- Good Enough For Government Work- It wasn't really a government job but I bet the statement triggers some anti farm subsidy warriors in the comment section. #CornHarvest2022 #Triggered

Zach Johnson, the “Millennial Farmer” is a 5th-generation farmer who’s spent his life growing, working, and learning on his family’s farm. His wit and dry sense of humor appeal to children and adults alike. A product of the millennial generation, his appreciation of new technology blends with his old-fashioned work ethic, and he offers a unique ability to deliver his message in a way that resonates with lifelong farmers as well as those with no knowledge of agriculture. With growing consumer awareness about where their food comes from, Zach has identified the need for an independent voice from the front lines of agriculture. Zach actively promotes agriculture by sharing his day-to-day experiences in the agriculture world while providing farmer-to-farmer education to help facilitate a collaborative conversation between farmers and the public.

When your day sucked but you see that Millennial Farmer posted a video 8 minutes ago so it makes it better.
I know this daily upload is so awesome! I can't wait for another video!
I feel the same! I know we may not be fighting the same battles, but I agree that when the day’s war is done and I see a video from Millennial Farmer, it improves everything and helps me relax. Well done, Zach!!
I come when I have had a "meh" day in hopes Zach is messing with the strip tiller and It messes up. Lol. Makes my day seem just a bit nicer
Can confirm, I enjoy the hell outta these videos.
Kinda the same for me, too
Oooohh, that feeling. WHAT was that noise?? Did I actually hear it?? Did I imagine it?? Is it nothing?? Is the combine about to blow up or catch fire?? Do I keep going or should I have stopped an hour ago?? THAT causes tension inside. And that weather pattern there! That was wild! The edge of that cloud was right there. Great video Zack. I always enjoy coming along with you guys and seeing the inner workings of your place. And Becky ALWAYS makes it a coherent and wonderful presentation. THANK YOU Becky!! I do get a lot of joy here. Thanks to all of you.
Yep, know that feeling as a trucker 😅
Great 👌 edits.
Your dad is the man, years of
knowledge, cool as a cucumber
not too much bothers him and
Yet adapts to the new day of farming
Your a lucky man to have a dad
like you have.
When you get to a million subscribers, Anna needs more than several rides in as many tractors as she would like.
She isn't going to actually like it!! 🤣 carrying her up the steps will be hilarious
Your dad is amazing....generations of farming experience, knowledge and wisdom and he clearly adapts to all of the modern wizardry so much better than most. What a team.
Love your dialogue.. you make it interesting.. I feel as if my Dad who has been deceased for many years and was a farmer who lived about 40 miles north of your farm is sitting by me watching.. thanks for sharing your lives with the rest of the world…. We love you all! Your Dad is smart to listen for noises.
Family never leave they just go AWOL.😢
I have to add to your comment I grew up farming with my grandpa just south of parkers prairie a bit I wish he was sitting next to me as well but he'd rather be watching his soap opera than playing with the darn phone but if it wasn't for him me and my brother wouldn't be trying to farm and teach the next generation the lessons we learned...
It’s a scam in here
It’s not real yter
Videos have been great lately (they are never less than good) with all the harvest and fall tillage. It really seems that things are coming together this fall. I also say "good enough for government work." And I work for the government, so I ought to know! Your Dad and Jim are really great on the videos. And a shout out to Nate2.0. And the fact you were able to get away to get the family pictures means things are going well.
❤ I ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉
I think we all need to sit back and appreciate the amount of effort that goes in to making these videos, both from Zach and from Becky. Farming itself is hard enough, but taking your time to film all these dmall clips and then editing them together in this short amount of time while doing your main job asw is just phenomenal. Keep up the great work!
Such a great sight to see your dad go down those steps with such ease.
Your videos are so entertaining and funny Zach! Coolest farmer of all time
I didn't realize how addicted I've become to your videos. Farming is a lot different than I thought it would be and actually is. I love working with all kinds of machinery, growing things, and not having a regular schedule, and just doing what need to be done. If my situation was different growing up, I could definitely see me doing this kind of work. You do a heck of a job with your videos. :)
Such a good rapport you have with your pops and he's always so chilled.
My experience supports your theory about unusual noises being precursors to failures.
Your father is the nicest person. It’s seems as nothing ever bothers him. Hats off to your pops if they had a father of the year award I’d definitely vote for him. Fathers these days don’t have the patience as he has. Wow everyone take notes on how to be the best father in the world!!!!!!
They are both very respectfull with eachother, that's very clear and nice to see, compliments!
I always think the same. Nothing seems to faze him. The hole crew just crack on 😊
I would vote that all day long.
Greatest part of the day... Watching A New Millennial Farmer Harvest Video. Best videos on RUclips hands downs. Great Content Zach!
