About the session:
Antigravity is an aerobic and slightly anaerobic exercise that involves repetitive and continuous movements of large muscle groups. The key difference between walking and going against gravity while climbing stairs is the need to raise blood sugar at a faster rate, which causes blood sugar to get into the muscle cells (sometimes even). even without insulin).
When you fight gravity, the muscles want more glucose, so they begin to draw glucose out of the blood. During anti-gravity exercise, you use large muscle groups and can lower your blood sugar by 305,080 points. The basic principle of antigravity is to unlock the receptor, which moves blood glucose into the cells and prevents this excess glucose in the blood from turning into fat.

Hi Madam , Saw you video on AGE & NOD, It is very informative & simple. In that you have told that both NOD & AGE need to be done after 1hr 45 mins. We are told that BSL need to be checked after 1hr 45Mins. So do we do these excercises after BSL Check or before BSL Check or Check BSL both before & after Excercises. How many minutes after checking BSL do we need to start these excercises and how many minutes after Excercises do we check BSL... request your help in understanding this. Thanks for your support
You check your bl sugar both before & after to see how much sugar comes down. Longer you have been diabetic, small are changes in bl sugar due to high insulin resistance. Initially u may see drop of just 1mmol or 18 to 20 mg%. As u continue low carb diet with exercise, in few wks to months the drop in bl sugar will be as much as 3to 4mmols/ 60 to 70 mg%. You just have to continue. Occasionally u might notice no change oa actual increase in sugar as ur body is not making enough insulin. But continue. You might benefit from Intermittent fasting/ time restricted eating along with low carb meals when u break fast. If u fast more than 24 hours or even 16 to 18 hrs, please consult your doctor esp if you are on medications. I hope this helps.
If ur blood sugar is less than 160 do we skip the exercise on that particular day

It is mentioned that Anti Gravity exercises provides only momentary drop in BSL - is there any research done on its lasting effects on long term basis and also if momentary for what period of time does the effect last before the BSL Bounces back ? - can WAGE/AGE be used as a replacement for medication after meals if it provides a 30 to 40 points drop
Antigravity exercises have a muscle activation effect. For long lasting effects, strengthening of muscles is important.
Science has shown that exercising reduces bl sugar independant of insulin. Persons who have high bl sugar post exercise is due to generally making work out stressful or those who are on steroids. Also some people where body is making very little or no Insulin.

I do stairs exercise pp becomes 110 but after half an hour it becomes 150 what is this 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 I m pre-diabetes pls reply

You should..apart from sugar control it keeps your heart healthy and muscle mass intact.Also flexibility is maintained.

You can start with one variation. Once you get used to it you can do NOD along with stairclimbing

You can do a combination of both post each meal.

If you climb up and then down will it negate benefit of climbing up?
No Vyas. I have helped patients who have steps inside the house. If you have just 10 steps, you go up & down. It will work. If u have even 2 steps at home, just go up & down facing the steps . You will come down without turning, just like at gym where person is using those platforms. Starting with 8 to 10 inces & then increasing height as they go along.
Should we coordinate our breathing when we do the nitric oxide exercised
Yes, whenever you go against gravity, you need to breath out
Usually when you go up you breathe in and breathe out when you go down in yoga

Not 15mins, 1:45hrs only
I did this and observed a drop in bsl by 40 to 60 points. But I didn't know, whether it is momentary or otherwise.

Can one do the stairs climbing 1/2 hr post any meal instead of 1 hr 45 min. so that it lowers the PLBS value more? Is there any particular reason to do it only after 1hr 45 min?

Stairs climbing exercise. My house is a two storey building and there are 42 steps with 2 landings. Please let me know whether I have to climb the 42 steps in one stretch or can I climb 10 steps and come down and repeat 10 times. I am a 70+.

You can actually go up to first landing . Come down & start again. When u get used to it, can do all 42 steps. Start with 1 or 2 times & then build up. Please do not do too much until it gets easier. STAIRCASE NOT TO BE DONE IF YOU HAVE KNEE PAINS. donot look at your age, see what you can manage. Ofcourse talk to your doctor if you have heart proble & other issues.

some people have asked the questions - why wait till 1hr 45 mins after a meal and should the exercise be done only if blood sugar is at or above 160. Here is my guess.
In most people, blood sugar tends to peak between 1.5 and 2 hrs, so you wait 1hr 45 mins to start the exercise so that sugar level is near peak. This is related to the para below.
Why exercise only when sugar level is over 160? There is a claim that AG exercises reduce blood sugar level by up to 80 points. In most people normal blood sugar level varies between 80 fasting and 120 after a meal. If blood sugar falls below 80, people may experience hypoglycemia which means that the brain is being starved of sugar. People feel confused, light headed, etc. Not a pleasant thing to experience and could be dangerous if it goes to extremes. So, theoretically, if the exercise reduces sugar level by 80 points and people start when their sugar level is below 160, their sugar level after exercise will be hypoglycemic which doctors want to tend to avoid [
i meant blood sugar peaks 1.5 to 2 hours after a meal. sorry about that.
Thank you very much for your nice explanation. As less than 160 is the desired sugar level, there is no need to reduce it further. So anti-gravity is not required if sugar levels are less than 160.

If you are on diabetes medication then it will help to walk for 10mins after meal & then do antigravity exercises 1 hr 45mins after the meal. The combination of these & reducing carb in your diet will help you to first stabilise your sugars & then continuing above will help you to reduce medication & then reversal of diabetes. There is no quick fix but continue under medical supervision.
@@anithagopalraju9763 it is good ur fasting is 110. If ur pp is 160, do antigravity to bting down your fasting to 90-100 & pp to 140. By bringing these down you will be able to reduce & then stop meds. Please adjusting meds to be done under medical supervision.

If you have knee pain, stairclimbing is not advised. Please do NOD instead.
