Great video 😎👍
От концовки захватывает дух. Хорошее видео и автор тоже молодец. Ты смог подметить то, что многие упустили. Большое спасибо за это видео.
Thank you so much for watching and the input!
It is pretty rare to see someone talking about Girls' Last Tour, specially the Manga so...Good Job!
Greetings from Brazil.
Thank you! means a lot!
Nunca achei ninguém fora da Internet que conheça essa obra, mesmo que ela seja sensacional. Acho que o maior pecado do Anime foi n ter adaptado o final do manga, msm faltando tão pouco.
@@ricardoschultz7136 I agree, they definitely missed out on getting the mangs last 2 volumes it would have been beautiful to see the manga ending animated. I think that is was probably hard to fit all the manga chapters they wanted to cover in only 12 episodes
That was pretty amazing.
thank you means alot! did you have favorite part? or anything that could be improved?
@@notproudmexican6855 It really laid out the iyashikei of Girls Last Tour without actually saying it.
Nice video. Thanks. This deserves more views
Thank you! it means a lot
god i wish i read kappa before reading glt i feel like i rly missed another level of experiencing the story. tysm for putting the pieces together i’m gonna go read and reread (i doubt i’ll be able to handle the end tho) also plz make more videos you’re clearly too good not to.
@@cansueceklc7745 Thank you! Although this video was fun to make, I’d have to do a lot more research to find a topic i enjoy talking about.
this is so cool
Thanks for providing the link between GLT and Schopenhauer! Was wondering about it for a while. Now I only need to find out why tkmiz referenced Also Sprach Zarathustra. It's beautiful how, while referencing some of the infamously grim philosophers (probably having read their works), Tsukumizu still delivered such a life-affirming story.
I'm not too familiar with Sprach Zarathustra, it has been a while since I read Girls Last Tour but where was it mentioned? I'd love to check it out.
And I agree, I'd like to believe that Chito having read at least some of Kappa and perhaps having some knowledge of Schopenhauer and Mainlander, lives in spite of their pessimistic ideals. My favorite quote from the whole story is at the very end, in Tsukumizu's afterword, "This world is so massive and complicated that many things pass us by without us even knowing. But no matter what, Chito and Yuuri believed that the joy of living would never pass, and I want to believe that too... I think that's what I had in mind as I drew this... probably" I think it sums up the message behind Girls Last Tour, that Yuuri's carefree nature and acceptance of the indifference of the world, because as long as she had Chito with her she was okay wins out in the end (as compared to Chito's endless striving to learn more about the world and later regretting certain choices she made, with Chito ultimately coming to terms in the end with the comfort of having Yuuri by her side). And it is quite funny to think that Tsukumizu idealizes Yuuri's way of thinking and living. But yeah overall a lovely story with anti-nihilistic themes
quite a nice vid about glt!
thank you!
