Hey Kev! Remember me? That sounds like a pretty awesome building material! I just started probably about a year ago or so, learning about sustainability, permaculture, and all these "unorthodox" building methods. That's one of the things that made/makes our country so great is that you can come up with a better way to do something, help other people in the process, and everybody benefits. That's why I'm for less government bureaucracy, and more freedom. Keep up the good work!

Hemp cellulose mixed into a foaming agent that hardens with UV light to make blocks and walls. Using this technique a home could be built on site using a 3D printing machine that casts and hardens all the building materials needed to complete the project. Novartis

Good stuff, I applaud you for your innovative approach and thinking outside the box. I am however having a hard time wrapping my mind around the thought that 12"= R-80. The numbers I have seen vary depending on the mix design of the hempcrete but seem to be around 2-3 per inch. Are you using something other than conventional hempcrete or are the honeycomb design element and the "skins" of the wall adding to the R-value?

Cannabis is the best medical/supplement herb that has ever existed
Hemp is the most versatile plant that has ever existed, capable of forming 3000+ different products. Now this is something that has been common knowledge for almost all of human history, the earliest evidence of hemp and cannabis use is some 10000 years old.

8:00 If you are an American Citizen "The Government" you say you don't like is literally yourself, like it or not. Just because you have chosen to dislike the government of the USA (as I also do) does not change the fact that our government is an elected leadership that in turn is empowered to employ people who are also a part of government. All ultimately put in place by the vote of every American.
Verbalizing distaste for the system alone does not dissociate the fact that we are the government as we have been empowered to cast a vote in every election. Taking action beyond words alone is the only way to truly dissociate yourself from being the government in my view.
I really like the ideas you express about the use of Hemp and find myself upset with all the powerful, greed filled people who continue to stand in the way of the progression of such logical good for the people ideas as what you have proposed.
Since we, the population of the states, have the power to legalize the recreational use of cannabis (not Hemp); it would seem the road to the use of Hemp as you propose may require the same type of movement if the federal level can not be moved by the people.
    You have my vote!
Hemp is the natural fiber that was vilified for the benefit of quick long standing profits by the synthetic manufacture of much more environmentally harmful man made fibers. The U.S. Patent system no longer does what it was originally intended to do, Much like all of Government.

When Majority of Voters watch TV and don't think for themselves we end up with hemp and weed being made illegal. Who really runs the country?

this video was published more than two years ago. I went to web site to learn more but was disapponted to find no progress has been made in getting this to market, unless your web site is two years out of date. Brilliant idea, but you need a better business plan, or business model, and better marketing. First, you should do what you said in this video, get the material certified by third party as viable building product then publish that. Given you have not in two years achieved that simple goal, it is esay to see why nothing else has happened, such as getting investors. You should also make better interlocking "bricks" samples to show the possibilities. Last, investors and potential customers need to see an actual building made from adobe hemp. From your web site and videos, this appears to be a good idea but something is holding it back. Not accusing you of anything, but just hoping it is not a scam. Hopefully, you can get faster results by rethinking your business model. Good luck.

for sure Oscar. While growing hemp is restricted, using it, especially in the manner we do to build and insulate with - heck ya! it's legal.

I can't think of a better opportunity to get Hemp building products into Canada (and thereby lauch this slow-as-molasses source of building materials) than the rebuilding of homes lost in the BC forest fires. But, of course, now there's Texas too. These are driving up the price of lumber hugely, so a cheaper and available source of building products is welcome. Just sayin'
