THANKS! YOU SAVED ME BIG BUCKS FOR A SERVICE CALL! different problem than you , but you helped me get to the gas nipple. I had paid $100 before, for a service call to clean out a spider web from the orifice. i had no idea it was that simple. My furnace showed no codes, and the flame appeared ok, but it just ran forever and it was only 50*F outside. Spiders make webs in the orifice and slow the flow. Now i got good heat again, and kept my money....THANKS BROTHER!

My nordyne had 2 problems. 1st, the ignitor (which is also the flame sensor) needed to be more in the flame. Once it was pushed into the flame more, the yellow light remained constant, which is what you want.
2nd problem. A dead spider was located in the open/closed diafram which has two flexible tubes coming off of it. Once the dead spider was gone the red light remained on, which is what you want. Now we have heat.

So what do you do if your pilot light goes out on this type of furnace? I have the same type of furnace. Its blowing but not warm air and there is no flame where there should be. How do I fix this problem?

    Help!
My renter tried to do a DIY repair and tossed the draft induced, as well as the flue pipe with all the stickers of the model and serial number....
Do you happen to know what that plate is called that sits on top of the draft inducer, as well as that flue pipe that attaches to it?

update ..... the new blower combustion inducer blower motor assembly i bought, has started to rattle like hell, like the old one. I did some research, and it seems that this is one of those things, where it pays to get the name brand. So if you end up here, trying to save yourself some money and repair it yourself, be sure to get this part number " 903404 " and get the brand name Packard. ..... the best i can tell from my research, is the Packard brand has labels and black fan blades with visible retaining clips. .... the junk generic ones have no retaining clips, white fan blades, and no labels..... just to be safe, i ordered a new one, and i am gonna take it apart and use 271 loctite on every fastener i can so this never happens again.

HI John thanks for posting this video. I really hope you're still around.. I'm up in Canada and my furnace has stopped & it's cold :( . Can you please message me back or post here how you got the inducer intake/outtake "tube" off to inspect the motor? Im looking at mine and just can't figure it out. Im sure its simple and I'm just brain stalling.. Any suggestions or info you can provide will be very appreciated. Thanks John.

Those are garbage inducers. They used to come with a blower type inducer that mounts with 4 screws. Never failed like that, but the motors like to burn out in them.
