A good question though. I try to go to bed at around 10:30 PM. Usually this time between 10:30 PM and 5:45 is enough for me to recover. However, I can go to sleep earlier sometimes or wake up later depending on how tired I am.
@@nikitsol the emg are the (earphones) I believe that's what they're called. I apologise if it's incorrect 😞 are they good as an ear monitor? Do you use them to edit?
@@federicacaruana no worries. IEMs I believe they're called, so I couldn't find the right word in Google :) This is OnePlus Buds Z and they are awesome. They even have a noise-cancellation feature. I use them when I do sports and when I am on the go mostly. But for editing and listening to music I have wired TRUTHEAR x Crinacle ZERO.
Deep dived into the RUclips segment for audiophiles 😂 + read some articles, reviews and comparisons. So, if you want to find the best IEM for your needs, research is the only way there.
