Hello everyone! FIRSTLY: you aren't crazy. My audio sounds weird because I was a dummy and forgot to plug in my microphone 😭 I didn't realize it until after I finished recording. The small bit that I did use the microphone on was done during the editing process. SECOND: I just want to make something clear: I don't hate time travel stories. I actually like them a lot. When done well, it's super fun to watch and makes stories more interesting. I usually like it when time travel is in a story (AS LONG AS ITS DONE WELL). I really don't care what time travel theory you decide to go with or even if you make up your own. All I ask is for consistency and that it makes sense (logically and to the context of the story). Heck, I have time travel in my own story and I made up my own rules about it. So I definitely don't hate it's usage. Miraculous Ladybug just made it so convoluted and illogical that it bothers me. I critique the time travel so much in this show BECAUSE I like time travel stories and I want MLB to be better.
I think it would make more sense to say the watch is passed down mother to instead of youngest siblings which explains why Alex got it and not her brother no hate love video got chills as Mona was dying 🦋
Your rewrite was sad, but in a hopeful and really wholesome way. Self sacrifice has always been a theme of the show, so it’d be cool to actually see it stick for once in a meaningful way. Great vid! Can’t wait to see what you do next!!
But it also introduces a whole new character and lore that we wouldnt get to know MORE about like the past ladybug's AND catnoir's (yes never forget the boi chat lol)
@@TheArtisticAloubell I think the best option (other than not having it at all) is going for the multiverse option. That way Bunnix being there despite Chat Blanc makes sense.
I absolutely love the rewrite you did. Even though Mona is an original character, you made me feel so much for her. Honestly, this is really a better version of Timetagger than in the show. Having Alix get the Miraculous immediately instead of waiting who knows how many seasons like for a certain ship, the emotions you put into the episode. Also, I love the art you did for Mona and Alix. I can imagine it being a part of the end card of the rewritten Timetagger.
@@TheArtisticAloubell Ur OC looks alot like Genshin Impact Mona theres no problem with you inserting a different character but you could just say that you inserted them.
@@MarquezDeluxe I've actually never played Genshin Impact before--nor do I know any of its characters. It's a big coincidence and others have told me as well that she looks like a different Mona.
You know the worst part of the bunix episode? They say that time tagger got sent back to fight ladybug and chat noir because they were less experienced back then but if hawkmoth can make a villain that can take advantage of them being younger then why can’t he do that now?
@@TheArtisticAloubell to be fair if Gabriel was smart enough he would have made a mind reader villain o sentímonter that let you read minds and just keep reading until he get the identities I mean he know ladybug is a teenager and got the money and means to pull it off
I didn't like how she said Chat Noir broke her miraculous even though it was established miraculous can't break it felt like something Thomas put In to make Adrian look bad and Marionette look good
Poor Adrien, at this point he is just getting character assassinated. When sentimonster can't be destroyed then how is a whole mircalous supposed to break lmao.
@@x_izuki_x69 Maybe? Honestly, as weird as I find it that we went from "The Miraculous are indestructible" to "Cat Noir can destroy Miraculous"......at least this Change gives Adrien *slightly* more to do. Because the poor Guy is really underutilized.
This episode 100% needed fixing and I think you did a pretty good job. As someone who loves time travel (my favorite show of all time is about time travel) it is sad how often people just don't think their time travel plots through. Time travel stories can be amazing if you just take the time to sit down and think everything through.
I actually like your version a lot more. It makes the consequences of being a miraculous holder and the dangers of using the time travel miraculous a lot more interesting and dangerous! 🦋🦋 But at this point, the easiest thing the miraculous show could do to fix their time travel problem, is to just use the multiverse. Just explain that Alix wasn’t disappearing because of the timeline being changed but for some other reason. Like one of the side effects of using the bunny miraculous is that if you use it for too long, it starts to erase its holder from history
YES I LIKE YOUR IDEA. If MLB absolutely NEEDS to include time travel, I agree that multiverse works best for its purposes. It would erase SO many problems. And thank you
Essentially lol Although technically, the problems are caused because of Master Fu's mistake in the past that led to the Butterfly and Peacock Miraculous getting lost and then found by Gabriel who decided to be terrible and use them.
@@TheArtisticAloubell exactly, if he hadn't lost the peacock miraculous maybe gabriel and emilie would have adopted a child like normal human beings :/
@@TheArtisticAloubell Hello! So a novice, hungry and unmotivated Fu was left alone with the most powerful talismans in the universe and he is the one that made the mistake? Sorry but no, the Guardians are the ones that should be fired! 😀
The time line is such a fever dream, like bunnix has thousand of alternative realities or something, or is she just Making burrows here and there and destroying the balance? Also what is the use of the clock? It at least should be used as ladybug's yoyo instead of giving a huge umbrella. I mean, make something about it, like for example, make bunnix click the minutes and seconds of much she has to go past by or future by? Make it a bit complicated, like how the snake mircalous is. This bunnix mircalous is confusing, I will never understand it. Your rewrite was amazing, the fact that you showed how much dangerous playing with time is with this character shows your good writing.
idk if this is a better option but I think the bunnix miraculous should have a snake power And Luka could have a power related to the music like maybe he could hipnotize the akumatized people
It was such an interesting rewrite. I was sad not just for Mona and that she never existed in the Maracilous. But that we didn't get this in canon. I'm not to mad at what we got, but side by side with canon and this rewrite, I kind of wish we had an episode like that in canon. Keep up the amazing work!
I really liked your rewrite, It is nicely written and incredibly sad, I'm tearing up. I like how it raises the stakes in the fight against hawk-moth as now ladybug and chat know that fighting against hawk-moth is no laughing matter and people have been lost. Also, I love the art 🦋
i love the rewrite. i just think that since alix looks nothing like egyptian, maybe timetagger sent mona to some where else (where alix's ancestors couldve been from idk where she doesnt like any race specifically
I'm making assumptions because Bunnyx was sent to ancient Egypt and then SOMEHOW Alix's family got ahold of the broken miraculous and was able to pass it down through the generations. SO I just assumed her ancestor happened to be around Egypt at the time. Theres a small chance she's at least 1% or less Egyptian due to her ancestor being in that location at the time and marrying an Egyptian person.
I think there is a little problem to fix or let it be for future drama... The rabbit miraculous, I mean it's supposed to be broken How would that affect future Alix/other holders? The one who knows how to fix the Miraculous is Gabriel, not Fu Also, I love this rewrite it's amazing! And so sad F x Mona
🦋 You managed to make a character that made me feel emotional. Like I’ve only know Mona for like 10 minutes but my heart breaks for her, specially in her lasts moments. With that being said, I LOVED this episodes rewrite! Like is so much powerful and it makes more sense!
Don't mind me currently crying over Mona 😭 This rewrite is amazing, good job! Lots of thought was clearly put into it and it is very well done. Kudos to you! 🦋
This is a random long guess: What if the canon timeline in the miraculous ladybug universe was broken to begin with when the bunny miraculous was created. There were possibly many bunny miraculous users that are not in Alix’s family tree so it could be possible that one of the first bunny miraculous user used their power to go back in time made a mistake in the timeline which might caused them to be erased from existence due to that mistake they made.It could also be possible that later bunny miraculous users made similar mistakes they didn’t notice which might caused the timeline in the universe to be more damaged to the point that time traveling in the show made no sense. (This is just a hypothesis)
so wait a minute, the rabbit miraculous's ability being time travel, did anybody else jump to it, actually being a Chibiusa reference? Long story short part of her story arc in Sailor Moon, did involve her time traveling, let alone she was nicknamed the rabbit, by the antagonists that were after her,
Time travel is always Hard to write in stories, and is rarely done well. I love watching you talk about how it could’ve been done better. Also, I adore your art in this video 💕 She looks so pretty in your art style 👉👈
It’s sad to think that Chat is all alone in the Chat Blanc timeline cause the way I understand it (kinda) that timeline still exists regardless of LB fixing it by going back in time. I feel like she just created another timeline. 🦋
I don't THINK? that the Chat Blanc timeline still exists. If it did, it has weird implications for the show. Plus it still existing would be a bit too dark for this supposed "kids show." I also don't think LB or Bunnyx would have allowed Cat to just be by himself in that broken world.
@@TheArtisticAloubell true, it is too heavy for a kid show. But I am confused, why would LB still have nightmares about Chat Blanc if it never happened? (Time travel stuff just confuses me so I’m probably still not fully understanding what happed I think)
My pet theory is that there is in fact a multiverse, and the rabbit miraculous allows its user to move through the multiverse. However, they're connected to all time lines. If Alyx cannot become the age she's at now and at least once the holder of the rabbit miraculous in every time line she exists (the only ones I think she can access), then the foundation of the multiverse version of her cannot exist. We've seen how miraculous can affect their holders, such as Gabriel being able to sense strong emotions outside of being hawkmoth. It's possible that as Alyx was the holder of the rabbit for extended periods of time, the rabbit miraculous lent her the ability to persist till she can return to where she's 'supposed' to be, or the time she left- not necessarily the world she left. This seems overpowered, but it also means she has to police all timelines and make sure every single one has a version of her as she is, her age, and at least once Bunnyx. There is only one Bunnyx. If someone takes her place in one timeline, it makes the 'current' Bunnyx for lack of a better term, disappear. Whats shes done before vanishing would remain, but if she doesn't fix things fast enough no version of her would live past the age she dies. I really like your rewrite though, simplifies the time travel