Wow Becky is horsing through these videos major props to both of you during harvest time.. think missus mfer definitely deserves a nice break away once harvest is done
More videos - More videos - keepum coming. How does a farmer from non computer days adapt to all the technology without someone like you Zack? I agree with all the positive comments below and love the rapport with the animals as well as the humans (especially Dad!)
Interview Jim when things quiet down, I think it would be great to find out more about him
Your temperament ( or possibly editing) is something to admire🎉
The responsibilities you give your boy is impressive!
Love tuning in daily!
God bless, Johnson’s. Hope everything with insurance and the barn and bin are going well!
thank you so much for all your videos keep working hard and then you will make money I think so can you explain on the video what is Jim for you a family member or just a friend and who is Alan God bless
If Anna has waited this long she should get a ride in all the tractors. The Welker's dog gets to ride in the tractors and combines.
You are so blessed to be able to work with your Dad.
He is a legend.
I feel for you with the family photos. One of the neighboring farmers has a daughter who lives in Florida and she scheduled her wedding in the middle of corn harvest. Needless to say he wasn't too happy about having to leave mid-harvest to attend, but family is more important than acreage.
The videos are always great Zach and thank you Becky for all your hard work behind the scenes editing and uploading them.
Becky..... the editing is getting better and better. Unbelievable that you guys put out quality content in such a high pace. I love your channel.
Thanks Becky and all the boys for your hard work. Would love to see more "RUclips shorts" please.
The pup wants a ride in the combine for sure. SUBSCRIBED on two accounts lol...
"Good enough for Government work" stood the test of time throughout my military career, love your dialogue 😍
Much more pc than the “good enough for the girls we go with” I used to hear 😊
That's where I learned it too.
Crazy how much Onyx and your dad resemble each other. Even their mannerisms and movements look similar. Love the channel.
I noticed that to there a great family
That’s not Jim, just the neighbor trying to be as cool as Jim.. 😂❤
Hey Zac from the Bluegrass state !
Something I have always wondered, when your on the radio talking to your Dad I hear you say 5 to 4 .
Can you disclose who is 1-2 🤣😂
Have a great rest of harvest day 🇺🇸🚜🎃
13:41 Ernest reference made my day. I remember watching those as a kid. RIP Jim Varney.
Cart would look better behind CIH Quad track
Can’t imagine why Dad’s worried about a weird noise on a $800,000 machine.
Run it till is stops!
Thanks Zach, enjoyed this one a lot. I hope you get to a million, I'm feeling bad for Puppy Anna. :)
17000, was what I remember reading when I sub'ed to this channel. Nearly a million now? I couldn't be happier for you guys! Always wishing you and your family the best. ♥
Zach, the interactions you have with your Dad are heartwarming. You both listen to each other and make suggestions rather one of you being dominate so that is one reason I love this channel. Blessings to you all...
I'm not a farmer , I'm a truck driver. I enjoy watching your videos, there is so much more to farming then one would guess. Thank you for what you do.
Do you lease or buy all this equipment ? I really enjoy this show think your kids are great being able to learn and operate such massive complex equipment . God Bless
Why don't you sign, say 5 of the old chisels , sell them for bids on EBAY and donate the proceeds to you Farm rescue project?
You didn't shave for the family picture? Media demands never stop. Becky will photo shop a nice clean face.
I have seen all your videos love to Watch them I have subscribed of all my kids RUclips as well and can't wait To see the Dogs inthe Tractor keep the videos coming love them
Thanks for feeding my family, keep up the good work. God bless you and your family.
I pity your video editor trying to edit out the colorful ‘language’ required to properly complete shop work 😂😂😂
Love the videos up in your part of the world from Texas. Daughter playing in a tournament at the super rink this weekend
Saw a fertilizer unit like yours but the tank was first and then the disk putting the fertilizer in the ground. Could that help your problem?
If you are 5 and your dad is 4, who is 2 and 3? We all know Farva’s number 1!!
Good enough for the girls we go with. That is a common phrase at bowling. As well as that's what she said 😃
Is Onyx not driving grain cart this year? I know he was there for a little bit but haven’t seen him. Thought we were gonna get some Onyx cam. Looks like harvest is going well and hopefully it continues.
Shame on Zach! He forgot to cut the ties off his hoodie, and was working around a running combine with a guard opened up!
He is legit pissed about the family photos in mid October. 😬😬
So you still have your strings on your hood An you are looking around moving parts on the head and combine. Remember to be safe so you don't end up dead. That would really suck..........
Bel video. Bravo. bellissimi trattori.
💪💪👍👍👋👋🔝😎🇮🇹🚜
I'm glad to see things are starting to go well on the farm!! Good luck guys and thanks for putting out great videos.
농사장비가 현대식이고
대형화되어있네요.
