Again, this home was fantastic! I have seen more and more builders using green in kitchens. I am finding myself really liking the color if it's a saturated tone of green like this one. It truly warms up the space and brings the outside in. Loved it in the bathroom! The wooded lots in this community are really grand. Great job!

Amazing. Really clean design. I think that plant was also placed there to match with the rest of the bathroom. I’d also prefer larger mirrors. The dark backsplash matching with the cabinet hardware is pretty nice 🤔

I have seen half basements in Texas if there is a slope in the lot. Full basements are rare for a multitude of reasons.
I can see why you're probably not the best Relator to pick in Central Texas most of the properties you've shown are near a Million Dollars or over, but they're all beautiful homes. If you can I would recommend doing a house tour of one of the houses that are waterfront properties on Lake Austin, great beautiful views there plus all the seafood restaurants have boat access as well. Plus you can get easily downtown if needed since you can ride down the river without much of a problem unless you hit the dams.

Green looks great, but in couple years it will probably look like “what were they thinking “. It’s better to stick to white or neutral colors.
Great point! It definitely carries risk but neutral colors never fail.
That depends on the owner’s taste. Many clients enjoy warm saturation rather than cold white. Even neutral trends change.
Don’t like the green kitchen cabinets, do like the open shelves don’t like carpeted rooms.
The green is not for everyone! It’s a bit risky. I hear you on the open shelves
It's good that the house is one-story. But the layout is not very good. The designers really wanted to make the house modern, but the ugly kitchen spoils everything, especially the hood and the island with columns. And doors... They made luxurious doors to the backyard from the living room, but ugly white doors from the dining room and bedroom.