Time travel shouldn’t have existed in this show. It would have been a little better if they at least made it so time travel could only be done through the snakes second chance ability. This way they can’t go back further than the moment they set up second chance.
For me I would’ve just had Bunnix ability be future visions and the only way to mimic the way Bunnix powers work in the show would be a combination of the snake, horse and bunny miraculous.
I agree that time travel, in this case of this show, isn't necessary. But if they are gonna use it, Multiverse theory would have been the best means of doing so. Unfortunately, they didn't go that route DX
Damn I hate this episode it could be like the beginning of multiple timelines and the Hawkmoth from another timeline tried to steal the miraculous from the main series, this could explain why the heck she was prepared at some extent, because she was from a diferent alex's future and why the heck the universe didnt explode from their meeting. But to end the episode with a cool moment it would be Ladybug telling alix to be prepared because maybe some day she will come asking for help.
Fans: "Astruc, what do you know about time travel?" Tomas: "Less than I should." Fans: "Well, how do you suppose Bunnix got here?" (Referring to Time Tagger) Tomas: "Well, the Rabbit Miraculously, obviously." Fans: "Ya-huh. And how do you think she got said miraculous?" Tomas: "I don't wanna answer that..." Fans: "Here's the thing: multiverse theory's a b**ch."
@@TheArtisticAloubell thanks. I love your rewrite too. It helps add layers to the miraculous and show consequences for using time travel irresponsibly.
Loved this rewrite and your art style!! Also your writing skills are amazing; ahh I wish your rewrite was canon. Then it could possibly come in handy for the upcoming Miraculous Africa Special. Since it's most likely gonna take place in Egypt.
6:03 So,the bunny Miraculous is weard. Future Alex uses the pocketwatch she got for her birthday from her dad in that one episode as Miraculous. If you look back at that episode her father sayes there family were more advenced in technology and stuff and when she opened the pocketwatch, a hologram appeared. But the issue is, why was the bunny Miraculous for centuries in there family? And how come that Fluff is in the Miracle box and not with her Miraculous?
I find it confusing too but here me out it will get confusing so if I confuse u plz tell me. Well my theory is that 2 miraculous should be in the younger timeline younger alix has one and master fu has one while 1 should be in the future timeline that older alix has. So we all know that bunnix said that chatnoir destroy her miraculous and younger alix gave her the pocket watch that her father gave to her. So time tagger is over so 1 miraculous should be in the younger timeline which master fu has and 1 miraculous plus a broken miraculous should be in the future timeline. So my other theory is that bunnix would give older Mari/ladybug the broken miraculous to fix and what would happen is that older alix would transform into bunnix go back in time and give Alix's ancestors the pocket watch in some weird way which would pass back down to younger alix and the cycle continues again and again. That's my theory honestly.
Alix's family just, for some reason, started the tradition of handing down the pocket-watch like a family heirloom. It's not uncommon in families. In canon, they didn't know it was a miraculous. There are technically two Fluffs. There is future Fluff that is in the broken Miraculous and present Fluff which is in the miracle box with Mari.
@@TheArtisticAloubell It's soooo complex. But than is the question, why didn't Alex dad help fight against Hawk Moth?? Aniways, now you know the whole hologram thing.
Young Mona won't exist anymore either. Remember, she was taken to a time in history WAAAAY before her or anyone in the cast was born. Her interference in the past caused a ripple effect in history. Her ancestor probably didn't meet the person they married in the first timeline, but someone else entirely because of their meeting Mona. And because of that, Alix got to exist, but not Mona.
I think that would be a great episode! 🦋 One idea I had is during the episode Ephemeral, we see Mona in the background as an Easter Egg fighting time tagger!
I have no idea if ou have talked about this but miraculouses aren't supposed to break easily at all, but Alex's rollerblades broke it..... alEx'S RollERblAdEs aRE gODliKe.
@@TheArtisticAloubell although it only works under the multiverse theory you touched on. Long story short lady bug and CatNoir make a deal with hawkmowth to give them "the lady bug and cat miraculous. Just not theres. One from the CatNoir who turned cat blanc and the other from the ladybug that dissappears in that same episode. The story brings a lot of tension and, it could serve to redeem hawkmowth while leaving leeway for future villains.
Loved the rewrite! It adds a lot of emotion I think the show was missing during that episode 🎉🦋 Though I don't thing the episode was exceptionally bad. It feels like there are a lot of 'plot holes' that can be easily explained if the audience takes a minute to make the connection 😬👀 For example: I think the part about holograms is a little nitpicky, because in a show with jewellery that can give you almost any power (I'm pretty sure one of them can give you any one you want???) a hologram seems like it would be decently acceptable to her.
@@TheArtisticAloubell Fair lol I'm pretty nit picky myself so no judgement here👍 And tbh I wish the writers put a little more effort into explaining this stuff even *if* there could be an explanation ://
The time travel in Miraculous is seriously all over the place. It could be a bootstrap timeline but there's no evidence of that ~~especially because of the ideas put forth in Chat Blanc~~
Hm, you know the Feralnette AU kind of covers the Bunnyx time shenanigans too and it’s a very interesting depiction and one that could have probably help with the problems you’re talking about.
I found a way in which Mona could have been saved. Ladybug could have used the snake miraculous to reset time to the moment just before the bunny miraculous was broke.
You're right! That is a way she could have been saved X3 That snake miraculous could actually be useful in a lot of situations when you think about it XD
Theres one more problem with the time paradox stuff Adult alix had memories of time Tagger from that episode, meaning that time tagger happened in her time line -> time tagger did not cause chat blanc
I think all the miraculous are too OP. But not because of their signature powers. But lets focus on the Bunny miraculous. If we ignore how the hologram projections and how it records messages in the first place. I can see the miraculous chiming to let Future Alix know what to do to help with her power. This is assuming that after hawkmoth's defeat all of Marinette and adrien's friends got to keep their miraculous. The chime goes off telling her to transform to fix an issue in the timeline. Because of her powers being directly tied to the timestream itself she doesn't disappear as fast as her friends do. Because Fluff is using her power to help Alix exist just a tiny bit longer. Or maybe she was already involved in another mission where her powers were needed to help future ladybug and future chat noir, when just as she used burrow to return home she found her time destroyed so she investigates since as long as she is still transformed she can exist just a little while longer. Also let's remember she has the future bunny miraculous. Not the one passed through Alix's family since the egyptians. Plus since the bunny hero can leave messages on it i can see it chiming specifically to let the guardians know who to pass it to and when. I can also see miraculous suspending the heroes aging process so long as they are in their hero form. And they might have translating capabilities in the event of needing to talk to heroes of different countries and time periods. I mean if the guardians of the miraculous spanned the entire globe they would have to be able to communicate somehow with allies of different countries. If we consider her landing in egypt when the egyptian ladybug was around. Just seeing a bunny hero would be enough to clue Egyptian ladybug in to help get that bunny hero back to their proper timeperiod. It does sound complicated but their is SOME logic in how the bunny miraculous powers work to help the timetraveling heroes keep the timeline safe. The writers just dont explain it like they should so we as fans are forced to fill the blanks in
That last statement was so true. The problem is definitely the lack of explanation. When you have a magic system like this, you HAVE to explain things or else things start to get questioned and unravel. This world doesn't function like our own, so we need to be told what can and can't happen and how. I do appreciate you trying to explain it to me, though =')
@@TheArtisticAloubell well i based the explanation on how the miraculous allow humans to percieve the kwamis. As the comic that explains...kinda...the kwami's origins explained that Tikki is as old as the universe is. And during ancient civilizations the world thought of the Kwami's powers as punishments from the gods when really it could be implied they just wanted to interact with humanity somehow only to learn that their powers came with massive drawbacks. With the creation of the miraculous the kwamis were able to interact with humans in exchange for limiting the disasters done by their powers by having humans channel the powers. So Just because the miraculous is destroyed doesnt mean the kwami is. It just means they can't be seen or heard since those kwamis are basically the reasons that the universe and timestream, natural disasters, and all that exist. And if thats the case then as long as Alix was still using fluffs power she could take a quick look to see what the heck went wrong in chat blanc and help set things right
@@TheArtisticAloubell also i have a heck of a lot of issues trying to convey my thoughts without getting too wordy or repetitive or suddenly mute in person. Autism, adhd, ocd, ptsd, and social anxiety is a curse i wouldn't wish on the worst people in history...
Exactly, like Bunnyx who survived the blast or was away before Paris time being. There are ways Bunnyx can be in different styles. Heck, I can Bunnyx shows Multiverse
I don’t really understand why a rabbit and or bunny would relate to time? I doesn’t make that much sense. I quite like the IDEA of time travelling but not he way they played it out at all
I think they wanted to make a nod to Alice in Wonderland and the white bunny/rabbit that always runs around with a pocket watch. On the surface level, if done right, it would be a cute twist to make reference to it but give the bunny, concerned with time, time travel abilities Execution however... I seriously don't know since I have never actually watched this show but from all the analyses yt wants me to see, I'd say they failed at the execution
@@IISheireenII i hadn’t thought of that as I’ve never watched Alice in wonderland, it could be executed it they had tried harder to adapt it into the story and not use it as a back up or big plot. It can be hard to right a story but with effort and agreement from all of the team it can be done
@@IISheireenII You are right. It is a nod to Alice in Wonderland which is also why the bunny miraculous holder is named Alix (which sounds close to Alice) X3
@@vnn4393 What they said was correct, the bunny's association with time is a nod to Alice in Wonderland. It's just a cute reference is all. But yeah, the execution wasn't done correctly... >__>
