- After a long time I visited BangtanTV channel and I found this song, a new release from jungkook, for sure you all watched it million times by now but this was new to me, this is my comment on this song, have fun watching it.

Jungkook solo era is a top tier his album Golden is amazing... Seven, 3d and all tracks 🔥
Jungkook is such an incredible vocalist and performer🔥 he has already won over 50 awards and set so many records in the past 7 months
71 year old BTS Army here. This track is totally late 70s, early 80's Retro disco funk and was announced as a subtle homage to MJ. This is his third mega hit after "Seven Feat Latto" that is now Platinum, and "3D Feat Jack Harlow". All are from his first solo album "GOLDEN" and just so you know, none of JK's solo releases have anything to do with Kpop (Korean Pop) other than JK is S. Korean. All of JK's solo releases including his just released album "Golden" are all in English. There are no S. Korean songwriters, producers, recording studios or MV shooting directors or locations, etc. He is blowing past Kpop and jumping head first into the American pop market. He is using American Grammy Award winning songwriters, producers, recording in the U.S. and filming at mostly U.S. locations such as Universal Studios in Hollywood. This original MV track, however, is filmed in and around an abandoned power plant in Budapest, Hungary. The director is a very notable Ukrainian director who has directed for Harry Styles and many others. The Official Usher remix Performance Video of "Standing Next to You" is filmed in L.A. and I highly recommend you react to it.
His self professed dream of being a giant pop star has clearly took off in a big way. BTW, there are now several live performances. iHeart Radio, Jimmy Fallon Show, The Today Show, and there is a KILLER Official Choreo Version. He also performed 5 songs at the TSX stage in Times Square, NYC. Only the second artist to ever been invited to perform there besides Post Malone. JK's solo releases are remarkable and record breaking. The Usher Remix Performance Video of this song is ICONIC and a dream come true for JK. It is also included on Usher's new album dropping soon.
ALL of BTS members are in the military now for 18 months as of Dec.12 including Jung Kook. They will reunite as BTS in 2025.
JK's solo album "Golden" is over to 2.5 billion streams now since Nov. 2. FYI, the American team of Grammy winner Andrew Watt, Cirkut, (and others) wrote and produced this song and it was recorded in Watt's studio in L.A. They also wrote and produced his first mega hit "SEVEN Feat Latto". Credited on the "Golden" album besides Andrew Watt, John Bellion, and Canadian Cirkut is Shawn Mendes for "Hate You" and Ed Sheeran for "Yes or No". Ed Sheeran also plays guitar on the track. There are several other notable credits/collabs on the album.

All seven members are in the military right now.
JK has won many awards and broken lots of records with his debut album. The album had OVER a Billion streams before it was released because his first song, “Seven” became the fastest song in history (male or female) to get 1 Billion streams. JK also became the only Asian in history to get a Billboard All-Kill (number 1 on their three main charts). There is also a remix of this song with Usher. His 2nd song “3D” has a remix with Justin Timberlake. Hope you listen to the entire album. His iHeart radio live performances are AMAZING (best vocals) and there is a live band. Also, his performance for Audacy radio is really good.
All of the other members, except Jin, have released albums and they are all good.
Jimin was the first vocalist to release an album, so he also has an historic record of being the first Asian soloist to get a Billboard Hot 100 number one with his song “Like Crazy”. Personally, my favorite song of his is “Set Me Free”. It’s really unique and of course the dancing is amazing. He also released a song right after that came out right after he joined the service called “Closer than This”.
Then V released a record that just oozes who he is. It’s a laid back, jazzy/R & B album. I’ve shared it with many people who have no interest in BTS hoping to get might give them a chance because of listening to his album. His Tiny Desk Korea Concert is phenomenal. You should check it out. We just found out that V will be releasing a new song in a couple of weeks. V also released a song as a feature four Umi called, “Where ever u r”.
I’m not sure when you stopped listening to Hts, but Jin released a song dedicated to ARMY right before he enlisted into the service. It is called “The Astronaut” and there is a meaningful performance at a Coldplay concert in Argentina. Jin flew 30 hrs just to perform it as his goodbye to Army.
J- Hope release Jack-in-the Box my faves are “More” (obsessed) and “Arson”. He was the headliner at Lollapalooza. (Reminds me, Jk was a headliner at Global Citizen Festival). J-Hope is releasing a 6 track album this month. Jung Kook will be on one of the songs. Hope you check it out.
Suga is a leased D-Day which has the two other songs to his trilogy on it: “Daechwita”, “Haegeum” and “Amygdala”. He also has a really good talk show called “Suchwita” and has interviewed all six members. JK was officially on twice, but the others have been on more than once, too as surprise guests who show up.
RM released “Indigo”. My faves are “Wildflower”, “Still Life” and “Lonely”.
RM did a concert for 200 Army at Rolling Hall and perform at Dia Beacon.
The concert at the Roll8ng Hall in Seoul for only 200 people was the best!
