I can't help but be extremely irritated with that call the umpire made on what should have been strike three to end the third inning. That effectively put the Mariners down 7 runs when in reality it should have been 0-0 going into the 4th. There's no guarantee that things would have played out the same, and Logan should have been able to get that final out without surrendering 7 runs following the missed call, but that was one of the most costly umpiring mistakes I've ever witnessed. I wouldn't go as far to say that we lost because of that umpire but man that missed call really stings.
It changed the momentum completely and the result was Logan pitching upset and and not clear headed. I undersatnd he is a pro and needs to be able to handle those situations but he is still Human and that was a horrid call!

It is unbelievable that Guardians Manager Stephen Vogt is the same age as Justin Turner. Vogt will be Manager of the Year at age 39. He would’ve been our bench coach this year, but the Guardians hired him. He seems to be better Scott Servais.
I think Gilbert simply just lost his shit after that infamous call. He’ll be fine he’s such a good competitor. Hasn’t really had a really bad start in a very long time, unfortunately he was due.

Meh, this loss didn't bother me. Fluke outing by the best staff in baseball. What I take from this is that the M's bats are finally awake and making things happen. You're gonna have a stinker from time to time but these guys are scoring runs amd not just against 4 A guys but against really good pitching. They'll get back out there tomorrow and get the W. I feel like the Arozarena trade complelty flipped the clubhouse from depressed and mopy to excited and firey.

Well, the Patriots struck early & hard but at least the Seahawks showed up today, and that's better than we came to expect before Chicago. The big thing about Turner is that he should be good enough to offer lineup protection. If he can do that, he'll help the rest of the lineup. We're not getting enough bats to replace the lineup, so helping it is the best we should expect. Also, the Astros just spent big on Yusei Kikuchi, so the chances of them being able to beat us on a big bat just went down. Speaking of the Astros, they just lost a wild game against the Pirates. It was Skenes vs. the Astros' bullpen so it's their "expected" loss, but we're not back against them today at least.
Houston lost 5 3 so got some help from the pirates rangers won so they gain a game on us the good vibes from the white Sox series went away tonight in a few hours need to win this series and forget about this one
