A cool fact is that if you look very closely at the sky after the mission accomplished part, you can see a shooting star fly by, which is meant to be James McCloud. If you look closely above the top left wing of Great Fox at around 7:17 you might be able to see
I'm impressed by how well they took care of every detail of this game, it shows that they put a lot of effort and without a doubt it is one of the best games on the N64
I love that there seems to be an unspoken rule among SF64 players that in every Star Wolf battle Andrew must be the one to fall first. Pigma goes next; then Leon; and lastly, Wolf.
That's a downgrade from cartridge, the download has a very brief load time, while the cartridge has almost no loading time. So the transition from face to brain is visible.
Never have i have this much difficulties on the wii u virtual console on this stage. I used to be really good. But now i suck at this... I kept dieing here. Lost a few ships. Sigh...
Each Wolfen is worth 50 Hits if the corresponding ally they chase is still alive, if your allies are defeated, each corresponding Wolfen is only worth 10 hits, but if no allies are intact, all wolfen are 10 points
The robot head is just a fake copy in the easy route Andross boss fight, i know i am replying to you one year later and probably already knew this at this rate
I cried my eyes out when Fox's father said " you've become so strong fox."
That whole segment is capable triggering crippling sorrow because he's dead, but came to back to save his son's life
Having his face in the sky at the end of this path (as opposed to Andross's) might have been a great idea

Never give up, trust your instincts.
“FATHER!?”
Pov: it’s summer break, you and your friends make it here, not one teammate has been downed, and you get the high score. Summer memories
This is easily one of the better playthroughs of Venom 2 out there
No kidding, he smashed the brain in under 50 seconds
I had no idea you could just bomb the eyes right out of the gate.
The absolute best part of the escape is when you get close to James and both of you boost simultaneously and fly side by side.

Yeah I noticed that way back in the 90s glad someone else did too
Did you know?
If you manage to get left behind by James in the escape, he'll actually fly around outside the exit, waiting for you.

Like if you die, or if you just lose sight of him while escaping but still manage to make it out?
@W31rd4v4 The latter
@@autumn_basil oh I see
the sheer disbelief in Wolf's voice when you defeat him is one of the most satisfying things ever.
You've become so strong, Fox. The feels!
Since I beat this version of Andross like 10 times, a friend of mine was like "Whaaaaaat?!" upon seeing the true form of the mad ape
I love that there seems to be an unspoken rule among SF64 players that in every Star Wolf battle Andrew must be the one to fall first. Pigma goes next; then Leon; and lastly, Wolf.
As a kid. I hated this level. Their new ships really gave me trouble. Lol
All you gotta do is Spam the Barrel Roll, they'll almost never hit you.
I always liked the detail that if you fought wolf on Fortuna, he has bandages on his face when you fight him again on venom.
this game was so fun
That's interesting, I never knew you could shoot his eyes like that!
When you get this from the Wii Shop Channel why does the screen go dark after you defeat Andross?
This is part of the transition from the face to the brain.

James mccloud ,Father of fox mccloud
Total: 1500 kill points times 64 equals 96,000. What!?!
Cause Nintendo 64
I just realized that myself, omg I could never figure that out until just now, that is an easter egg and you found it! Good job!

It's called being Rusty, believe me I know what you mean man.
@@Dark_Wolf0626 ah I see.
Yes I get that feeling when I played the 3ds version I was rusty
I've done this like 5 times now and it never amounts to over 200. Is there a certain order or timer or keeping the team alive req or something?
Each Wolfen is worth 50 Hits if the corresponding ally they chase is still alive, if your allies are defeated, each corresponding Wolfen is only worth 10 hits, but if no allies are intact, all wolfen are 10 points
You are timed on how quickly you retire Star Wolf. For the medal, you must also keep all wingmen alive.
uno de los putos juegos mas epicos de la historia
So, there is 51 people in a Wolfen 2?
Alt. title: StarFox 64: Venom (2) + TLB & credits
I dont know why but I won the battle against wolf at first try (fr-)
Andross, is a floating head and hands that’s actually a robot head but also he’s actually a brain with eyes, wth
The robot head is just a fake copy in the easy route Andross boss fight, i know i am replying to you one year later and probably already knew this at this rate
Andross has brain!
don't get in the way 4:38
Rip 1940 2020
I forgot how cheesy the lines in this game are
Good, but I've played this better in taking on Andross. By doing a U Turn instead of wheelbarrow roll whenever Andross teleports right behind you.
If Nintendo buys SEGA. Maybe they can add the Sonic SATAM characters in Star Fox.
No, shut up
Ugh forget it its too hard!