I feel like Alex, knowing her ancestor would probably be her ancestor with someone famous, and because both her dad and her brother are both history whizzes they probably looked into that stuff and her Alex when she was younger
Update: I think I connected all the dots, I think I have a solution to the paradox. ok so: First off this will be based in multiverse which I will explain why that is later on: starts off with the first timeline, which bunnix came from. Bunnix gone into ancient Egypt, which created second timeline. The fighting of Timetagger and Bunnix caused a third timeline, The Chat Blanc one. In the end of the timetagger episode, we see Bunnix returning to her future. If Bunnix's future still exists, that means it must be a multiverse. in Chat Blanc episode, Bunnix states she doesn't remember that one adrinette part, further confirming the Multiverse. now you might say there's also later the part of half her arm disappearing, But we've seen that Chat Blanc's Supernova Is capable of affecting the past, so it wouldn't be too much to assume It's capable of affecting different timelines. Especially with chat blanc himself stating that he will erase "Everything". So, the timeline was altered away from chat blanc, which created a 4th timeline, the timeline we are in right now. and finally, there's the latest trailer of the episode evolution, where we see Monarch (Monarch is the new name of Hawkmoth) facing against Bunnix, Ladybug, and Chat Noir inside the burrow. this means that Monarch didn't happen in the original timeline. And that's why Bunnix is interfering. Monarch will probably create a 5th Timeline. so umm yeah that's the end of my theory, for now.
In my fanfic i made it so the bunny miraculous holder is immune to time changes because Fluff has been shown to confuse times and remembers all times. So instead of using Alix i used Lenoir instead so Hawkmoth doesn't get such a powerful miraculous
After they introduced time travel, I genuinely couldn't take it anymore, now I only keep up with the show by other people commenting on it or making reviews 🦋🦋🦋
Ik am a year or so late, but now that S5 is over and we know the multiverse of miraculous is real through the trailer of what will be the latest miraculous special: Shadybug and Clawnoir we know others realities exist, so I believe that even tho OG reality was snapped by Char B, another version of bunnix had to ensure our Alix and friends survived the whole Chat Blanc ordeal
It’s been a while since I’ve watched Timebreaker but I remember not understanding ANYTHING! I might be making this up but I think the Miraculous stops u from aging so Bunnix would able to survive for that long… I think. THAT RIDDLE THO! Out all the things that didn’t make sense to me in that episode, that was one of them!! How ANYONE know what that means?? Well the one thing that made sense in Timebreaker… is his name, because MAN did he break time!
I could believe Bunnyx is immortal (that's a very good point! ^_^), I'm still questioning what put her to sleep, why she didn't need to address her bodily functions, why was the statue hollow, how did she get in there...? So many questions XD
My gosh, I had honestly forgotten this episode was even a thing. I mean, obviously I remember who Bunnix is and what she does, and also the future Hawkmoth things, but I couldn't remember how these concepts were introduced. Which I guess does speak volumes about the way time travel consequences are being handled in this show. Jeez! I always get a headache when discussing this topic within the context of Miraculous, it's just all over the place. I applaud you for your (in my opinion, superior to the show's) ideas and for dedicating so much time as you have so far to discussing this mess of subplot. I wouldn't dream of having the patience for that. 😅🦋 (P.S: Beautiful artwork! Love Mona's design 😍)
Apparently there was another time travel episode even before this one! But I'm kinda done talking about the topic for now, so I don't wanna touch that episode XD And thank you for your kind words! 🥰💐
Thomas: the rooster can't Grant wishes and can't destroy the universe and can't reveal the other miraculous holders. Me: okay then why ladybug didn't just use it to prevent her partner from becoming akumatized in the 100th episode so that she doesn't have to worry about cat block?
Is Timetagger really the introduction of time travel in Miraculous? I mean in season one there was Timebreaker ("coincidentally" being the akumatised Alix) who travelled back in time to try to stop her pocket watch from breaking wich caused her to become Timebreaker after actually killing Chat Noir and a bunch of civilians (it's said that she stole their energy or something along those lines causing them to fade but we all know that they practically died) and unintentionally dragging Ladybug with her who then caused her pocket watch to break again (I have no idea how that could happen considering it's revealed that it's actually a Miraculous that somehow got into the hands of her ancestors?) creating a second Timebreaker. Both Timebreakers then get defeated by Chat Noir and two Ladybugs who use their Miraculous Ladybugs to merch?/erase the first Ladybug? honsetly I have no idea what exactly happens to the second Ladybug
Oh wow I didn't know about that episode lol. That sounds even more insane than Timetagger. BUT I think I'm done for now ranting about the time travel in this show. Cuz it's honestly a mess DX
So many people have different ideas for an alternative power but still related about time. I would've love that the Rabbit can have age phases as it's power, that even the holder can change into different ages themselves but still be them of that time. That way we can still have "future" versions of the heroes. Or changing heights or sizes since people connected the Rabbit to Alice in Wonderland.
time travel is so confusing gabriel has a bunnix Miraculous he could just use it in 1 minute like its so confusing and also when lady bug became pennybug why was bunnix not there like i think that hawk moth will win.
It really did fix it Thomas Astor doesn’t know what he’s doing but that’s how you do time travel right I can tell you actually put thought into the show the creator is just making it up as he goes along
Or the aging process goes to kami mode while like that because hundred of hundreds of years equal 1 birthday for kami so yeah maybe it makes it like that for all holders while transformed
@@TheArtisticAloubell it might be because it is dark and she had nothing better to do other then that. Also had did he have her miraculous while having Alex have one as well as program the miraculous if their were no more. Please respond
what's with bunnyx changing the time where ladybug made a present for adrian and write marinette on it and so bunnyx came over to her telling her that it will change the future and it doesn't make any sense
I've always had this one theory about the Bunny miraculous and Burrow Burrow exist all on its own outside space and Time. That it's sorta of a Safe zone for the Bunny miraculous holders in order to keep the timeling intact. Since adults can use it an unlimited amount of times, meaning Bunnyx is never not Bunnyx. She always in her hero form keeping the timeline in tact. We could be seeing her out of order. More like Doctor Who and their companions. How sometime they meet someone that knows them but they don't know them yet. She only comes out when something truly causes a devastating tangent to the original timeline So it's less of creating a new divergent timeling, she essentially nipping the split at bud. There was a TV show that explains this type of time travel better but I can't remember what it is. From what seen, this was the type they were going for with Bunnyx and failed epically at it. I recognize the methods that she was using to fix the timeline, her execution of them is what is causing to be finally be erase. When we see her disappear, we aren't seeing her timeline being erase but her entire existence, we are seeing her end. That was her final moments ever. It's like when we saw River Song's death before we got to know her. That is what I believe they were trying to do with Bunnyx.
I honestly didn't get back to future vibes from Bunnyx but Doctor who vibes. She shares a lot similarities to the show. Heck, her jumping in and out the burrow reminded me of one fight scene from DW where the Doctor went in and out the tardis within seconds of each jump to one up the opponent.
Owowowow, i cannot take so much tragedy. I have a feeling there's a flaw somewhere involving the previous miraculous holder and how she's affected by the timestream and how the kid is somehow still around once it's been dealt with. I personally don't have a rewrite in mind. I thought things were repaired as they were. I dunno, honestly. I'm still imagining the horror of the past.
Eh...maybe BUUUUT just because a parent works at a job doesn't mean the kid picks up on big aspects of it like that. Alix would have to go out of the way to learn the language and that's no easy feat. I think if the show established she can in fact read/speak ancient Arabic, I would give this a pass.
I’ll also add Bunnix didn’t instantly disappear because she was in her burrow when noting the change in time and came to before the timeline actually changed and stayed in the borrow the entire time which like the staying in a statue crap meant she was at least partly protected as she was slowly disappearing only so long as it seems cat is winning just like Marty despite the fact everything was already set for George to kiss his wife and fox everything in the movie and nothing changed in the earth angel scene as it went.
Better, so much better along with being really sad. Poor Mona and your rewrite makes so much sense I really love it. *Sigh* if only you and the fandom were the writers of the show, it might actually make sense *Sigh* but we got what we got. BTW love your videos and Miraculous rewrites.
Do you think we'll ever see the previous miraculous users? I mean, we sorta did with the 100th episode with the ladybug knight but only for a about 5 seconds. I don't want it through comics like how the kwamis origin was (kinda). I'd at least want to know more about the past, but like with master fu not much is honestly said. Like with the actual origin, when Master Fu had said he only got choosing a person for the miraculous wrong once but it was never explained. I hate the way they got rid of Master Fu before we could get to know more. I know that Marinette had to be the guardian at some point, but I'd like to know more info of the past (whether it's Master Fu's or the past of other miraculous users).
Another thing I must ask is you had said that the bunny miraculous was broken, but how did it get fixed then? Unless the ancestors/descendants fixed it, I'm confused about how it got fixed.
