Ayeeee! Honestly the second I started skating down this track I saw the biggest improvement! Like within just a few hours I was already so much better than when I was just practicing in my car park 😂
I had those exact same feels before I started roller derby... 10 years later by far one of the best decisions I ever could of made for myself. Roller skating in general is such a powerful weapon against the bleh feels❤️✨ If you have any questions about roller Derby or skating I’m more than happy to answer any! Anyhoo, loved your video! There are still a LOT available, you'll probably just have to get different wheels. There is no such thing as an "outdoor skate"....only outdoor wheels.

Hey, I was wondering how long you've had your skates for, how often you skate and how well they've lasted? Because I've heard the quality isn't that great :(
Hey! So I’ve had my skates since feb, I don’t go skating heaps like I aim for once a week but sometimes it just doesn’t happen. So far they’ve held up great! Obviously they are about $400 cheaper than say a moxi skate and are made of vegan leather so they have started to get scuffed a lil bit. I’d say they are perfect for beginners or for your first set of skates BUT if you have the money for a pair of moxi’s and you know you’re going to be skating heaps then obviously they’re going to last longer and make the price worth it😅 so far I’m very pleased with them but I will eventually look to upgrade 💞
The worst is when people are behind/in front of you... 😩

When your going down the hill, how do you stop or slow down?
You can either turn around and use one toe stop while in a lunge position or you can carve down the hill (like skate from one side to the other) so you go down the hill slower 😇
How long did it take you to get your skates in the mail?
I can’t really remember but it wasn’t too long - maybe a week or so? I did get mine pre-COVID so keep that in mind 😂

Not very well! 😂 I went for like a 3 hour skate last night and I’m definitely improving 🤠

That’s the fun part!! Once you fall you feel more confident to get back up! 🥰
If you're not falling, you're not learning. Get some skates, get some pads, a helmet....and a Bumsaver...and get out there and roll! :)
