    Are you going to box frame from crossmember to forward leaf pick ups? Ride/ handle much better; not to mention much safer,cuz you'll gain " free" defined crumple-zone should the unthinkable were to happen.

      I would like to box most of the frame at least where needed. That all depends on how motivated i am when the time comes.

    Use the frame for measurement points, NOT the cab. The cab is made to move around on the frame and old mounts will throw off the measurements

      I did. That was just a quick measurement. I used points on the frame and its all good to go.