I like your rewrite in Timetagger! It's much more dramatic and shows the danger of the Miraculouses because like what Su Han (Idk his name sorry) said; Miraculouses are supposed to be for TRAINED ADULTS. So I kind of thought about it. And tried to expand the idea, Idk a lot about ML so these may have plot holes. So Miraculouses are dangerous, that's given. But I want to make the Rabbit Miraculous to be in a whole different level. Like dangerously forbidden. Like "Don't use this Miraculous unless it's really, REALLY needed." This may fix the problem of "Why did Marinette just like. . . use the Rabbit Miraculous and deal with Hawk Moth?", because Marinette is warned to never use the Rabbit Miraculous unless absolutely needed. But why would the Rabbit Miraculous be super dangerous forbidden artifact? I thought it about this: What if "ceasing to exist because of butterfly effect" isn't just a one - time occurrence? Like, in my head; I think that the more intricate and huge the magic is, the harder for the kwamis to recharge. Like if Marinette uses Lucky Charm and receives a hand mirror, it only takes Tikki a small amount of food to recharge. If Marinette uses Lucky Charm and receives like. . . a huge - ass item, it takes a lot of Tikki and has to recharge. Since Time Travel is like. . . really, really intricate, Fluff (I believe is the name of the Kwami) has to expend a lot of energy. So maybe some of the Rabbit Miraculous tried to go back in the past to fix something; took too long, five minutes up, and in the process of Fluff recharging, died or caused the butterfly effect that made them cease to exist. Perhaps like what happened with Ramona, someone damaged the Rabbit Miraculous and they weren't able to go back to their time and ceased to exist. Since one move can change everything, trying to survive while not damaging the timeline as Fluff needs to recharge is extremely hard. So many Rabbit Miraculous holder died without anyone remembering their existence. Except for Fluff. Since it's their power that were used, they weren't affected by it. They has to hear their users dreading their deaths and crying about how they won't be able to go back to their friends again. Maybe they talked to Fluff about their history so they can live on by Fluff's memories. Then as they flicker out of existence, they cried to Fluff. "I don't want to die." "Please don't forget me, Fluff." "I changed the world. . . did I?" "I'm not afraid. I'm not. . . afraid. . ." "Thank you for being here, Fluff." "See you soon Fluff. I'll smack your owner if they try to mess with you!" "I hope you'll be in good hands, Fluff." "Tell my mom I love her, Fluff!" Fluff has to live with the fact that people got their hopes and dreams just. . . disappear. Old or Young, their power never discriminates. Yelena, who wants to be a great artist in the future, disappeared in an era they weren't familiar with. Salvador, who worked with Fluff to make the world a better place for his younger sister, died, his younger sister being coddled by someone else, will never know her former older brother who cared for her so much. And now, Ramona, whose determination to save the world led her to courageously face her impending caseation with wishes to help her friends, only for her accomplishments be forgotten. "I need you Fluff. To save the world." Marinette begged to Fluff. "Hawk Moth has been terrorizing Paris for too long!" She added. But Fluff shook their head. "You're young, Marinette. You want to be a great fashion designer, right? You love Adrien. You have your hopes and dreams. I will NOT allow anyone being forgotten again!" They declared. "You can still do something without my help. Don't use me yet." And of course, since Marinette is a nice girl, she won't utter the incantation to be transformed to the Rabbit Miraculous. Anyway this is just what I thought hehe. I think of Fluff as this worried paranoid parent who tells stories of former Rabbit holders to fear the people from using them. If Tikki is happy and gentle, Plagg snarky and dismissive, Fluff is depressed --
You have very good ideas there! Nice building up what I started! 😁👍✨ That would make Fluff such a tragic character (would certainly help her be more interesting!)
I liked it! Though the is 1 problem : we know in an episode that ladybug miraculous and tiki have been around / was present in ancient Egypt, along with da miraculouses including the pocket watch , scince the one that has been passed down came from the future.( paradox or what? ) I like the story and wish it where cannon. Time travel in a concept is hard, bit you did a great job!
Because of Bunnyx (or in this case Mona) going back in time with the broken Miraculous, there was a point in history in which two bunny miraculouses existed in the same timeline. Theres the broken one and theres the non-broken one. The non-broken one is with the other miraculous while the broken one is with Bunnyx/Mona. In any case, thank you
I actually think that the parts of the future/ bunnix episodes does actually make sense, because if she "rerwites the future" it doesn't even change, it's just a period of time that the heroes will remember it, but anyway, it’s miraculous, it doesn't make sense.🦋
The picture of Mona looks a lot like Manon. Could they possibly be related too? It's a dead end fan theory, but it'd be interesting. Also I like your rewrite better. Definitely should've been the og script even though it would've been a bit traumatizing and very heartbreaking.
I will never understand time travel... Except in that one episode of mlp because it's simple enough for me to comprehend Thanks for making this stuff easier for us to understand :)
I love MLP and I do appreciate how it handled time travel better as well. HOWEVER FiM's time travel isn't perfect either. The show suggested two different time travel theories at play which makes things kind of weird (the time travel in It's About Time is different from the time travel in The Cutie Re-mark). But fortunately it wasn't so messy that it ruined the show. It was more like a small "oopie" that's easy to forget about rather the Miraculous Ladybug's massive oversights haha
As much as I love Bunnyx as a character, I really didn't understand anything in that episode...and at the time I thought it was because I saw it in french and maybe the subtitles wern't good, but nope 😂 Oh, alsoo, about the hologram thingie with her miraculous, I think it was because, miraculouses can have random gadgets and stuff. Like, LB's yoyo can turn into a phone, and has earphones, and alsoo people can breath oxigen through it when underwater :))) And Chat can do those things too, but Rena I've only seen her use the weapon as a phone, and she had a hologram as a screen. So, asuming that every weapon can turn into a phone/comunication device, maybe that's how bunnyx's comunication mode works? With a hologram as a screen? Idk...what I don't understand tho, is that, from what I remember the holograms on Bunnyx's miraculous, appeared in the camouflage mode? Aand, no miraculous does things when is not activated... exept for the Butterfly one...is confusing Sorry for the long comment :c 💖
Thats a good explanation for the hologram! But as you said, the hologram appeared in the camouflage form so...how does that work? LOL I really just think it wasn't thought through all the way--the emphasis was just on it looking cool. Thank you for the comment
@@TheArtisticAloubell OMG I finished watching your video and it was soo cute, the story made me almost cry 😭💖if that was the real story, it would make you feel more attached to Alix and root for her more. I feel more attached to Mona now than to 90% of the character from MLB 😂 Alsoo, I completely agree, they just wanted to make it look cool :))) and I also dislike how complicated the miraculous is...like, a watch? It's too tech-y, especially if Kwamis are ancient. I mean, I get it that they adapt with each holder, but idk... The others make more sense because they are jewels, and jewels were a thing even in ancient times, so some earrings would still look like some primitive sone-earrings if you gave them to a stone-age person. But a watch? What would that 'camouflage' into, just a circular rock? :))) I think an hourglass necklace would be better? But I get it that they wanted the Bunnyx aesthetic to be that rabbit with a clock from Alice in Wonderland.
@@TheArtisticAloubell Haha Thanks :> ! I have a question. Is it ok if I make a short animation or something about this rewrite sometime? (Giving you credit ofc) I felt very inspired by it, I don't know if/when I'll make it, but I just wanted to make sure is ok 😊and idk if I'll use text or voice, but is it ok if I use the audio where you narrate the story?
Technically no. Time was still being altered by the time Bunix of (2nd/Our Original Timeline) noticed. While Timetager is active any alteration he makes to history is more Instantanious than alterations that Bunix makes. Timetagger's power also LIMITS how much it changes the past, if it didn't then Ladybug and Cat Noir wouldn't be able to notice the changes in Paris, nor remember the past timelines. In other words, his time powers are different from Bunix. The Events of Timetagger (but none of his powers) inevitably Lead to the CatBlanc timeline, but Bunix noticed the timeline warping (Back to the Future Style) because HER power works much more like Back to the Future, the "time ripple" takes time for the alterations to take hold. Her power also seems to be limited to certain "dials" higher (years, months, days) and lower(hours & seconds). If she goes back two years into the past to alter the future, then the alterations to the future, she'll only notice the changes AS the changes are happening in her time within the same "dial". The changes don't happen on her end until the key event happens in the past on the same day. Then again, she may have Tried to go to the future, but noticed the rippling effects, of which case this Bunix is actually only a few minutes into her own future, while Ladybug was a few months. Eventually she WILL disappear entirely, but be replaced with the New/old bunnix one her younger self finally receives her Miraculous for real.
Following miraculous' logic there can be an infinity of bunny miraculouses so there's an infinity of universes going on at the same time which actually affect the other ones Conclusion : everything is right and wrong cause time travel is just made to save Ladybug's butt and not to be logical
It SHOULD be a multiverse as you explained, but because of other evidence, it isn't. The writers kind of dug themselves into a hole. And you are absolutely correct. It's not really meant to be logical DX
5:35 i kinda wish they pulled an asoue tvv and made it so the reason for le riddles is because *ANYONE* like a villian could read it and possibly send her somewhere else or possibly worse!
the reason why in time tagger does she not disappear is because it was supposed to happen. you know this because in Alix memory she recalls the scene. Chat blanc was not supposed to happen because it was not in her memory. The future started to change causing her to go back in time to fix it (don't know how she knew what point to return to). All the other things are assumed to be time shenanigans
Or, bunix was just trying to "motivate" (be a b to) lady bug by making look like she was disappearing.
Is there a chance we could do a collab video some time? ☺️ I have a Miraculous RUclips channel too!
True, even doctor who time traveling makes more sense than miraculous time traveling.
In the episode where Alix is akumatized the watch/bunny miraculous broke but how cause the miraculous are unbreakable
Thank you so much for your kind words
But it also introduces a whole new character and lore that we wouldnt get to know MORE about like the past ladybug's AND catnoir's (yes never forget the boi chat lol)
I have no idea why time travel even exists in this show it complicates everything and makes if you even could call it a story messier 🦋
It also erases lasting consequences so characters learn next to nothing.
@@redballoon9007 i think time travel is a great idea but MLB just dosent need it
@@Sacky_The_Artist Agreed.
It really shouldn't be in the show. Not how it's being used anyway.
Thank you

