Killed it Sal!! I love pulling my meat at 133 but 130 is ideal. My fam likes it at 140 so I have to settle at that temp at times but all good! I know that sandwich was hitting! Another great video man
We have some picky eaters too. Great thing about tri tip is once sliced, you can let the fire kiss it for a few seconds to get a little more on the well side for those that want it that way. Thanks for checking it out bro!

I liked how you vacuum sealed the tritip and put it in an ice bath to stop the carry over cooking. Right on Sal!
It was slightly over from what I wanted and had to stop the carry over. Worked REALLY well
