1.Any kind of sugar avoid pannanum except fruit la irukra sugar.
2. Any kind of Oil foods avoid pannanum Eg. chips, mixture, deep fried chicken and fish etc.,
3.Rice 100 to 200 gms sapdanum.
4. Vegetables and fruits neraya sapdanum (nalla pasicha watermelon, cucumber and kirnipalam neraya sapdanum)
5. 7 to 7:30 PM la dinner saptruven after 7:30 to mrng vara ethum sapdamaten (water matum kudipen)
6. Most important ah protein and fiber rich foods ah sapduven.
7. cheat meal monthly once edupen athuvum romba guilty ah feel aagum so kammiya saptupen Eg. shawarma, kfc and pizza.
8. maximum steamed foods sapduven Eg. Idly, idiyappam,puttu
9. Maitha maavu foods avoid pannunen
(Enna diet follow pannalum first 1 or 2 weeks kashtama irukum but palagum)

Actually weight loss panradhu easy.. na 108 irundhan ipo 68 irukan. Morning 30 mins workout evening 1hr walking. (Daily lam pana matan but weekly min 4 times). Just avoid oil fried foods, milk, maida.. eat lot of fish, chicken, fruits and veg. Morning breakfast boiled egg 2-3 or idly sambar, fruit salad or oats. Madiyam 150 gm rice, oru keerai must, then poriyal or aviyal anything. Non veg na fish kolambu chicken kolambu or mutton kolambu. Evening sundal (we have navadhaniyam so daily one sundal) night only soup before 7pm. ( Mushroom or chicken or mutton or sweet corn or pumpkin) 1st oru one month kastama irkum then pazhagirum.. easy ah irukum.. it takes me 2 yrs to loose weight.. nadula vacation lam pona oru 2 to 3kgs earidum adhulam easy ah 1 or 2 weeks la koranjirum..
