- In case you haven't used or heard of Pinokio, it's as the title states, Steam for AI applications. With Pinokio, you can browse through and discover a ton of open source AI applications and install them locally and run them all within the Pinokio installion. No difficult command line interface to deal with.
I also install FaceFusion, the best Face Swapping tool available with a plethora of features. Including lip syncing and colorizing.

No, seriously- thanks for this great tutorial. Haven't installed it yet but it doesn't look too daunting after seeing your clear instructions, so next time I have a few days off that's what I'll be doing!
Yet! It can't be done yet! But I believe she's already take. I'll see if I can create a few others for you to choose from. And seriously, the tech is getting crazy that this will be something that can sort of be done with VR and Neuralink. A future I'm definitely scared of.
If you have any trouble with the installation, Pinokio or FaceFusion, they both have their own Discords that have great people helping out. I can even be found on the FaceFusion on quite a bit, helping where and when I can. Both Discords should be linked in the description.
And if you have any other questions about how to use FaceFusion itself (not just the colorizer), I have plenty of other videos explaining all of the other fun things it can do. Enjoy!
@@shadyendeavor Wow, you've given me lots to look forward to! I've already gone ahead & installed Pinokio & FaceFusion, no problems at all after watching your excellent videos. LOL, the only thing that gives me trouble is Discord! Really, it doesn't seem to like me & mostly doesn't work, don't know what's up with it. One of these days I'll set about trying to get it fixed, but it's not a high priority for me. I've already used FaceFusion to render one of my old, faded family photos, and it's fantastic! Much better results than I've ever managed to get using GIMP or Photoshop, I haven't spent the time necessary to learn them properly so that's understandable, but I'm most impressed with FaceFusion because it's so simple & easy to get good results without doing a lot of study. Thanks again!

it automatically installs on c frive but I want it in drive but it says error when I edit directory on setings what to do?

"Demon be cast from the soul of this young woman" 🙀I am reminded that I purchased my first PC in like march of 2K. I did so with the express purpose of tracking down music from all over the globe. While audio has always been my thing, the growth of video technology is what blows me away🤯The potential for Parent's Basement warriors to fundamentally shape the direction of where this all takes us, has never been more profound. I get that the ideas for all we have seen, were born in a garage or upon a cocktail napkin, amidst a particularly boring restaurant, but this is some damned powerful tech in the hands of anyone with an internet connection. You can see the likely direction better than I can, but damn... I see a LOT of models losing their job!

I have a question about the output video codecs. The output behave almost randomly..
I use libx264 and I get some times two files, one huge with extension .mov and a second one (the same content) with extension .mp4 much much smaller (1/10 ratio)
other times ( with some changes on the other settings, not the video codec) I get .mp4 only but huge file! ( I am using macbook pro M1Pro 16GB and FaceFusion 2.6.0)
Could you please make a video for video codecs output?
I may make one soon. But for now, I'm not sure why you'd be getting a mov file also. If you are using mov files to start with, well, don't. Mov is a very outdated format that you should first convert your files from into MP4 using Handbrake or something comparable. Otherwise, I have no idea why that would be happening. And as far as codecs to use, only use either the libx264 or the libx265 on a mac. If you keep the output quality and 80 and the file is much larger afterward, that means your original file was way over compressed to begin with, most likely.
The installation of Pinocchio could possible mess up my A1111 or Comfy installation?
If you mean non-Pinokio installs of those, it will have zero effect on them. You can, in fact, install both of those in Pinokio and run them all in there if you wanted to.

Non at all. All of the settings and options are identical across Mac, Linux and Windows. The only difference would be the accelerators available. And that would only affect the speed, not the quality
This isn't about Pinokio, but how do I get back into FaceFusion after I install it and close Anaconda? This is so confusing, if you have a video tutorial on this let me know.
I actually have a new complete FaceFusion install (command line, not Pinokio) video coming out on Friday or Saturday. And at the end I mention how to start it up each time. But I guess I could tell you now.

@@shadyendeavor Thanks for responding bro, as I finally got it work. I had it installed wrong the first time and had to do it all over again. Those three commands worked for me, but I had a quick problem when running python run.py, it told me that I had error called cublasLt64_12.dll missing.
@@ragemax8852 So you did get it to work, but there is still an error? Or are you saying there is an error that is now lot letting you use it still? Either way, I'm not familiar with that one, so I'd definitely check on the Discord.
@@shadyendeavor Yeah, it's within CUDA when I try to use my GPU. The error pops up while I'm using the graphics card. I can get into the program perfectly fine now, but it triggers when I try to use the graphics card. Thanks for checking it out for me, but as far as getting into the program, I'm no longer having any problems with that, so you did save me.
Did not work for me. Got stock at VS and Cuda installation.

No problem installin 2.5.1. but 2.6.1 has a message about ZSH... and not installing.
Try closing your terminal and coming back in.
