fav sentence in this video in reference to having to clear the inside holes of the spout was "it is wholly necessary" but in my head I switched to "holey" and that made me chuckle. Thanks for continuing to be a wonderful resource to all of us amateur potters.

I love the glaze and everything else about the pot. However, I’m just a millennial disabled US Air Force Veteran who has never tried pottery and has started to watch pottery making because of my disability I cannot work a regular job and only have an income of about $5k per year. So I spend a lot of time doing nothing but watching RUclips and trying to find something I could do from home that is dirt cheap but so far 10 years since fracturing my spine and still nothing. But watching your videos are so fascinating and I just love the way you explain and show what you’re doing and how you did it. Thank you from across the pond. 👋

I love watching you seemingly effortlessly turn "fancy mud" into wonderful pieces of art. It's extremely impressive how you put such care and attention into this extremely technical and demanding yet practical artform. Also new glaze is a good one - nice warm mossy green where it's thick, yet echoing back to the more subtle tones of some of your other crackle-glazes where it's a little lighter such as around the spout - super nice!

I hope you will use this glaze again, it's shades different and it will look good on shapes you've already made and shapes and designs you will draw and discover in the future. I've enjoyed this video, being an avid tea drinker, I watch with interest and the idea of me making another t.pot myself, something I've not done since before covid, this has inspired me. Thankyou 😊

Moss green is my favorite color and it's not used nearly enough, I think it's actually kind of a rare color nowadays. I own a teacup from Zero Japan and its green glaze has more blue in it. I definitely prefer it more towards bronze-brown.

Hi! I had this idea to make a lid (for a teapot). Make a bigger hole on top of he main lid (1/2 to 1 cm). This new bigger hole can hold another mini-lid that sits loosely. As it sits loose, air can enter to the pot preventing clogging of the water inside. The mini-lid should have a vertical shaft (again 5 to 10 mm) and you can remove it to re-fill the pot with hot water.
    Your videos are awesome, thanks

While crackles glazes aren't my particular cup of tea, I can appreciate the artistry and earthiness of it. Again, not my vibe, but it fits rather nicely into the aesthetic and melds quite nicely with the mossy, earthy tone of green. On another note, I quite like the shape. It's simple but has a certain ornateness with its flat sides. The attention to detail and care is readily apparent. Nice work.
