There was NO mob rule. These people threw the fans under the bus!!! When they were looking incompetent, they turned the spotlight on the fans with the ultimate lie and passive aggressive move. Nobody did what was claimed, the board lied!!! Nobody was assaulted.. There is ZERO evidence of such, the person concerned was not in with the fans, they are in a very expensive corporate area. Everyone in there have phones, and yet nobody saw the claimed assault, nobody captured any footage whatsoever (in this day and age?) and the club didn't contact the police at all, for weeks afterwards.
This board made out the fans were scum, with lies!!!
      No mob rule.

If an owner needs advice on key decisions, there are people who are actually experts who can assist in that and people talk about players getting overpaid when there is an archaic system still in place where a bunch of old men are board members with no real power as if they are going to dictate to a billionaire who spent their own wealth to purchase the property....how do you even hold board members accountable when no one knows what their jobs are...have a proper organisation structure with VPs and director of personnel with all their roles outlined...the only reason most of these clubs are not out of business is because of multi millionaires and billionaires who can bail them out when a board makes all sorts of decisions without the adequate skills to do those jobs

The fact of the matter is the last week or so has basically covered Bill Kenwright's time at Everton. West Ham under Moyes and Man City with Sheik Mansour's backing both won European trophies while Everton sack their board due to gross incompetence. Moyes was here for over a decade and never got the backing from Kenwright, instead selling all our best players and giving him nothing to work with. We had the chance to sell to Mansour before he went to City but Kenwright wanted to sell and still remain, which Mansour refused.
This is all from verified Kenwright's own words over the years by the way, he's a cancer to the club. Moshiri is absolutely a problem at Everton, however Bill Kenwright has been THE PROBLEM at Everton for 20+ years. The fact that Simon and Jim actually defend him is insane, people give Levy grief rightfully so but he's at least turned Spurs into a financial powerhouse and they were never particularly that big of a club. Kenwright has taken over what was then the 4th most successful club in England to now where we're in financial ruin, on the brink of relegation every year and sold it to a dodgy clown in Moshiri, not to mention he tried to take us out of the city when he lied about Goodison failing safety tests 20 years ago.

@@SuperMagnum83 No I mean by putting proper top class people in to run the club and giving them the money. We spent ungodly amounts of money under Moshiri but since Kenwright was steering the ship we spent it incredibly poorly, for example buying 3 attacking midfielders in one transfer window for £90m and probably £400k a week in wages, to then play a system without an attacking midfielder.

If it was just Moshiri making the decisions Everton wouldn’t have a board to begin with what’s the point of having a board if its just the owner who makes the decisions? The level of incompetence at Everton is absolutely criminal the Ancelotti saga with him suing Everton is literal proof that the people in executive roles at this club have no clue what they are doing for Everton to be sued over contractual issues. It’s just an absolute circus
Everton have been in two consecutive relegation battles and if Nick Pope hadn’t had made that Castagne save Everton would currently be preparing for an away trip to Preston and Coventry next season. So absolutely heads needed to roll and sackings needed to happen because what’s the other alternative? Bill Kenwright is the single worst thing that's ever happened to our club. I could be here all day posting the errors, bungling mistakes and utter lies he's told during his disastrous tenure. As a season ticket holder for nearly 30 years I can say Simon is talking a stinking pile of trash. It's embarrassing just how low Kenwright's mates will go to defend him, it was him that actually brought in Moshiri so all roads still lead back to Kenwright. Get him OUT before he can do any more damage to our once great club.

I notice Simon Jordan how you tell the wider world about the problems the board have encountered "they removed themselves from the stadium" & "there was real jeopardy" that you had "spoken to Bill" about "some of the experiences he was having". "The nature of the vitriol and the information they were being given by security companies about the real jeopardy that they were going to be put themselves in the way of". So, like a few months back, prior an important game, the press are briefed about the safety fears for the board and that the CEO was attacked by a fan (headlocked) and this happend at the Southampton game. This all stems from one man, and his dog sorry freudian slip, stems from one man and his friends in the media. That man is BILL KENWRIGHT. The same man you are taking confidence from the same man that is Chairman of the club the last 20 odd years. So let's get this right, "Bill" provides you with details. They are told by security companies that there is a threat and they can't attend the stadium yet the police are not informed? Hmm. Inside Goodison Park in the main stand directors box, with many CCTV and stewards, probably the safest place (certainly within the stadium) and that they are not able to attend due to a threat? But the police were not involved? Yet it was safe enough to attend Anfield or West Ham. Hmm. Mob rule. Quite. Chairman Bill after all is the biggest Evertonian I suppose he must be telling the truth. Nevermind the deterioration of the relationship between the club (hierarchy) and the fans, or the decline of the football club in the last 20 odd years. That's not important. So long as Chairman Bill gets his media friends to slag off the fans.