You know the worst part of the bunix episode? They say that time tagger got sent back to fight ladybug and chat noir because they were less experienced back then but if hawkmoth can make a villain that can take advantage of them being younger then why can’t he do that now?
I can only assume that the writers either didn't consider that, or the new Hawk Moth is smarter than the one we have now.
@@TheArtisticAloubell to be fair if Gabriel was smart enough he would have made a mind reader villain o sentímonter that let you read minds and just keep reading until he get the identities I mean he know ladybug is a teenager and got the money and means to pull it off

I wouldn't be suprised if it was true -
Poor Adrien, at this point he is just getting character assassinated. When sentimonster can't be destroyed then how is a whole mircalous supposed to break lmao.
Well, to be fair, we saw him do that before.
He destroyed the Bee Miraculous when Chloe turned evil.....

Very much agree to everything you said!
I actually like your version a lot more.
It makes the consequences of being a miraculous holder and the dangers of using the time travel miraculous a lot more interesting and dangerous!
🦋🦋
But at this point, the easiest thing the miraculous show could do to fix their time travel problem, is to just use the multiverse.
And thank you
I like how literally all of these problems are caused because of gabriel being a horrible human being
Essentially lol
Although technically, the problems are caused because of Master Fu's mistake in the past that led to the Butterfly and Peacock Miraculous getting lost and then found by Gabriel who decided to be terrible and use them.
@@TheArtisticAloubell exactly, if he hadn't lost the peacock miraculous maybe gabriel and emilie would have adopted a child like normal human beings :/

