Meallie and fyi Matt has grown up with three days grace... even he has written some songs of the first album and lastly there's no such rule that any band is not allowed to play other band's music .... Barry Neil and Brad have contributed in music so they have the full right to play it on stage .....and I'm not at all against Adam
Three days grace can still play the songs that featured Adam. Unfortunately for them, they sound like shit without Adam.

That's what I've been saying!!! He seems like he's truly happy, and it shows in his music (Waste My Time coming to mind and the album being about his wife). I loved him in Three Days Grace but he seems much more at home in Saint Asonia, and I love it even more. I'm glad he's doing what he wants.

Don't take me the wrong way, Barry, Neil and Brad are excellent musicians but I'm pretty sure Adam was the soul of the band. Anyway, let's see what they can come out with.

Don't want to rag on Three Days Grace but as soon as he left they're next album lost all direction, at least to me (mainly lyrically but also in general structure). That being said he was in the band so he has a right to sing them just as they do, even if he decided to part ways with them. Who's to say he can't sing what he wants because of what he wanted to do to make him happy? Ever since he left, he's been doing a lot better it seems in his life in general. He's happy, so let it be , and enjoy the music.

He says that people criticize him for playing 3DG songs, but he says he "kinda wrote some of them" and has the right to play them. And throws in some joke
Yeah well that's just some sarcasm as in you don't like it but I'm doing it anyway. He's the original artist he has as much right as anyone to sing those songs some stranger could " cover" them and no one would criticize. What's the deal they just use Adam while he's young and pretty then dismiss him and he better shut up and not sing either? Whatever he can do what he wants.

I don't even think he should have to justify if he wrote a song to sing it or not either. He sings lost in you sometimes still too and I think Barry wrote that but Adam made it a hit and he's the original vocalist so it's just oppressive people saying he is not allowed to since songs he has sung for over a decade. I think it's weird people even think like that lots of artists continue to sing their older stuff when bands break up or they go solo. 3DG doesn't own him it's his voice his soul I think he's a bit of a free spirit and some people try to discourage that.