아름답습니다
I was running a load up to Grand Forks when this happened >>October 13th, 4:30pm, I 94, Brandon MN, it is snowing...
way too soon.
She will want a ride in the Welkers Big Bud…..😃😃🤟🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸
This is just a suggestion what I always did with plow bolts when they would spin I would take the welder and weld the bolt to the shovel so then you could spin the nut right off or break it either or
Cant you just flip those instead of buying new ones everytime?
We just love your dad - he´s the nicest person you can work with. You must be proud🙏🏽
I had to smile with you and your dad listening to the combine, "hear that rattle?". Reminded me of conversations in C-17 aircraft. The pilot would say, "what's that noise?" All I could hear was the sound of 4 jets and an APU running. How in the world could you hear a noise over that racket. But over time sure enough you could hear things that didn't sound right. If you hear it, check it just like you said. Good memories. God bless.
Why run all 4 and the APU at the same time. On C-5s we hear crazy noises.constantly. :)
I have a yellow lab and she climbs up to my 8370 8rt
That government juice just may make it so your great great grand children have an earth to farm
Amazing video. You are the man Zach. Love your videos. You have a strong work ethic. Love it.
You could have an audible conversation next to the dryer!! What a difference. Farming is clearly a lot of hard work but you do get to 'play' with some cool kit.
don't irritate the editor she makes the sammich's too you might get a ghost pepper sammich mid field lol
You were missing 4 to 5 people standing around doing nothing for it to have been a government job lol
Sorry it took me awhile to answer you but anyway you guys needing rain more than we do I guess laugh out loud
Paint a magnet hunter orange and place it on the bin where grain is,,,, see it from the ground
We love how realistic your videos are in portraying agriculture. Keep up the great work!!
Love the push of videos lately … great work putting in the work 👍
I’ve always used that same rule about hearing stuff at the elevators I work at. 9/10 something’s messed up
Weld 2 Old points together to make one, use them as spares
good shop day lads.
Is Onyx helping with Harvest this year?
the neighbors got bigger wheels on his tractor. tryna keep up with us kids and our trucks😂😂
DEF is a Joke 🙄🙄🙄
Father stolen your combine again Zach
What does the lightbar/indication on the end of your grain cart auger tell you? I haven't been able to figure out its purpose. Love the videos!
One more thing I like about harvest, all of the videos!
looked like a headlight out on that truck as well as the bearing in the pit
Love the Earnest P Worrell.
Damn good video. Thanks Beckey for your great work. Oh yeah, great job video taping Zack.
Zach. Which one Has More Room for Her? Don’t forget her Wingdog has to keep a Eye on Her Six tooo. 👍🏻 Best RUclips Farmer out there. Any chance getting more Rent Ground ?
Cut your hood "thingy, ropes, ties" before you get hurt!
You don't have your strings cut off your hoodi?
Bad bearing -lack of lubricant? Chain sprocket mounting bolts.
Yea, probably "lack of lubricant"!! Yep, these guys never do any maintenance. You can tell by all of the "worn out" stuff in that heated garage!! Go away with those lame ideas!
Thank you, specially for the editor, suberb content.
Too light to be rain and too heavy for a sprinkle is fairy piss
Can't get enough of these video's Zach, longer the better for me 😀 and who is Nate 2.0?
56k More subs come on people i wana see Ana riding a deer
A knife smith in the area may be interested in those used up points. I wonder what steel alloy they're made of...
Those hoodie strings were making me nervous when you were checking on the header noise! 😬
Thanks for reminding me to get Christmas photos done! 😁
That was great Zach loved it like how everything changes during harvest its go go go thank you for sharing and your time was really great never miss a video .
I need more content with your dad. He seems like such a calm and genuine person. I'm happy to see he's warming up to the camera. Tell him he has fans!!! I'd love to know what he says!!!
listen to the family history with him it's awesome
You have no idea how chill Dad is. He is the definition and a Great teacher.
You say family photos in October is bad planning but didn't Onyx just have a birthday? I'd say having a baby in October is also bad planning haha!
We bought a new C12F last year and heard a plastic-y "grinding" noise. We noticed that right side PTO shield rattling as well and it would slowly turn while the head was running. Eventually that plastic tube shield broke in 2 places and then the 3 pieces would grind together. They checked the shaft to see if it was bent slightly but said no. They ended up warrantying the right side shaft and shield. I still noticed the shield rotating some this year, but it never broke. I did notice corn shucks getting wedged between the tube shield and back of head a couple times and dug them out to keep them from pushing on the shield. The noise last year was definitely unsettling at first but was a relief to find it was just the shield rubbing
I love your vids
have you tried applying wd40 to the socket before use?
WD-40 is mineral spirits! What would it do?
