Good action lots of fish hitting that line I love it when those big jacks take the line they'll put that reel to screaming
where ya been getting live mullet this time of year?
Currently writing an essay in my last semester of college. Fishing vicariously through you! 🙏🙏🙏 thanks as always for the great content.
Drop out and go fishing ;)
Nice vid, and nice shirt...ordered one...thanks for the discount!😄
We know you do this just a friendly reminder keep the open water fishing in mind
What size Hook were you using on the mullet also, was that a circle hook?
Dude I saw you on Thursday morning. I was all hyped up to know that you will be fishing in my area. that made my day. Keep up the great work in the awesome videos.
I live in your neighborhood apparently. Do you ever fish the canals?
Well it's going to be hot next week see what happens then 👍 Nice video
Favorite part is how you couldn't say strap on without laughing.
Love your kayak videos so much! And all of your videos. My goal is to get down to Florida and try some inshore fishing this year.
Love your bait bucket set up. Is it a 10 or 20 gallon size can?
make a livewell in the river behind your house? dk if its legal tho
Almost at 200k!
I wish they would bump the slot down 1 inch
That outback has seen some miles. Lol!
Have you ever thought of doing a livestream? Just like a Q & A.
Good boat control from hook set to backing out of trouble.
Yeah I also had a little luck especially with the bigger Jack.
I agree, the way he backs out and swings into a straight on fight with it is epic
Are you fishing liter with no weight?
Let's go! Almost 200k!
Gotta find some water soon !!!
Sleigh ride! Nice Jack!
Nice bro
what kayak are you using?
Break out the fly rod!
Making me miss that Florida weather! Keep it up!
Im going down to Florida 4/7-4/15 I'm going to be in Orlando so I know I'm going to have to drive I would love to nock off a few species off of my bucket list Permit,Snook,Cobia etc. I would also like to try some firewater as well I would love to catch a Peacock any advice would be helpful
Great video! Love your enthusiasm when hooking a strong fish! Last season I upgraded to a Hobie Mirage 180 drive for my PA12. I do the same thing backing up once I connect with a fish. You can really avoid spoiling a spot and take multiple fish from a good piece of structure.
I was almost your 200k subscriber. Glad I found you, great video. CWB
this is an amazing video. I love fishing
Good video Rich looked like a great day
Thanks so much! It was a good time!
Yo Rich I live right up the road with a hobie. Let me know if you want a tag along sometime! I’m usually in the inlet but I’ve been eyeing this zone for a while. Nice work in that structure btw.
You are so much fun to watch. It’s funny to see you casting towards the docks and when I’d fish it was the other way around…I didn’t catch much. Lesson learned there. Everyday I check to see how many subscribers….almost there! I so want to enter that contest because I want that dark matter rod and reel 😊
Awesome Jack! Reminds me of the big girl you got with the one blind eye! Great work as always Rich! 👍
CHYEAH BUDDY ✌ ✌ ✌
almost 200 Gs
Lez go Rich
Awesome content as usual brother
Hello from Copenhagen, wish I could go out and fish like you do :)
hey bud really enjoying your content, have you considered adding a camera under your kayak or boat? It would be cool if you could switch between above/below water shots or even have them both on at the same time when you're pulling up or when you mention there's a bunch of fish on the lowrange
I was in East Central Florida (Indian River) for 2 weeks and it was windy Every Day except 1, but thanks to your advice I still had a Slam (Trout, Red & Snook) fishing from a dock and the banks. Also lost a few Big Snook thanks to the dock pilings and having my drag set to tight. It was still fun just to get the bites.
Great fishin' and catchin'! ♥
Do your thing Cyclone Freddy... Rich is entertaining inside the house😎😎
Just subscribed. Great vids. Been lurking for a while. Maybe sometimes you can say the rod weight rating as well as the other stuff. Never really hear you say the rating of the rods.
T,was a snapper.
Hey Rich, do you ever throw wake baits?
Not to often. Sometimes just at night.
Still great Rich, but it's time to give the kayak a good wash!😜
Big run at 6:47 jives with speeding car background noise.
I think you need bigger and sharper hooks on the rapala, there spitting it weigh to easy
You always catch a bunch of fish in that area. You have that spot wired.
Wow that dock was really stacked up with fish
Hey Rich - is this from you? - of a Hack?
Yes, that last snook was a tarpon snook
Those Jack Crevale look like a lot of fun. Are they good to eat? Old and decrepit now so live thru you, thanks
Idk 🤷🏻♂️ if they are good to eat personally. I heard some people enjoy them. Most seafood if fresh and if the chef is experienced can make a great meal.
Pan sized are my favorite I fry them whole skin and all I just fillet off that horizontal bit of hard skin coming off the tail and score it a couple of times
That was a big Jack!
Thanks, Rich!
Nice Jackie
nice vid Rich
🎣🤙🏼
Almost got that 200k bro!
Hahaha yeah almost there!! Hopefully this week it’ll happen!
too many canal tunas
Ahhhh sorry I’ll switch it up.
We Need More Surfing Videos. Please! ❤
Ok I’ll see what I can do in the surf. Thanks for the heads up 🤙🏻
Rich have you ever thought about getting a small trailer for the kayak instead of always lifting it onto the vehicle? Save your arms a little bit.
Haha yeah maybe one day soon
The yota is perfect tow vehicle too
All about taxes and registration! Dont we pay enough as “tax payers” to do anything anymore?
@@FishAholicTV If you're thinking trailer look up on the web whaly boats oh and they don't sink
@@FishAholicTV could use something like a Rhino T loader as well.
Or a truck lol.
I work at a kayak shop, no way in hell would I be solo car topping like that.
Edit: also just noticed I got un subscribed somehow :(
No wonder I wasn’t seeing you in my feed as often
Hey Rich. We gonna see u up north this summer? Gotta get u up to Boston! Been unreal up here! Live eels at nite catching absolute cows! And alot of them!
Yeah I want to get up to New England this summer and that sounds epic!
I’m certain that rich and EliasVFishing can catch fish anywhere. These guys know how to catch. I’m always impressed by the knowledge and technique that they both have.
Nice job, Rich. I am always amazed with your drone footage and editing. I know it takes a lot of time but I would say it worth it. You almost get the 200K sub. Congrats
Question: Have you ever been out in your kayak and suddenly found yourself and at least half of your gear in the water? From my own experience, it is not a matter of if, it is a matter of when. It sure changed my whole attitude every time I went out in the kayak after that happpened. I have practiced getting back in many times and have learned to attach lanyards to ALL my gear, LOL. Oh, and I don't go out in real cold water.
Hey man, I just started following you on youtube about 2 weeks ago. Im kinda new to fishing although Ive had success fishing with handline using mainly live shrimp in the CostaRican mangroves. I bought me a 7 ft Penn Wrath Fishing rod MH fast action to start and I am trying to get all the tid bits I can from watching use lures and live bait. I wanted to ask if you are naturally right handed?? I see you cast well with the right hand reel in with the right but hold the rod with the left??? Is it that you feel the hook on more sensitively by holding the rod with the left hand or you just kinda learned that way and kept it like that. Thanks in advanced bro... Fish on man!!!!
Man you give them fish hell!!! Always great fishin from ya!
OMG i was there last night fishing😂😂😂😂
Went for a ride when big girl grabbed that bait great catch brother
