Good job Norm. Unlike many, many others you figured out what you are supposed to do with your life. Your life has meaning. You've escaped the existential vacuum that a full 85% of Americans live in. In short, you are blessed.

Well done to you. Our attorneys dumped us two weeks before our trail and after 7 years we are now on our way to court thanks to our new advocate that has the same attitude as you. Never give up. And this is about ownership of ground.

C’mon did he actually say he doesn’t know what made Dulos do what he did? Perhaps the fact he killed his wife, and he knew he was going away for a long time. That seems to be a reasonable assumption.

This lawyer is not known to me. He seems to like high profile cases. Maybe he will write a book someday about this case unless the gag order is forever. I did like what he said about being free to read or listen to programs of choice. I definitely would not like being told I could not read or listen to a specific program.

Was there some evidence on FD's porch that he was trying to explain away ? Has there been some sort of testing to prove or disprove that there was ever any bloodied clothing on one of his porches ? Not that I believe the story he came up with, yet I can imagine him shedding his clothing on the back porch and either discarding or washing them... Norm could benefit some trauma therapy with EMDR... perhaps..

Will he try to join Kent Mawhinney or Michele Traconis ... get on their legal teams perhaps ?

    Lorraine
Disappointing interview. Ben Goldman lets Pattis preach about Alex Jones’ free-speech rights, but fails to ask him why he just filed a motion to withdraw from defending Jones in the CT case brought by Sandy Hook parents. Why is NP abandoning Jones now with the CT Supreme Court opinion pending?
Ben lets Pattis talk about how close he felt to Fotis Dulos, and how he misses him. But he doesn’t ask Pattis why Dulos, just before his suicide attempt, was on the phone with a bondsman he hoped could save him from another incarceration. The recent Courant article on the newly released police report lists the phone calls Dulos made just before he gassed himself. No call to Pattis. Why wasn’t Pattis or his partner Smith dealing with the bondsman, rather than leaving their client to do it? Why didn’t a member of the firm pick up Dulos to drive him to his court hearing that morning?
Ben asks Pattis if his fees for representing Dulos were paid, then lets him get away with saying the administrator of Dulos’ estate told him not to talk about his relationship with FD. But administrator Hug should be looking at accounting records of all lawyers who represented Dulos in his criminal and civil cases, to see if they have any balances in their retainer accounts that could be due to the estate’s creditors and beneficiaries--maybe the Greek funds funneled to NP through that NYC lawyer Fotis testified about? And the public has a First Amendment right to see those Probate Court records.
Instead Norm tells his oft-told story of his sad childhood and philosophizes on various subjects. Any real journalists out there to ask real questions?

He tries to win by being obnoxious.Does not always work . We all saw Dulos getting more depressed as time went on. The state of CT had done a thorough job of investigating and the time was running out. They have so much if you read the arrest records. This jerk is obstinate.Dulos was guilty so he has nothing to say. Period. He takes cases for notoriety.

And his sob story over his childhood, No one cares Norm.People have lost their lives. It's not about you Pattis. Kids died during Sandy Hook.Did you care then? He would have to be dumb as a rock to believe Dulos was innocent.
