you know, i've been able to do a lot of thinking these past 500 years and i'm gonna be honest josh, i think i'd rather be stranded on mars
i did it
Josh: very well *proceeds to play Surviving Mars*
It's been too long.
There are several games that allow you try to survive on mars! You can do it in Minecraft for Christ’s sake! “with mods.”
I don’t think you’ll be safe up there...
I did it
As someone who's worked in a factory before, phrases like 'logistics nightmare', 'no personal space whatsoever,' and 'time to horribly mistreat these reliable workers who have been with us for thirty years' are all far too real
Workers must unite against Josh!
@@ZTK-RC It´s a dream to work in Denmark, 37 hours a week, full 5 weeks paid vacation and fully paid 3 months maternity leave for either dad or mum. If I think the boss is evil I will just report him to the union and the company can´t sack me.
An American friend of mine who came to work for Carlsberg says it´s almost unbelievable compared to the US and he is apparently staying for good, it´s amazing that such a difference still exists in first world countries.
oh god it's actually a documentary.
@@AurioDK Very nice! This is true for everyone even people working at McDonalds? Like if I live in Carlsberg and I am an hourly employee at McDonalds, do I still get 3 months paid leave?
@@ZTK-RC You don´t live in Carlsberg, it´s a beer brand :-D. Some would happy to live in it though ...
The rules I mentioned are national.
The thing is though that you need to be a full time employee to get the full benefits, I doubt McDonalds has a lot of those here in Denmark. Most of their workers are also students which means fewer pregnancies.
I love how whenever Josh says "Just hang on for one second, I'll be right back," It's followed by a "SIX HOURS LATER"
Whenever Josh says "only one way to find out..."
The next phase when the mayhem begins!!!
this is why i love this channel, he actually plays the game a lot until he does something epic and entertaining, more action less useless pandering
800000000000000000 days later
10000000000 years later
How is this man not dead? One time he played for 41 HOURS.
It’s damn brilliant, give josh your game key and he breaks it SO bad that it’s equal parts entertainment and frustration, making the viewer want to get the game themselves. They know exactly what they’re doing giving him early access. Geniuses
Plus it doesnt spoil the gameplsy too much for players.

Serious question: Do you have a history of being a QA Tester?
Because you’re a little TOO good at breaking games.
It’s nearly Adam Kovic level and that man managed to break the Google Chrome dinosaur game.
Surprisingly, no prior history as a proper QA tester. Though poking and prodding at games is definitely something I've done for a long time for, uh... entertainment.
Let's Game It Out
That is both surprising and very explanatory.
I’ve decided that you pissed off a mystic gypsy and they cursed you to break any game you come into contact with.
Can’t convince me otherwise.
@@LetsGameItOut must be in your genes

Maybe been said before, but as someone who works in a factory and does a lot of department design work--where stuff goes, best places for storing input materials, best places for getting rid of materials, etc--Josh made some really good choices. Like early on he's got all his racking centrally located where everyone can easily grab things with as few steps as possible. Generally doesn't work that way in the real world due to equipment constraints/sizes, but it's always smart to put your heavy hitting stuff in prime spots like that. Finished product was close to the shipping pallet, which again, as few steps as possible. Then he set up an entire R&D lab! Different warehouses for different parts. Everything is automated by the end. Not exactly one-piece flow, but you can't always do that anyways. And honestly, being a component shop was a great idea too. Min/maxing revenue.
Love when his "I'm playing this badly" is also a very hefty mix of "but i'm being very LEAN manufacturing about it!"
Every time Josh says"Lemme give you the grand tour" he's gonna show us something enormous and out of our comprehension
I get excited every time he says that
That's why it's grand
