Jan 22 2024 to Jan 2029 I will be focussed and improve my life. Day 11. I failed multiple times but the key for me was 2 things: 1. Break the habit. Up till now I had a habit of fapping which I did regardless because it was the only time of day I could, stop that. No one is forcing you to fap, you don't have to do it. 2. Separate yourself from your shadow self. All those emotions you have within you. Recognize it, look at it from the 3rd person and compile those thoughts as your shadow self. Kill that shadow self in your mind every time those thoughts come up. Number 2 is especially important because sometimes I have embarrassing thoughts about people I know or just random thoughts that make you think "if someone read my mind right now, they would want to be away from me as far as possible. So it's important to separate yourself from those feelings and kill that self so it is no longer part of your personality.