Excellent points!
And thank you
idk if this is a better option but I think the bunnix miraculous should have a snake power And Luka could have a power related to the music like maybe he could hipnotize the akumatized people
I am certainly more tolerant of the snakes time power. But I do think the snake having hypnotism would be cool x3
That explaination of the timeline turned into a massive buzz for me. I really hate time travel. 🦋

Thank you so much
I really liked your rewrite, It is nicely written and incredibly sad, I'm tearing up. I like how it raises the stakes in the fight against hawk-moth as now ladybug and chat know that fighting against hawk-moth is no laughing matter and people have been lost. Also, I love the art 🦋
Thank you
i love the rewrite. i just think that since alix looks nothing like egyptian, maybe timetagger sent mona to some where else (where alix's ancestors couldve been from idk where she doesnt like any race specifically
Alix may very well be from Egypt, she is confirmed North African.
🦋 We've got actual sacrifice and consequence, something the original show DESPERATELY lacks.
😎
I think there is a little problem to fix or let it be for future drama... The rabbit miraculous, I mean it's supposed to be broken How would that affect future Alix/other holders? The one who knows how to fix the Miraculous is Gabriel, not Fu
Also, I love this rewrite it's amazing! And so sad F x Mona
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed the rewrite
🦋 You managed to make a character that made me feel emotional. Like I’ve only know Mona for like 10 minutes but my heart breaks for her, specially in her lasts moments. With that being said, I LOVED this episodes rewrite! Like is so much powerful and it makes more sense!
Thank you so much 😭❤️✨
Don't mind me currently crying over Mona 😭
This rewrite is amazing, good job! Lots of thought was clearly put into it and it is very well done. Kudos to you! 🦋
This is a random long guess:
What if the canon timeline in the miraculous ladybug universe was broken to begin with when the bunny miraculous was created.
That would certainly be an interesting development for this universe!
so wait a minute, the rabbit miraculous's ability being time travel, did anybody else jump to it, actually being a Chibiusa reference? Long story short part of her story arc in Sailor Moon, did involve her time traveling, let alone she was nicknamed the rabbit, by the antagonists that were after her,
In a summary the bunny miraculous is better than the snake miraculous and makes the show confusing 🦋
Bingo!
@@TheArtisticAloubell also I’m soo happy seeing your channel grow! Keep up the amazing work

