It's lake access. Lake Dunlap is a reservoir formed by damming the Guadalupe River. The lake offers public access for boating and fishing, but there aren't designated areas for swimming or directly accessing the Guadalupe River from the lake.
i feel that bocce ball is a complete waste. who plays that? pickleball is obviously very popular. ditch bocce and make a pool
