Olives & Cheese borek - فطيرة الزيتون و الجبنة

Recipe
For the filling:
2 cups of cheese(mozzarella)
100 g of black olives
100 g of green olives
1 small white onion(finely chopped)
1 tbsp pepper paste
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/3 cup of olive oil
1 tsp oregano
For the dough:
1 cup orange juice
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp baking powder
2 egg whites
3 1/2 cups of flour
For glaze:
black sesame seeds
egg yolk