@@TheArtisticAloubell I agree
Damn I hate this episode it could be like the beginning of multiple timelines and the Hawkmoth from another timeline tried to steal the miraculous from the main series, this could explain why the heck she was prepared at some extent, because she was from a diferent alex's future and why the heck the universe didnt explode from their meeting. But to end the episode with a cool moment it would be Ladybug telling alix to be prepared because maybe some day she will come asking for help.
I mean, going oldest first seems like an obvious order to check.

So,the bunny Miraculous is weard.
@@Dred0n I kinda get what you're saying.
@@skygoomysteatime3967 OK good I thought I got you confused
Alix's family just, for some reason, started the tradition of handing down the pocket-watch like a family heirloom. It's not uncommon in families. In canon, they didn't know it was a miraculous.
There are technically two Fluffs. There is future Fluff that is in the broken Miraculous and present Fluff which is in the miracle box with Mari.
@@TheArtisticAloubell It's soooo complex. But than is the question, why didn't Alex dad help fight against Hawk Moth??

What would happen to young Mona, tho? She wasn’t erased from existence entirely, only her adult self was
Young Mona won't exist anymore either.

One idea I had is during the episode Ephemeral, we see Mona in the background as an Easter Egg fighting time tagger!

@@TheArtisticAloubell although it only works under the multiverse theory you touched on. The story brings a lot of tension and, it could serve to redeem hawkmowth while leaving leeway for future villains.
Loved the rewrite! It adds a lot of emotion I think the show was missing during that episode 🎉🦋
Though I don't thing the episode was exceptionally bad. It feels like there are a lot of 'plot holes' that can be easily explained if the audience takes a minute to make the connection 😬👀
For example: I think the part about holograms is a little nitpicky, because in a show with jewellery that can give you almost any power (I'm pretty sure one of them can give you any one you want???) a hologram seems like it would be decently acceptable to her.
Thank you!
@@TheArtisticAloubell Fair lol I'm pretty nit picky myself so no judgement here👍
And tbh I wish the writers put a little more effort into explaining this stuff even *if* there could be an explanation ://
Also lol post credit scene, glowing blue icy eyes show up on screen 😭😹
I found a way in which Mona could have been saved.
Ladybug could have used the snake miraculous to reset time to the moment just before the bunny miraculous was broke.
You're right! That is a way she could have been saved X3
That snake miraculous could actually be useful in a lot of situations when you think about it XD
Thomas really loves Time Travel.
Seems that way!
Theres one more problem with the time paradox stuff
Adult alix had memories of time Tagger from that episode, meaning that time tagger happened in her time line -> time tagger did not cause chat blanc
The real reason time exists is to stop things bad in the future from happening

