Front kidney grill is horrible. Color is horrible. Wheels are horrible. OH ! And can we also talk about the vertical format of the vidéo ? Seems like it was shot on a proper camera so why a format to watch only on mobile phones ? Don't you know we can rotate the screen on our devices ? Seriously BMW, WTF ? Have you guys gone crazy ? I love my 440i GC but it seems like you hired THE WRONG PERSON AGAIN to design your new models, like you did with Chris Bangle. Will skip that generation or try to go for an 8 series which looks fantastic !

No... It's simple. There are normal series cars. And the top model of series model is given a M performance badge.
But a true ///M cars is entirely different thing and no competition for it

Really like this concept i4. I hope the production version doesn’t lose too much in translation. For example, I loved the 8 series concept, yet the production car ended up looking more ordinary, with much simplified surfacing. An opportunity lost.
Please listen to the ppl and do something about the grill, it´s no longer kidney, resembles another part of human body.. Ask some big guy to sit in the snow and then look at the footprint when he stands up :o)))

Give it the M8's racing grill if you have to give it the twin kidneys. The front end proportions are terrible!
I wonder if this will be 70k. If it is, why not get the tesla for 60k. You know the maintenance schedule and costs. You know It works. Bmw will find a way to tax you. Probably will charge for updates too.

You really are turning your back your core, traditional target audience. This “designer” is ignoring the BMW ethos and historical continuity and just parroting whatever vulgar stilling cues come down the pike to appeal to emerging markets who can’t afford your product and if they can; by the time you get through with it, it will be indistinguishable from a Lexus at best or more likely a Hyundai. This designer and this mentality are why Mercedes Benz is eating your lunch.
How about the new 4 series.. is it gonna look like i4?

The front end of that car is absolutely awful. Jaguar headlights and a Austin Allegro Vanden Plas grille. Looks like it needs a kidney transplant.....
The new badge is an affront to BMW's distinguished history and the giant grilles are just plain ugly. No "Hofmeister kink"? Come on BMW...
