Nick Semrad takes full advantage of Duet 3's On-board Processing

In this video, Nick demonstrates the power of Duet 3's onboard processing using Symphony ECS Channel Strip. Synths are very expressive instruments and sometimes it helps to keep them under a certain amount of control. Even if it's as simple as rolling off some low-end or adding a touch of saturation, Nick likes to record a more polished sound without having do to any of that work inside of the DAW.
Nicholas Semrad is a Grammy-nominated keyboardist and programmer based in Los Angeles currently touring with Cory Henry and the Funk Apostles, Mark Guiliana's Beat Music, & more. We got to visit him at his home studio where he spends most of his time designing synth presets, composing music for film, and teaching the next generation of piano players.