On the surface level, if done right, it would be a cute twist to make reference to it but give the bunny, concerned with time, time travel abilities
Execution however...
I thought it was because the portal to all those timelines is like a rabbit hole or something, which is why the power name is called burrow
I like the re-write more, it makes more sense than the canon. Also I love the Existence of Mona that doesn't exist she's a lovely person
Thank you
I feel like Alex, knowing her ancestor would probably be her ancestor with someone famous, and because both her dad and her brother are both history whizzes they probably looked into that stuff and her Alex when she was younger
Update: I think I connected all the dots, I think I have a solution to the paradox.
ok so:
First off this will be based in multiverse which I will explain why that is later on:
starts off with the first timeline, which bunnix came from.
Interesting theory! I appreciate you working through this X3
@@TheArtisticAloubell :D
I originally thought something similar before.
I like this much better written than the original 🦋
Thank you
It’s been a while since I’ve watched Timebreaker but I remember not understanding ANYTHING!
@@TheArtisticAloubell yea I don’t understand any of that either 💀
(P.S: Beautiful artwork! Love Mona's design 😍)
Apparently there was another time travel episode even before this one! But I'm kinda done talking about the topic for now, so I don't wanna touch that episode XD
And thank you for your kind words!
*Cat Noir
So many people have different ideas for an alternative power but still related about time.
I would've love that the Rabbit can have age phases as it's power, that even the holder can change into different ages themselves but still be them of that time. That way we can still have "future" versions of the heroes.
Or changing heights or sizes since people connected the Rabbit to Alice in Wonderland.
That would be cool! neat idea!
Maybe in an alernative universe, Mona is Mona Lisa.
time travel is so confusing gabriel has a bunnix Miraculous he could just use it in 1 minute like its so confusing and also when lady bug became pennybug why was bunnix not there like i think that hawk moth will win.
I suppose that's a possibility! Doesn't quite explain how she's stuck in the statue and why she was asleep.

Your rewrite is better than most of the miraculous ladybug episodes.
Thank you 🥰
I've always had this one theory about the Bunny miraculous and Burrow
Burrow exist all on its own outside space and Time. She only comes out when something truly causes a devastating tangent to the original timeline
So it's less of creating a new divergent timeling, she essentially nipping the split at bud.
Essentially, I'm saying is that Bunnyx is The Doctor and Burrow is her own Tardis
Havent watched yet but i love your videos Aloubell 😭🥰
Thank you so much! 🥰
I always really enjoy your rewrites. The frozen one actually put me to sleep- you're really cool
Thank you so much! 💐❤️
The rewrite is great the timeline in your rewrite made more sense the canon timeline
Thank you! x3
Alex’s dad works at a museum so it makes sense for her to know how to speak ancient egyptian

I hope they do make a historic episode at some point so we can formally meet past users!
@@abby-cadabby FANTASTIC QUESTION.
This rewrite is depressing but also more interesting.
I'll smack your owner if they try to mess with you!" "I hope you'll be in good hands, Fluff." "Tell my mom I love her, Fluff!"
Fluff has to live with the fact that people got their hopes and dreams just. . .
That would make Fluff such a tragic character (would certainly help her be more interesting!)
Definitely makes more sense than the original, and makes for a much cooler story.
Thanks! ✨❤️

When they defeat timetagger and the miraculous ladybug that would bring Mona back wouldn't it.
No~
At least not in this case. We need some stakes with time travel X'D
I love seeing your channel grow, your art and ideas are so good!

The picture of Mona looks a lot like Manon. Could they possibly be related too? It's a dead end fan theory, but it'd be interesting. Also I like your rewrite better. Definitely should've been the og script even though it would've been a bit traumatizing and very heartbreaking.
Thank you very much! I'm glad you like my OC and story ^_^
I will never understand time travel...
Except in that one episode of mlp because it's simple enough for me to comprehend
Thanks for making this stuff easier for us to understand :)
As much as I love Bunnyx as a character, I really didn't understand anything in that episode...and at the time I thought it was because I saw it in french and maybe the subtitles wern't good, but nope 😂
Oh, alsoo, about the hologram thingie with her miraculous, I think it was because, miraculouses can have random gadgets and stuff.
Aand, no miraculous does things when is not activated... exept for the Butterfly one...is confusing
Sorry for the long comment :c 💖
Thats a good explanation for the hologram! But as you said, the hologram appeared in the camouflage form so...how does that work? LOL
I really just think it wasn't thought through all the way--the emphasis was just on it looking cool.
Thank you for the comment
@@TheArtisticAloubell OMG I finished watching your video and it was soo cute, the story made me almost cry 😭💖if that was the real story, it would make you feel more attached to Alix and root for her more. I feel more attached to Mona now than to 90% of the character from MLB 😂
Alsoo, I completely agree, they just wanted to make it look cool :))) and I also dislike how complicated the miraculous is...like, a watch? It's too tech-y, especially if Kwamis are ancient. I mean, I get it that they adapt with each holder, but idk...
The others make more sense because they are jewels, and jewels were a thing even in ancient times, so some earrings would still look like some primitive sone-earrings if you gave them to a stone-age person. But a watch? What would that 'camouflage' into, just a circular rock? :)))
I think an hourglass necklace would be better? But I get it that they wanted the Bunnyx aesthetic to be that rabbit with a clock from Alice in Wonderland.

I love that idea so much. Like it just sounds so cool and it would actually make sense too!

I love your rewrite of the episode! Poor Mona though...

@@TheArtisticAloubell no problem!
Dang I really hate it when time travel is used in shows/movies because it makes it all too confusing
It certainly can be!
Following miraculous' logic there can be an infinity of bunny miraculouses so there's an infinity of universes going on at the same time which actually affect the other ones
Conclusion : everything is right and wrong cause time travel is just made to save Ladybug's butt and not to be logical

I also like to believe that the time miraculous is supposed to work with the space miraculous
Eh...this gets kind of messy cuz it's mixing two different time travel theories and that just adds confusion.
